Pokemon: Ultra Drampa
New Typing: Dragon
New Abilities: Beast Boost
New Stats: 61(Swapped with speed, +25)/135(swapped with SpA)/70(-15)/61(swapped with SpD, -30)/70(swapped with attack, +10)/88(swapped with HP, +10) [BST: 485]
New Moves: U-Turn, Mach Punch, Poison Jab, Focus Punch
Removed Moves: Fly, Heat Wave, Hurricane, Steel Wing
Flavor/Design: Ultra Drampa appears to look geriatric compared to its alolan counterpart. Any and all white fur it had is gone, and its wing like arm flaps have elongated into arms with bony hand like claws. It looks gaunt and slowly decaying. Any color it could have had has now been replaced with a pale sickly grey. By all accounts it's nearing a death like state and would probably collapse if hit by the softest of blows. Despite that the power it had in its youth lays dormant within it allowing for it to let off a devastating strike if need be. It lives in a nearly dead world where life barely manages to hang on, and where foreign invaders are common, as such death is around every corner for these elderly dragons. Height: 8'10 | Weight: 107.9 lbs

Pokemon: Yungon
Evolution Method: Ultra Drampa must knock out three opponents while it only has 1 hp.
New Typing: Dragon/Fighting
New Abilities: Beast Boost
New Stats: 90/140/102/61/102/100[BST: 595]
Movepool: Same as Ultra Drampa with the additions of Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Dragon Hammer, Close Combat, Hammer Arm, Leech Life, Focus Punch, Bullet Punch, Giga Drain
Flavor/Design: Ultra Drampa yearns to become what it once was in its youth, a beacon of strength to defend the defenseless. Very rarely when an Ultra Drampa is backed into a corner and faced with no other options it triggers something in it, and odd familiar feeling. In an instant it becomes bigger, stronger, and beefier. The bald spots it has on its head are now full of black hair vaguely resembling that of a superhero's, the grey on its body becomes a vibrant crimson, and its long arms surge into massive muscly arms that would rival the strength of Buzzwole. Defying the odds this being known as Yungon is here to serve and protect its world from whatever threatens it. However there is a hefty cost to pay for this regained youth, it must absorb the life from others in order to stay this way. If it fails to do so it risks reverting back into its old form and collapsing from exhaustion, possibly leaving it comatose or worse dying instantly. Despite its need to steal life it is generally a protector to the Ultra Drampas of its world, however it does not take kind to outsiders and will try to take their life. Height: 10'10 | Weight: 857.9 lbs

:ss/hypno:
Pokemon: Unovan Hypno
New Typing: Psychic/Dark
New Abilities: Insomnia/Intimidate/Bad Dreams
New Stats: 85/83(+10)/70/83(+10)/95(-20)/67[BST: 485]
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Knock Off, Giga Drain, Leech Life
Removed Moves:
Flavor/Design:
Due to some rumors spread in Unova that Hypno captured children and tortured them, sometimes saying even worse things about it, Hypno was seen as evil and a threat. This made it a lot harder for Hypno to eat dreams, and not wanting to starve HYpno simply fed upon the life force of literally anything around it, just as long as its prey was a sleep. This in turn made it actually become more malevolent and a bigger threat than it was before, thus resulting in its new dark type. Its skin is now a dark blue and its once dignified ruffle is now scraggly and unkempt whilst being covered in dirt. Same weight same height.

Pokemon: Sispyrr
Evolution Method: Level it up to level 42.
New Typing: Psychic/Dark
New Abilities: Insomnia/Intimidate/Bad Dreams
New Stats: 105/103/75/103/105/90 [BST: 581]
Movepool: Same as Unovan Hypno but with one new move Eerie Lullaby(a dark type spore clone)
Flavor/Design: Sispyrr is what happens when Hypno goes even further beyond into the desires of draining the life from its prey. Its eyes are now just pure red, its skin is this dirty dark blue, it's fur ruffles elongated into something akin to a vampires' cape, its teeth are as sharp as knives and its tongue is just this elongated red mass of muscle. If not for it's vaguely similar shape and usage of a dented pendulum it would be hard to tell if this even was once a Hypno. It is said if you come a cross this vile creature that you will never return to your home. 6'06"/220lbs

:ss/applin:
Pokemon: Kantonian Applin
New Typing: Grass/Dark
New Abilities: Gluttony/Battle Armor/Bulletproof
New Stats: 40/40/60/40/40/40 [BST: 260]
New Moves: Bite
Removed Moves: Draco Meteor
Flavor/Design: Uh oh this is one bad Applin coming your way. The Kantonian life style made it lose its draconic heritage, but also turned it into something a whole lot worse. Many people view the aggression of this Applin as a joke due to how weak it is to the point where a game developer made an early song of his based on how this seemingly adorable apple is actually evil, which apparently goes along great with his weird shoot'em up games where the protagonists appear to be children. Same height same weight

Pokemon: Badpple
Evolution Method: Use a rotten apple on it.
New Typing: Grass/Dark
New Abilities: Gluttony/Strong Jaw/Hustle
New Stats: 70/110/65/60/65/115 [BST: 485]
Movepool: The same as Flapple's moveset but without the flying or dragon moves plus Crunch, Super Fang, Hyper Fang, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Poison Fang, Bullet Seed, Sludge Bomb, Acid Spray, U-Turn, Fire Fang, Jaw Lock, Psychic Fangs, Acrobatics, Outrage, Night Slash, Hone Claws, Lash Out
Flavor/Design: Alright so imagine flapple but instead of it flapping about it just has these claws and it moves around by just walking with its hands. Also it has some sharp pointy apple teeth. It's also the same height and weight as flapple. It terrifies Kantonian children and is known as the scourge of all produce.

Pokemon: Fujisei
Evolution Method: Use a strange seed on it.
New Typing: Grass/Fairy
New Abilities: Ripen/Malevolence(Steelworker but for Dark Type moves)/Skill LInk
New Stats: 70/105/40/105/40/125 [BST: 485]
Movepool: The same as Appletun's moveset minus Draco Meteor plus, Dazzling Gleam, Dark Pulse, Moonblast, Bullet Seed, Knock Off, U-Turn, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Zen Headbutt, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Drain Punch, Rapid Spin, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Bullet Seed, Misty Explosion, Rock Blast, Pin Missile, Bullet Hell-(Fairy Type Bullet Seed but special), Darkest Lariat, Foul Play, Lash Out, Play Rough, Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt
Flavor/Design: The strange seed turns Applin into a weird lizard-like apple fairy creature known as Fujisei. Despite its cute appearance Fujisei is just as much of a threat as Badpple is, if not moreso. It's incredibly fast and has powerful magic while also being incredibly malevolent. It seems to harbor resentment towards humans, but with the power it has at its disposal it is more likely to lash out in anger. If you eat an apple from a tree it protects, then you might either fall asleep, freeze in place, or just collapse and die. Same height as Appletun but weighs in at 7.5 pounds.

