Pet Mod Regional Evolutions (Concluded for Generation 8)

Never finished this sub, its too strong so…

Pokémon: Kalosean Araquanid
New Typing: Bug/Dark
New Abilities: Dark Bubble (This Pokemon's Dark power is 2x; it can't be confused; Ghost power against it is halved) / None / (Shadow Tag)
New Stats: 68/60/82/102/80/62
New Moves: Shadow Ball, Phantom Force, Darkest Lairat, Night Daze
Removed Moves: All of Araquanid's moves that Dewpider can't learn.
Flavor/Design: WIP

Pokémon: Phantopod (Phantom + Arthropod)
New Typing: Bug/Dark

New Moves: Shadow Force, Reflect, Light Screen, Dark Void,
Flavor/Design: WIP
Evolves by using a dusk stone on a fainted Kalosean Araquanid

After removing the ghost typing and shadow tag being unobtainable, Phantopod lost its niche in trapping. It also lack a strong dark STAB that is special so it's outclassed by Kalosean Araquanid mostly.

Pokemon: Maleamandra (Evolves from Male Sandalit at usual level but only in Galar)
New Typing: Poison/Dragon
New Abilities: Corrosion (Contrary)
New Stats: 93/89/80/71/60/87 (480)
New Moves (compared to Sandalit only): Draco Meteor, Dragon Dance, Dragon Rush, Outrage,
Removed Moves (compared to Sandalit only): None
Flavor/Design: Maleamandra is more scaly than its female counterpart and has a crest around its head. It still oozes poisons but has no fires. This Pokemon was believed extinct, and mostly out of fear for their lives, most male Sandalits stopped evolving almost as a hereditary instinct as an adaptation to avoid hunts by Knights seeking dragons to slay. The age of Knights has ended and male Sandalits are starting to evolve again and their dragonly nature shines through. Maleamandra were solitary, which may have also led to conservation issues and near extinction concerns. The surge in love for Pokemon has come a long way for it.

Voting starts tomorrow, but I want to add something.

When you're making a Regional Evolution, you also have to make a Regional Variant that evolves into it as well, not normal variants, even if the condition is on a specific region. Pre-existing Regional Variants can be used as a base for a new Regional Evolution (be it an official one or from the Regional Variants Pet Mods) as long as other rules are respected, but please keep this in mind.

Voting phase starts now! I will make a compromise for Regional Evolutions that does not have a Regional Variant that evolved from.

Just giving an update that this Pet Mod alongside Regional Variants Pet Mod now allows Clone Abilities and Clone Moves. You can make a new move or Ability based of an existing Ability, provided that it give the same function but with different Typing (i.e. a Ghost-type Play Rough, or a Dark-type Lightning Rod) or stat (i.e. King's Shield/Obstruct clone that reduce Speed on contact).

Oh, and voting ends tomorrow too.

War Incarnate's Sinnoan Mightyena Line

Because there isn't much votes today, we will go for fewer winners this time. This means only lines with more than two votes are in.

In this case, first place goes to Stitch's Alolan Dwebble line, with four votes. Second place goes to War Incarnate's Sinnoan Mightyna line and Yung Dramps' Distorted Stonjourner line with 3 votes each.

War Incarnate's Sinnoan Mightyena line 3
Stitch98's Alolan Dwebble line 4

Stitch98's Hoennian Ducklett line 2
Yung Dramp's Distorted Stonjourner line 3
Yung Dramps' Kantonian Mimikyu 1
Ema Skye's Galarian Plusle/Minun 2
Ema Skye's Kantonian Minccino 2

The good news is that, as I said before, clone Abilities and Moves are now legal to be made. Be sure to not go too crazy with which moves/abilities you will make for, avoid redundancy whenever possible and I recommend to not make more than one Move and one Ability per line.

:ss/maractus:
Pokemon: Orreian Maractus
New Typing: Grass/Steel
New Abilities: Water Absorb, Iron Barbs, Storm Drain
New Stats: 127(swapped with SPA +21)/60(Swapped with HP -15)/84(+17)/86(Swapped with