:ss/greedent:
Pokémon: Unovan Greedent
New Typing: Normal/Poison
New Abilities: Funny Moments(it's just a technician clone)/Gluttony
New Stats: 120/105(+10)/105(+10)/55/55(-20)/20 | BST: 460
New Moves: Poison Sting, Posion Fang, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Poison Gas, Toxic, Acid, Wonder Room, Trick Room, Psychic Fangs
Removed Moves: Uproar
Flavor/Design: Due to Skwovets in Unova being stupid already, Greedents are even dumber. Despite this they still try to engage in funny moments for food with their buffoonery. However their comedy is so bad, combined with them eating garbage, that it is literally poisonous. Despite that people will find it funny and continue to feed it despite the routine always being the same. Same height and weight

Pokémon: Griffent
Evolution Method: Level it up to level 45.
New Typing: Normal/Poison
New Abilities: Funny Moments(again it's just technician under a different name)/Gluttony
New Stats: 170/125/125/55/55/20 Spe | BST: 550
New Moves: Movepool from Unovan Greedent + Crunch and Psychic Fangs
Flavor/Design: Griffent is both bigger and dumber than Unovan Greedent. It's roughly the size of a fully grown man. Despite that it still does stupid shit for food, however due to it lacking the cuteness of Greedent it pretends it's people by putting on tattered white dress shirts and dingy green pants it finds in the dumpster and proceeds to fart on everyone. Most people find it unfunny and the fact that it still does this after so long is depressing, but alas it garners an audience of teens and people who peeked in high school so idk. Some people find it funny ironically just because of how blatantly unfunny it is. Such a sad life for Griffent. Height: 6'1|Weight 400lbs

Pokemon: Sinnoan Darumaka the Flower Pokemon
Type: Grass/Fairy
Stats: 60 (-10) HP / 90 Atk / 45 Def / 10 (-5) SpA / 60 (+15) SpD / 50 Spe
New Abilities: Serene Grace / Flower Veil
Removed Moves: Flame Wheel, Fire Spin, Flame Charge
New Moves: Play Rough, Power Whip, Leech Seed
Flavor: Some Darumaka migrated from Unova all the way to Sinnoh, and they were delighted by the beauty and flowers of Floaroma Town. However, they caused mayhem in the town, since their fiery attitude caused the flowers to burn. They retreated to a cave in Route 204, and stayed there until they adapted to the flowery terrain of Floaroma Town and Route 204.

Pokemon: Abloomerasu (Amaterasu + Bloom) the Nymph Pokemon
Evolution Method: Evolves from Sinnoan Darumaka starting at Level 35 while the player has a Grass-type Pokemon in their party
Type: Grass/Fairy
Stats: 105 HP / 140 Atk / 60 (+5) Def / 10 (-20) SpA / 70 (+15) SpD / 95 Spe
New Abilities: Magical Power (Clone of Adaptability) - When this Pokemon uses an attack that doesn’t match its typing (coverage), it gets a damage multiplier increase by 1.5. (In short, base power times 1.5.), Chlorophyll
Removed Moves: Flame Wheel, Fire Punch, Fire Fang
Added Moves: Power Whip, Play Rough, Leech Seed
Flavor: Once they have truly embraced the beauty of the flower and of the Grass-type, they will evolve into a new kind of Darmanitan: Abloomerasu. It is a good friend of human and it is believed that if one has befriended an Abloomerasu, they will receive true love, a peaceful life, and good fortune.

By the way I made the Sinnoan Darumaka Line part Fairy-type because Gen IV lacks Fairy-types. In fact, there are only TWO (three if you count Arceus-Fairy) Fairy-types introduced in Gen IV: Mime Jr. and Togekiss.

Pokemon: Galarian Honedge the Blade Pokemon
Type: Steel
Stats: 45 / 90 (+10) / 90 (-10) / 35 / 37 / 28
New Abilties: Iron Guard (Weak Armor Clone) - If contact is made with this Pokémon, its Speed is lowered by 1 stage and its Defense is raised by 2 stages (NICE OPPOSITE)
Removed Moves: Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond
Added Moves: Fury Swipes, U-turn, Sucker Punch
Flavor: These Honedge migrated from Kalos to Galar. There, they removed their trickster and prankster attitude and replaced it with a never give up attitude. Hence it is only Steel-type, since they have gained grit.

Pokemon: Galarian Doublade the Dual Blade Pokemon
Evolution Method: Same as regular variant
Type: Steel
Stats: 59 / 130 (+20) / 130 (-20) / 45 / 49 / 35
New Abilities: Iron Guard (Weak Armor Clone) - If contact is made with this Pokémon, its Speed is lowered by 1 stage and its Defense is raised by 2 stages
Removed Moves: Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond
Added Moves: Fury Swipes, U-turn, Sucker Punch
Flavor: Since Galarian Honedge tended to be fighters, once they have gained enough fighting experience, they evolve into Galarian Doublade. Galarian Doublade are twice as strong compared to their pre-evolution.

Pokemon: Excalislash (Excalibur + Slash) the Myth Sword Pokemon
Evolution Method: Evolves from Galarian Doublade starting at Level 45 when leveled up at Hulbury (only available in Pokemon Sword)
Type: Steel/Water
Stats: 70 (+10) / 120 (-20) / 60 (+10) / 120 (-20) / 50 (+10) / 70 (+10) (Aegislash-Blade stats)
New Abilities: Attack Boost (Speed Boost Clone + Modifier to Balance) — This Pokémon’s Attack is raised by 1 stage at the end of each full turn it has been on the field at the cost of losing 10% of the value of its full HP (for example, 300 HP. You lose 30 HP every turn.)
Removed Moves: Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond, Shadow Ball, Spite, Tackle
Added Moves: Fury Swipes, Scald, Sucker Punch, Hydro Pump, Aqua Jet, Flip Turn
Flavor: After hard work and cruel training, Galarian Doublade has two paths to choose, depending on the legendary the player is destined to catch. It is said that if the player’s Galarian Doublade evolves into Excalislash, he or she is destined to catch the legend itself: Zacian. Excalislash is Steel/Water because it is a reference to Excalibur, which King Arthur received from the Lady of the Lake, hence the Water-type.

Pokemon: Sedislash (Sedimentary (as in sedimentary rocks) + Slash) the Rock Sword Pokemon
Evolution Method: Evolves from Galarian Doublade starting at Level 45 when leveled up at Stow-on-Side (only available in Pokemon Shield)
Type: Steel/Rock
Stats: 70 (+10) / 60 (+10) / 120 (-20) / 60 (+10) / 120 (-20) / 70 (+10)
New Abilities: Defense Boost (Speed Boost Clone + Modifier to Balance) This Pokémon’s Attack is raised by 1 stage at the end of each full turn it has been on the field at the cost of losing 10% of the value of its full HP (for example, 300 HP. You lose 30 HP every turn.)
Removed Moves: Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond, Shadow Ball, Spite, Tackle
New Moves: Fury Swipes, Rock Blast, Sucker Punch, Earthquake, Head Smash, Stone Collect (Rock-type U-turn)
Flavor: After hard work and cruel training, Galarian Doublade has two paths to choose, depending on the legendary the player is destined to catch. It is said that if the player’s Galarian Doublade evolves into Sedislash, he or she is destined to catch the legend itself: Zamazenta. Sedislash is Steel/Rock because it is a reference to the Sword in the Stone, hence the Rock-typing.

:sm/koffing:
Pokemon: Alolan Koffing the Geyser Pokemon
Type: Fire
Stats: 40 / 50 (-15) / 85 (-10) / 85 (+25) / 45 / 35
New Abilities: No Guard / Flaming Surge (Clone of other surge abilities — On switch in, this Pokemon summons Lava Terrain) / Flash Fire
Removed Moves: Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Belch
Added Moves: Burning Spikes (Toxic Spikes clone — Pokemon switching in on the side of the spikes will be burned, unless they aren’t grounded. It can be removed through Defog, Rapid Spin, or if a Fire-type switches in.), Lava Terrain (Terrain clone — For 5 turns, the terrain is Lava Terrain. The Fire-type moves made by grounded Pokemon are multiplied by 1.3. Camouflage transforms the user into a Fire-type. Nature Power becomes Flamethrower. Secret Power has a 30% chance to burn the target.), Burning Jealousy
Flavor: When Koffing travelled from Kanto to Alola, they were attracted to the spewing lava of Wela Volcano Park. Soon afterwards, they adapted to the warm temperatures that surround the area of the volcano. They soon started spewing hot smoke instead of poisonous gas.

Pokemon: Eruptauea (Eruption + Kilauea, a volcano in Hawaii) the Eruption Pokemon
Evolution Method: Fire Stone
Type: Fire/Rock
Stats: 65 / 75 (-15) / 110 (-10) / 110 (+25) / 70 / 60
Flavor: Once Alolan Koffing spew lava that is considered an eruption, they would evolve into Eruptaea. Eruptaea have strong firepower, and their lava reaches temperatures at equal 4000 degrees Celsius.

:ss/Klink:
Pokemon: Galarian Klink the Steam Pokemon
Type: Rock/Steel
Stats: 40 HP / 60 Atk (+5) / 60 Def (-10) / 50 SpA (+5) / 55 SpD (-5) / 35 Spe (+5)
New Abilities: Steelworker, White Smoke, Steam Engine
Removed Moves: Sandstorm, Rising Voltage, Toxic (Lose 3)
Added Moves: Rock Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rock Wrecker, Earth Power (Gain 5)

Pokemon: Galarian Klang the Coal Pokemon
Evolution Method: Evolves from Galarian Klink at Level 35
Type: Rock/Steel
Stats: 60 HP / 85 Atk (+5) / 85 Def (-10) / 75 SpA (+5) / 80 SpD (-5) / 55 Spe (+5)
New Abilities: Steelworker, White Smoke, Steam Engine
Removed Moves: Sandstorm, Rising Voltage, Toxic (Lose 3)
Added Moves: Rock Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rock Wrecker, Earth Power Metal Terrain ( Terrain clone - For 5 turns, the terrain is Metal Terrain. The Steel-type moves made by grounded Pokemon are multiplied by 1.3. Camouflage transforms the user into a Steel-type. Nature Power becomes Flash Cannon. Secret Power has a 30% chance to raise the user’s Speed by 2.) (Gain 6)

Pokemon: Industroal (Industrial + Coal) the Industrial Age Pokemon
Evolution Method: Level up while knowing Metal Terrain (Learned by Galarian Klang at Level 66)
Type: Rock/Steel
New Abilities: Steelworker, White Smoke, Steam Engine
New Stats: 60/105/105/75/80/95 (removed 10 from Def, split them into Atk and SpA, then removed 5 from SpD then invested into Spe)
Removed Moves: Sandstorm, Rising Voltage, Toxic, Trick Room (Lose 4)
Added Moves: Rock Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rock Wrecker, Earth Power, Metal Terrain (For 5 turns, the terrain is Metal Terrain. The Steel-type moves made by grounded Pokemon are multiplied by 1.3. Camouflage transforms the user into a Steel-type. Nature Power becomes Flash Cannon. Secret Power has a 30% chance to raise the user’s Speed by 2.) (Gain 6)
Flavor/Design: This Galarian Klink line is based on the Industrial Revolution, which began in the UK, the region Galar is based on. More specifically, this line is based on coal, which proved to be very useful in those times. I added the Rock-type to Galarian Klink and its egos in order to keep up with the coal theme. For the abilities, I gave them Steelworker since the middle class got opportunities as workers during the Industrial Age. I got White Smoke due to steam-powered trains, which were powered by coal. That’s the same reason with Steam Engine. For new moves, I gave it Rock Blast, Rock Wrecker, and Stone Edge since regular Klink line lacks Rock-type moves in its learnset. I then gave it Earthquake since I feel every Rock-type learns Earthquake, like Terrakion and Tyranitar, while in Earth Power’s case, all Lycanroc forms can learn it.

:ss/ralts:
Pokemon: Kalosian Ralts
Type: Ghost/Rock
Stats: 28 HP / 14 Atk (-11) / 25 Def / 56 SpA (+11) / 30 SpD (-5) / 45 Spe (+5)

Removed Moves: Defense Curl, Hypnosis, Heal Pulse, Misty Terrain (Lose 4)
Added Moves: Rock Slide, Earthquake, Screech (Gain 3)

Pokemon: Kalosian Kirlia
Evolution Method: Evolves from Kalosian Ralts starting Level 25
Type: Rock/Ghost
Stats: 38 HP / 24 Atk (-11) / 35 Def / 77 SpA (+11) / 50 SpD (-5) / 55 Spe (+5)
Abilities: Infiltrator, Levitate, Prankster
Removed Moves: Defense Curl, Hypnosis, Heal Pulse, Misty Terrain (Lose 4)
Added Moves: Rock Slide, Earthquake, Screech (Gain 3)

Pokemon: Blanchetom (Blanche + Phantom) (Based on Gardevoir)
Evolution Method: Use a Dusk Stone on a
Type: Rock/Ghost
Stats: 68 HP / 54 Atk (-11) / 35 Def / 136 SpA (+11) / 110 SpD (-5) / 85 Spe (+5)
Abilities: Infiltrator, Levitate, Prankster
Removed Moves: Defense Curl, Hypnosis, Heal Pulse, Misty Terrain (Lose 4)
Added Moves: Rock Slide, Earthquake, Screech (Gain 3)

Flavor/Design: The Galarian Ralts Line is based on “Dames Blanches”, which are female spirits in French myths and folklore, hence the Ghost-typing. The reason why I gave them Rock-typing is because Dames Blanches appear near caves and caverns in the Pyrenees mountains.

:ss/cleffa:
Pokemon: Ultra Cleffa
Type: Psychic/Fairy
Stats: 45 HP (-5) / 20 Atk (-5) / 26 Def (-2) / 57 SpA (+12) / 50 SpD (-5) / 20 Spe (+5)
Abilities: Beast Boost
Removed Moves: Detect, Rain Dance, Seismic Toss, Last Resort, Gravity (Lost 5)
Added Moves: Nasty Plot, Agility, Knock Off, Sandstorm (Gain 4)

Pokemon: Ultra Clefairy
Evolution Method: Level up with high friendship in Ultra Space
Type: Psychic/Fairy
Stats: 65 HP (-5) / 40 Atk (-5) / 46 Def (-2) / 72 SpA (+12) / 60 SpD (-5) / 40 Spe (+5)
Abilities: Beast Boost
Removed Moves: Detect, Rain Dance, Seismic Toss, Last Resort, Gravity (Lost 5)
Added Moves: Nasty Plot, Agility, Knock Off, Sandstorm, Spikes (Gain 5)

Pokemon: Celestraco (Celestial + Draco) (Yes this is the name I gave for CAP27 but lost)
Evolution Method: Evolves from Ultra Clefairy starting at Level 31
Type: Psychic/Fairy
Stats: 90 HP (-5) / 65 Atk (-5) / 69 Def (-4) / 100 SpA (+5) / 88 SpD (-2) / 71 Spe
Abilities: Beast Boost
Removed Moves: Detect, Rain Dance, Seismic Toss, Last Resort, Gravity (Lost 5)
Added Moves: Nasty Plot, Agility, Knock Off, Sandstorm, Spikes, Psychic Terrain, Expanding Force (Gain 7)

Flavor/Design: When multiple Ultra Wormholes began to appear across the Alola region, a bunch of Cleffa, Clefairy, and Clefable wandered into the wormhole. They were able to float through Ultra Space and adapted to this new ability, this they gained the Psychic-type. They soon landed in new homes across Ultra Space, and with nothing to do, they battled each other like it was a gladiatorial arena. They soon developed a beastly nature, and this they gained the ability Beast Boost, as well as gaining more offensive capabilities.

Pokemon: Unovan Masquerain
Type: Psychic/Ghost
Stats: 70 HP / 85 Atk (+25) / 62 Def / 85 SpA (-15) / 72 SpD (-10) / 80 Spe
New Abilities: Snoring Touch [Static clone - Making contact with this Pokemon has a 30% chance of inflicting sleep | Malevolent [Merciless clone - Always crits against sleeping Pokemon]
Removed Moves: Surskit + Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Gust, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Silver Wind, Roost, Aerial Ace [22]
New Moves: Surskit + Calm Mind, Meditate, Lovely Kiss, Yawn, Trick, Psyshock, Psychic Fangs, Expanding Force [22]

Pokemon: Masquerevery [Masquerade + Reverie]
Type: Psychic/Ghost
Stats: 70 HP / 105 Atk / 67 Def / 105 SpA / 67 SpD / 100 Spe [514]
New Abilities: Snoring Touch [Static clone - Making contact with this Pokemon has a 30% chance of inflicting sleep | Malevolent [Merciless clone - Always crits against sleeping Pokemon]
New Moves: Masquerain + Stored Power, Teleport, U-Turn, Speed Swap

Flavor: In Unova, Surskit and Masuqerain gained the ability to infiltrate the dream world. As a result, they are able to see the dreams of people and Pokemon. As a result, they resemble spirits instead of physical bugs, and they prey on dreams. Unlike Hypno, Masquerain enjoys infiltrating dreams and playing a role in them, which usually results in catastrophic changes to the dream. Upon evolution, Masquerevery has the incredible ability to manifest the dreams it enters, turning them into reality. While occasionally this results in positive dreams coming true, this is completely accidental. Masquerevery loves nothing more than turning nightmares into reality.

*reads the vote count*
[visible confusion]
My sub got 4 votes, not 1.
:ss/grimer:
Pokémon: Sinnoan Grimer the magma pokemon
New Typing: Fire
New Abilities: Sticky Hold / Flame Body / Water Absorb
New Stats: 85 (+5) / 80 / 70 (+20) / 30 (-10) / 55 (+5) / 5 (-20)
New Moves: Flare Blitz, Stealth Rock, Recover, Knock Off
Removed Moves: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Sludge, Rain Dance
Flavor/Design: Grimer bought over from other regions were forced to adapt to the cold environment of Sinnoh. However, they were not able to find a place to live due to the sheer amount of competition they faced from the other species. As such, they ended up resorting to the volcanic chambers and the volcanic exteriors of Stark Mountain as where they would live. More specifically, they inhabit the areas around the magma pools. The heat of the lava pools outside caused the sludge that their bodies were made to turn into scorching hot magma (akin to Magcargo). Their main food source is the lava of these lava pools.

Pokémon: Magmaludge the magma pokemon
New Typing: Fire/Ground
New Abilities: Sticky Hold / Flame Body / Water Absorb
New Stats: 105 / 105 / 120 (swapped with physical defense, +20) / 55 (-10) / 85 (+10) / 30 (-20)
New Moves: Same as Sinnoan Grimer + Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Polish, Will-o-Wisp, Burn Up
Removed Moves: Same as Sinnoan Grimer + Poison Jab, Venom Drench, Acid Spray, Poison Gas, Poison Fang
Evolution Method: Level up while holding a Magmarizer (item disappears upon evolving)
Flavor/Design: 3'10" | 596.1 lbs. | Magmaludge takes most of the visual changes from its pre-evolution. However, it now has parts of volcanic rocks within its magma. Not only this, but its lava is now a darker red color, and on the tips of its fingers it has sharp volcanic rocks. Magmaludge now not only live around lava pools, but some of them will also now even live in the lava. The magma has slightly hardened on their body, making them move extremely slowly. With this, its inner temperature has significantly increased, now reaching well over 12000 degrees Fahrenheit. It will hide in pools of lava, waiting for unsuspecting pokemon or humans to pass by, before burning their prey to ashes via the sheer heat and absorbing their ashes.
Competitive Use: "Finally, another Sinnoan form that isn't a Weavile clone!"... you're right! Magmaludge's main role is something along the lines of a physically defensive wall that, while having speeds comparable to Slowbro, offers more utility in the form of Will-o-Wisp, Stealth Rock, and more. Although it's slow as balls (so that it can't move first in the face of most Defoggers), this doesn't matter - all Magmaludge intends to do is to tank some hits on the physical side and either cripple something with WoW or set up Stealth Rock. So basically, it's a bulky support pokemon that also functions as a physical wall.
Competitive Drawbacks: Magmaludge is slow as balls (30 speed? really?) so it'll usually move last. Not to mention that weaker special defense stat leaving it weak to the likes of Kyurem, Hydreigon, you get the drill. Furthermore, although Water Absorb covers its 4x Water-type weakness, it still carries a weakness to Ground coverage (and this is common), and it's still neutral to Stealth Rock damage. This means it's either forced to carry HDB and forfeit Leftovers recovery that could be crucial in a given matchup or have its Leftovers recovery negated by Stealth Rock, and both of these items are CRUCIAL for Magmaludge.

Pokémon: Sinnoan Nickit
New Typing: Dark/Ice
New Abilities: Run Away / Unburden / Stakeout
New Stats: 40 / 52 (swapped with special defense) / 28 / 47 / 28 / 50 (245 BST)
New Moves: Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Knock Off
Removed Moves: None
Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Nickit resembles an arctic fox, and as such its design changes to resemble one. Namely, its fur is now a light gray color, and the black on its body is now white. Nickit are extremely timid, oftentimes shying away from fights. This makes them key prey for the predators of Mt. Coronet. They are heavily protected by Thievul and Arctivul.

Pokémon: Sinnoan Thievul
New Typing: Dark/Ice
New Abilities: Intimidate / Unburden / Stakeout
New Stats: 70 / 97 (swapped with special defense, +5) / 58 / 58 / 77 (swapped with special defense, -10) / 95 (+5)
New Moves: Same as Sinnoan Nickit
Removed Moves: None
Flavor/Design: Most of the visual changes from Sinnoan Nickit have carried over, and their tails are now bushier and end with a point. They also no longer have that mustache on their noses. Sinnoan Thievul are stronger and faster. They prefer to hunt alone, but every once in a while you might see a group of Sinnoan Thievul. This is mainly because they are trying to protect Sinnoan Nickit. However, if you see a group of Sinnoan Thievul with no Sinnoan Nickit, sometimes they do this to hunt their prey easier.

Pokémon: Arctivul
New Typing: Dark/Ice
New Abilities: Intimidate / Unburden / Adaptability
New Stats: 70 / 118 (+21) / 70 (+12) / 68 (+10) / 80 (+3) / 119 (+24) (525 BST)
New Moves: Same as Sinnoan Thievul + Close Combat, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Swords Dance
Removed Moves: None
Evolution Method: Level 36. Simple.
Flavor/Design: 4'09" | 72.9 lbs. | Arctivul are bigger and take on a more graceful appearance (think Ninetales, for instance). Their designs change as such, as their heads are slightly bigger (and bear a subtle reference to Ninetales' head). Speaking of which, Arctivul prefer to live by themselves and are quite rare as such. If you do see one, while you should feel lucky, they attack anything that walks into their territory on sight and as such is extremely aggressive. Males have tails that have a sharp end and two scars on their eyelids, whereas female Arctivul have tails that curl up in themselves and have a scar on the back of their heads.
Competitive Use: "Oh... so you were lying when you said that you'd stop with the Sinnoan Ice-type regional evos that ended up being Weavile clones..."... yeah, I technically did. But again, this is more than just that. Whereas Zorrarctic was intended to speed tie Terrakion at the most, Arctivul is intended to speed tie Cinderace. 118 attack isn't particularly special, but with access to Swords Dance and Adaptability, it reaches levels of attacking power that'd make even Conkeldurr look weak. And let's not even talk about a Choice Band set. Yeah. That's scary.
Competitive Drawbacks: 70 / 70 / 80 defenses. This was a problem with the original Thievul and it still is today. Mind you, it likely wouldn't care given it's an offensive pokemon, but this means to safely switch in, it has to be brought in via U-turn or Teleport, heavily restricting Arctivul's usability. Lastly, 118 attack, while strong, isn't particularly special either, meaning it can fall short quite easily of KOes.

Pokémon: Galarian Mudbray
New Typing:

New Abilities: Own Tempo / Reckless | Motor Drive
New Stats: 70 HP / 70 Atk / 45 Def / 55 SpA / 45 SpD / 100 Spe
Removed Moves: Bulldoze, Earth Power, Earthquake, Fissure, Mud-Slap, Sand Tomb, Stomping Tantrum, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Sandstorm, Smack Down, Stealth Rock
[Loses 12]
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Thunder Shock, Spark, Thunder Wave, Shock Wave, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Magnet Rise, Wild Charge, Rising Voltage [Gains 13]
Flavor/Design: The Mudbray of Galar were initially brought over to be beasts of burden, but their extremely stubborn attitude was proven too much for the Galar countrymen, and they gave up, abandoning them to the wild. The Mudbray found the massive expanses of the Galarian Wild Areas to be much more liberating than that of its small island home of Alola. These Mudbray started to engage in racing, especially during thunderstorms. Them racing through the highly charged fields affected them in a mysterious way, granting them the Electric typing.

Pokémon: Thoroughbolt [Thoroughbred (type of English Race horse) + Bolt]
New Typing:

New Abilities: Own Tempo / Reckless | Motor Drive
New Stats: 100 HP / 110 Atk / 55 Def / 65 SpA / 45 SpD / 125 Spe
New Moves: Galarian Mudbray + Earthquake, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Electrify, High Jump Kick, Thunderclop
[Gains 17]
Thunderclop - Electric | Physical | 110 BP | 10 PP | 85% Acc | 20% chance to raise speed.
Flavor/Design: Thoroughbolt is a speed demon, and is known far and wide throughout Galar to be one of the fastest forms of land transportation available. These Pokemon, while not as stubborn as their distant relatives, instead are known to have a flare for danger, with wild ones known to charge head first into dangerous thunderstorms in an attempt to channel its power. It is said that when these Pokemon gallop, they generate massive amounts of electrical current which it releases in high voltage kicks.

Pokémon: Johtonian Polteageist the Green Tea Pokémon
New Typing: Dragon / Steel
New Abilities: Serene Grace / Rain Dish
New Stats: 60 HP / 60 Atk / 134 Def / 60 SpA / 124 SpD / 70 Spe (Swapped SpA with Def, then took 5 points from Atk and SpA and put them in SpD)
New Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Breath, Scald, Steel Beam, Iron Tail, Dragon Rush [Gains 6]
Removed Moves: Curse, Light Screen, Reflect, Strength Sap [Loses 4]
Flavor/Design: Inspired by Eastern teas instead of the Western ones that OG Polteageist is based on. Instead of a porcelain teapot, this Polteageist resides in a cast-iron tetsubin style teapot, hence the Steel typing. The pot itself is a matte gunmetal color with a handle around the lid. The lid itself, which Polteageist wears as a hat, is flat and saucer-like as opposed to a bell shape. The Dragon type comes from a dragon motif etched on the pot, and how this Polteageist can shape its amorphous body into a dragon silhouette when it exerts itself during battle, kind of like OG Polteageist's exertions. Instead of purple, Polteageist's body is now a forest green color, with a pair of small yellow whiskers on its face.

It is said that Johtonian Polteageist came into existence when a Polteageist from Galar poured itself into a pot of green tea while in Johto. Compared to Galarian Polteageist, Johtonian Polteageist are known to be more social and standoffish in nature. In addition, instead of sapping one's vitality, their tea is known to induce calmness and serenity. The calming connotations green tea has is the principle behind Serene Grace as an ability, while Rain Dish simply references that it's a pot that can collect liquid.

Competitively, it is meant to make use of SG in conjunction with moves with high rates of secondary effects, like Scald, Dragon Breath, or maybe even Astonish. Good defenses and typing help with holding its own against many attackers, but the removal of Strength Sap and screens means it has to be wary of abusing this tactic, lest it easily be worn down. Its offenses are also quite poor, which impedes its abilities. This can be remedied somewhat with Shell Smash, but that can undermine its defenses. Rain Dish can help with bulk and scare away ground types, but just be careful of how this sacrifices reliability with secondary effects.

Finally, regarding new moves. Steel Beam and Draco Meteor are mandatory given that all Steel and Dragon types learn these moves. Scald and Dragon Breath are meant to convey spraying hot tea everywhere. With Iron Tail, it hits the foe with its spout (since it lacks any other tail-like appendage), and with Dragon Rush, it slams into the foe with its hard iron body. I decided to keep the Ghost type moves, since I think they fit well with connotations of mysticism that dragons tend to have.

Height: 6 in.
Weight: 9.8 lbs.

Also, I just wanted to double check since I'm a little unclear on what the OP means: because I added a dual type to a single typed Pokémon (Dragon/Steel to Sinistea's Ghost), it is okay that I added more moves than I removed, correct?

IGNORE THIS. I'm dumb and can't read that this was the regional evolutions thread instead of the regional variant one. Will repost and tidy this up in the correct thread.

Pokémon: Sinnoan Cottonee the Zap Cloud Pokémon
New Typing: Electric / Flying
New Abilities: Regenerator / Filter
New Stats: 40/27/60/37/66/50 (Swapped Spe and SpD)
New Moves: Gust, Rain Dance, Thunder Wave, Nuzzle, Volt Switch
Removed Moves: Leech Seed, Seed Bomb, Stun Spore, Grassy Glide, Misty Terrain, Grassy Terrain, Razor Leaf, Worry Seed, Poison Powder
Flavor/Design: Instead of cotton, the fluffy-looking thing that this evolutionary line is based off of is a thundercloud. S!Cottonee is a bit flatter than normal Cottonee, now with grey fluff and yellow eyes, which is meant to represent a storm cloud. The leaves on its head are now golden cones attached to its head, meant to invoke a more industrial feel for its Electric Type.

An Electric / Flying typing is meant to be as thematically appropriate for a thundercloud as possible, and since weather systems can be known to merge and combine, Regenerator seemed like a fun and useful option to represent that. I also used Filter since I thought it to be both useful and representative (if a bit tangentially) of how thunderclouds are big, opaque, and kind of muffling-feeling.

The removed moves eliminate most Grass moves and terrain moves, which I thought wouldn't make sense for something that flies and is electrical. Added moves meant to give some flavor for a weaker pre-evo, RD to represent rainstorms, and some Electric utility with Nuzzle and VS

Height: 10 in.
Weight: 1.1 lbs.

Pokémon: Sinnoan Whimsicott the Thunderhead Pokémon
New Typing: Electric / Flying
New Abilities: Regenerator / Filter
New Stats: 60/47/105/97/80/91 (-20 to Atk, -26 to Spd, then put 20 in Def, 20 in SpA, and 5 in SpD)
New Moves: Same as S!Cottonee, plus Thunder, Thunderbolt, Aura Sphere, and Roost
Removed Moves: Same as S!Cottonee
Flavor/Design: Meant to further the theme of thunderclouds. Its puffy hair is now a dark grey like a thundercloud, and trails behind it somewhat, kind of like M!Ampharos or F!Pyroar's manes. Its body is slightly smaller than OG Whimsicott, and is a light grey color. Finally the green spirals on its face are replaced with lightning bolts, like downward-facing horns.

For its moves, Thunder and Tbolt are nearly mandatory for Electric types, while I though Roost was just a nice flavor fit for a utility-like Flying type. Aura Sphere I admit is a bit of an oddball, but I also just thought it was nice flavor to convey the sheer energy of thunderstorms while also being good in battle.

Competitively, my idea was to make something with some good utility without going overboard on stats. Though it loses Prankster and some speed, better bulk, (arguably) better typing, SpA, and its movepool gives some good options for team support.

When some Whimsicott were introduced to the Sinnoh region from Unova, they settled in Sunyshore City, relishing in the open sea that surrounds it. Soon they adapted an affinity for the city's power grid, and combined with flying around in rainstorms, came to change into the electrical puffballs the region knows today.

Height: 2 ft.
Weight: 12.4 lbs.

Sorry that this is kind of needlessly verbose, I wasn't totally sure where I should draw the line.
Regarding Johtonian Polteageist’s line, you need a Johtonian Sinistea, and since it is Regional Evolutions, you need a replacement evo for Johtonian Polteageist OR create a new regional evolution that evolves from Johtonian Polteageist.

FOR EXAMPLE:

Scenario 1: Replacement Evolution

Galarian Meowth evolves into Perrserker, not Galarian Persian

Scenario 2: New Stage Evolution

Regular Zigzagoon evolves into Linoone. Galarian Zigzagoon evolves into Galarian Linoone, which evolves into Obstagoon.

Something to note, as this is Regional Evolutions, the subs require a brand new evolution instead of just a mere regional variant.

Ah, I see. I was getting confused/misread stuff with the sheer volume of things in the OP and other threads, and somehow it didnt click that the regional evo was required. Thanks!

Don’t mean to double post. In the OP, how many moves can you add if you add another type to a single-typed Pokemon, since I’m confused whether it’s 10 moves free or 2 times as much as the number of moves removed.

*Hard Court: While this Pokémon is active, the effect of terrains are disabled.

Evolves by leveling up at 0 Happiness with the other two forms in the same team: other two forms will disappear being absorbed by the evolving one.
Pokémon: Cerbhound ("cerberus", greek mythology dog with three heads, + "hound")
Typing:

Abilities: Intimidate | HA: Magic Bounce
Stats: 91 / 132 / 95 / 51 / 95 / 96 (BST 560)
New Moves: Brutal Swing, Darkest Lariat, Knock Off, Power Trip, Pursuit, Throat Chop, Shadow Claw, Curse, Tri Attack
Height: 2.3 m
Weight: 124.3 kg

Flavor/Design: The Galarian variation of these species have smaller sizes than the Alolan ones, because they were trained by humans over time. They were trained for hunting small preys, and although that is now forbidden, these species kept their traits until these days. Galarian Rockruff are said to be the cutest dog Pokémon among them all, even more than Yamper (they'll be inspired to jackrussel). They are particularly known for their ability to dig the ground, since they were used to draw out from their burrows small Pokémon like Bunnelby and Scorbunny that live under the tree roots. Their three evolutions are specialized to catch one kind of prey for each of them: Midday form was used to hunt Vulpix, Nickit and their evolutions; Midnight form was strong enough to hunt Beartic and Bewear; Dusk form was intelligent enough to prey even bird Pokémon like Rookidee and Rufflet. Cerbhound is a form that these hunting dog Pokémon developed because of the guilt they accumulated because of what they were used for, but also because they were not treated with affection during the training, and it was also the reason why hunting has become illegal in this region. (each of them is inspired to a different english race: Rockruff is a Jack Russell, Lycanrock Midday is a Beagle, Midnight is a Bulldog and Dusk is a Chien de Sant-Hubert; Cerbhound has the heads of all three of them)

Pokémon: Kalosian Purugly
New Typing:

New Abilities: Fur Coat / Own Tempo | HA: Competitive
New Stats: 71 / 62 / 74 / 84 / 69 / 92 (-20 Atk, +10 Def, +20 SpA, +10 SpD, -20 Spe)
New Moves (15): Calm Mind, Expanding Force, Future Sight, Imprison, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Magic Room, Miracle Eye, Psychic, Psychic Terrain, Psyshock, Psywave, Reflect, Trick, Trick Room

Pokémon: Magneko ("magnet" + "neko", cat in japanese)
Typing:

Abilities: Galvanize / Magnet Pull | HA: Competitive
New Stats: 77 / 64 / 76 / 111 / 82 / 125 (BST 535)
New Moves: Charge, Charge Beam, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Electro Ball, Ion Deluge, Magnetic Flux, Magnet Rise, Nuzzle, Spark, Thunder Fang, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Ice Fang, Magnet Bomb
Height: 1.8 m
Weight: 67.8 kg
Flavor/Design: Glameow in Kalos are very common pets amongst the richest families, they are noble and snob with other cat Pokémon because of how their fur becomes soft if treated well. They are almost venerated by their holders, which treat them as the kings of the house they live in, where usually they have their exclusive space with all comforts. If a Glameow is spoilt enough, it absorbs psychic powers from the attenions humans give them, until they evolve into their regional Purugly form, which doesn't fit anymore its name, being one of the most beautiful cat Pokémon existing. In this form, their tail is bent around their neck instead of their belly, since they are a lot thinner than their Sinnoh variant, with most of the volume of their body occupied by their soft fur. With time they develop the ability to concentrate electrostatic energy inside their body and when they learn to move those charges along their tails, they evolve into Magneko. This final form is very big, their size is comparable to those of big felines that live wilder lands (maybe beacuse of an ancient ancestor to this species). Magneko owe their name to their ability to control electric charges along thier tail, which they use as a solenoid to manouver magnetic field around them. Idols of Magneko were found in Egypt, so archaeologists theorized that some ancient populations may have worshipped these Pokémon in the past. The habit of some tribes in Africa of lenghtening their necks with rings may be an imitation to the appearance of an ancient god inspired to this Pokémon, because of its electromagnetic powers seeming magic, being incomprehensible for those times.

Don’t mean to double post. In the OP, how many moves can you add if you add another type to a single-typed Pokemon, since I’m confused whether it’s 10 moves free or 2 times as much as the number of moves removed.
If you add a new type to a single-typed Pokémon, you get to replace up to 15 moves as always, but you can also add up to 15 additional moves, so the maximum number of new moves is equal to the number of removed moves plus 15.

A Dashing Duck Evolution
*Insert Farfetch’d Picture*
Pokemon: Unovan Farfetch’d
New Typing: Normal
Abilities: Keen Eye, Rivalry, Scrappy (HA)
New Stats: 52/90/72(+20)/48(-10)/52(-10)/60
New Moves: Wood Hammer, Fling, Low Sweep, Low Kick, Bullet Seed, Stomping Tantrum
Removed Moves: First Impression, Solar Blade
Height: 2’07’’
Weight: 67.4 lbs
Flavor/Design: Based on a duck and a baseball player. His body is now more of a light grey, with tiny black streaks below his eyes that resemble eyeblack. His wings are a bit wider and are mostly black. His leek now resembles a baseball bat.
Due to the popularity of sports in the Unova Region, Farfetch’d have evolved to be able to compete and thrive in Unova’s national pastime.
Pokemon: Yankeefetch’d
New Typing: Normal
Abilities: Keen Eye, Rivalry, Scrappy (HA)
New Stats: 82/130/105/48/77/65
New Moves: Earthquake, Bulldoze, Seed Bomb, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Dazzling Dinger (Normal, Physical, 120 BP, 90% Acc, 5-8 PP, Effects: 10% Chance to lower the Target’s Def, Description: Using it’s bat, the Pokemon launches an onion at extraordinary speeds towards the target.)
Height: 3’09’’
Weight: 147.6 lbs
Flavor/Design: Based on a duck, a baseball player, and the New York Yankees. He is now a larger, slightly heavyset duck with a pretty smug look on its face. His body is light grey for the most part, but his belly along with the somewhat saggy feathers that run down part of his legs are white with navy blue pinstripes. Little navy blue tufts on his head are slicked back. His left wing is navy blue and much larger than the right, resembling a glove. His right holds the now much larger leek bat. He always has a few onion “balls” hidden somewhere in his glove.
Only the most skilled Farfetch’d can evolve into Yankeefetch’d, who are able to hit their onions with enough power to topple over 16 Asian Elephants. They are almost always chewing and spitting out various seeds, and those that can launch them the farthest are often revered.
This Pokemon can possibly function as a hard hitting tank that can eat up at least a few hits or as a potential trick room option.

Pokemon; Hoennian Litleo
New Typing:
1593730608765.png

New Abilities: Sand Veil replaces Rivalry
Flavor/Design - Largely unchanged. While young, they hide in the Sand Storms whipped up by their alpha Pyroar in their Pride.

Pokémon: Hoennian Pyroar-F
New Typing:

New Abilities: Sand Rush replaces Sand Veil
New Stats
: Att 109 / SpA 68 (Attack Stat Swap)
New Moves: Poison Fang, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Gastro Acid, Acid Armour
Removed Moves: Bounce, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave
Flavor/Design: The colour shifts from the deep browns to that of a deeper purple, and the lighter brown to a very pale, sickly green. The flame-mane/topknot takes on a poisonous purple hue (as opposed to the pale ghostly purple flame), and it grows small ram or goat like horns, and the fangs become more akin to cross between a snake's fangs, and a Smilodon. Based on the idea of the female lion primarily doing the hunting and so being more physical than a male, and a hint to its New Stage Evolution, Chimeroar. Those who do not have the ability to withstand the sandstorm in the desert tend to leave the wild prides, these dangerous natural predators can often be found enjoying the heat of the nearby Mt Chimney, venturing within the sandstorm only as long as they can withstand it.

Pokémon: Hoennian Pyroar-M
New Typing:

New Abilities: Sandstorm replaces Sand Veil
New Stats: SpD 106 / Spe 66 (Stat Swap)
New Moves: Power Gem, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Calm Mind, Life Dew, Fly, Air Slash, Earth Power
Removed Moves: Iron Tail, Payback, Wild Charge, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Toxic, Bounce, Bulldoze
Flavor/Design: The male Pyroar from Hoenn begin to embody the land they come from, summoning vast storms of grit and dust, but their already sandy fur takes on a decidedly more rocky appearance, and the flamboyant mane instead becoming more jagged and pharaonic in its shape, hinting at its New Stage Evolution Sphyroar. The Darker fur begins to show square, brick-like striations in its patterning. They provide vital nourishment and guidance for the tribe in the desert, who would otherwise struggle to find the liquid they need to survive. As a rule, those Pyroar males who lack the ability to call up a Sandstorm are shunned, forming nomadic ferocious nomadic hunting packs. In battle the Hoennian Pyroar males can act as a rather decent special wall; the additional boost from the sand and the heightened special defense stat, especially in combination with the potential of an assault vest and neutrality to Stealth Rocks means that they can often do well switching in before threaning the target with a powerful Hyper Voice, Power Gem or Fire Blast.

Pokémon: Chimeroar (New Stage Evolution for Hoennian Pyroar-F)
New Typing:

New Abilities: Moxie/Sand Rush/Merciless
New Stats
: HP 96 (+10) / Att 120 (+11) / Def 82 (+10) / SpA 70 (+2) / SpD 76 (+10) / Spe 113 (+7)
New Moves: Poison Tail, Toxic Spikes, Baneful Bunker, Coil, Fire Lash, Fell Stinger
Flavor/Design: The name should be obvious. The Poison Flame Mane becomes a whip-like flaming tail, tipped with what appears to be a scorpion-like stinger. Meanwhile, its head takes on a more snake or dragon like appearance, with its goat-horns more pronounced. Depending on her temperament, a Chimeroar can either choose to shelter behind their acidic armour or scatter their toxic scales, or even simply rely on poisons running through her body, envenoming her opponent before striking back with merciless speed and fury. Against a dangerous foe, or when having the time to set up an ambush, Chimeroar have been seen to wrap their poison-flame tail around their body, or using the venom-stinger to deal finishing blows to their prey - woe betide any others who cross paths with an enraged Chimeroar.
Height; 6' 7" 2.01m
Weight; 312lbs 141.6kg

Pokémon: Sphyroar (New Stage Evolution for Hoennian Pyroar-M)
New Typing:
1593731722917.png

New Abilities: Moxie/Sandstorm/Petrify (Rock Type Aerillate)
New Stats: HP 106 (+20) / Att 68, Def 85 (+13) / SpA 120 (+11) / SpD 112 (+6) / Spe 66
New Moves: Meteor Beam, Eruption, Defog, Hurricane, Scorching Sands, Shore Up
Flavor/Design: Becoming a full blown ruler of the desert of Hoenn, these majestic beasts fully take on a similar form of an andro-sphinx, stone-like wings still capable of flight, whole their manes turn to the stone like headdress of a pharaoh in full. They keep their leonie face, but many of the flame like trappings remain hidden, save for the licks of flame visible from the brick like cracks in their hide, their burning eyes and the molten core when they open their huge Jaws to roar. Said roar can be absolutely devastating, capable of turning their opponents to stone, while they can call upon the blistering heat of the deserts and their own bodies to do horrific damage to those who threaten their former pride lands, occasionally launching searing beams of summoned meteors. Those Pyroar who kept their ability to manipulate the storms of the desert are rather impressive, now even tougher and can even call upon the powerful healing ability caress of the storm around them.
Height; 8'4" 2.54m
Weight; 604lbs 274kg

In short, the old picture of litleo being rumoured to be a manticore from leaked pictures in gen 5 being posted to the reddit encouraged me to make a mythologically flavoured creature RVE. Litleo is largely unchanged other than to become more survivable in the desert sandstorm due to its ground type and potential Sand Veil. However, it either evolves to become a capable huntress, where Sand Rush makes it a super fast Sandstorm Hunter if needed, before evolving into a Chimera, where its poison flavour gives it potential for 100% accurate +1 always Crit 120BP Gunk Shots. Meanwhile the Sphinx like Male Evolutions is a lot slower, but has kept the heavy special attack and defense investment. It has to be careful of ground types, as it does not have levitate or flying: however, with a 4* weakness to ground and water types, and being supported by Meteor Beam and Solar Beam, Power Herbs are rather decent option for an item. Still 4* weak and relatively low defense vs Aqua Jet or Earthquake is not somewhere Sphyroar wants to be so my be rather quickly forced out: just as well it has neutrality to Stealth Rock, the ability to clear them, and heal if it so wishes.

Yesterday, I was watching TikToks on Youtube (because what else do you do when bored) and saw a TikTok about "Top 3 Bears"- the Sun Bear was ranked first because of it's...utterly ridiculous appearance. Heliosuring is what would happen if Ursaring just stayed at it's Teddiursa height and could abuse Psychic Terrain and Expanding Force.

A split evolution that functions similar to the Hit line. Can either abuse the physical aspect or the special aspect with Status and hit Ghost types for fun.
Are split evolutions like this allowed Samtendo09?

As G-Luke mentioned me, no, having both "standard" and Regional-exclusive Evolutions in one line wouldn't be allowed in here.

In any case, voting will starts this evening to give transwiththeplans to change the submission to be accepted.

:sunflora: > (New)
Pokémon: Sunflora-Kanto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Chlorophyll / Leaf Guard | Water Absorb
New Stats: 75 HP / 105 Atk (Swapped with SpA) / 55 Def / 75 SpA (Swapped with Atk) / 85 SpD / 30 Spe | BST: 425
New Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Burning Jealousy, Incinerate, Ember, Fire Lash, Fire Spin, Solar Blade, Fire Punch, Flare Blitz (+10)
Removed Moves: None
Flavor/Design: Kantonian Sunflora's petals become brighter, similarly to sunlight. They also have an even chippier smile, and their leaf-hands are slightly longer and become red. Don't let these details fools you; they adapted like this because of the Kanto environment not very forgiving towards plants that didn't developed poisonous abilities, forcing them to fight them back by developing solar heat. A more literal interpretation of a sunflower.

Pokémon: Floraflare (Flora/floral + Flare)
New Typing:

New Abilities: Chlorophyll / Leaf Guard | Water Absorb
New Stats: 85 HP / 135 Atk / 75 Def / 90 SpA / 90 SpD / 60 Spe | BST: 535
New Moves: Movepool from Kantonian Sunflora + Earthquake, Dazzling Gleam, Leaf Blade, Power Whip, Fiery Boost
(Fiery Boost - Clone of Calm Mind/Bulk Up - Fire-type - 32 PP - Raise Attack and Special Defense by 1 stage each.)
Flavor/Design: 1.8 m | 95 kg | Sunflora adapting to Kanto proved to not be enough for survival; sometimes, you just need to get an extra firepower to fight competitions, especially with all those Grass/Poison Pokémon around! Enter Floraflare, a newly developed evolution for Kantonian Sunflora that are much taller and a more fiery colors, their tip of their petals being orange and or red. Their eyes opens again, revealing eyes, symbolizing their increased power and vitality. It is also by far one of the strongest Grass-type you could find in Kanto, and it is not just a smiling sunflower Pokémon anymore; it is a smiling sunflower Pokémon that can break an opponent apart with their Flare Blitz.
Competitive Uses: Chlorophyll sweeper that isn't weak to Fire-type. What else can you ask? Unlike Tangrowth or Leafeon, the other physical-oriented Grass-type Chlorophyll users, Floraflare have better initial Special Bulk but less impressive physical bulk, and can set up with Fiery Boost to amplify both it's Attack and Special Defense. It can also work on it's own with Water Absorb to become immune to Water-type moves, and doesn't need to worry too much about their pesky Ice-type coverage thanks to it's typing resulting neutral effectiveness. With Power Whip (or Solar Blade in Sun teams) and Flare Blitz/Fire Lash, it can become a powerful wallbreaker.
Competitive Flaws: 60 Speed is still slow without Chlorophyll, and is prone of getting revenge killed as a result. It's physical Defense is also mediocre, leaving it vulnerale to physical wallbreakers or fast set-up physical sweepers. It also doesn't have consistently reliable ways to heal as Synthesis isn't reliable does to constantly weather-changing metagame.

Retrospective Edit: Modified their flavor/design as their original description does not reflect their pictures very well.
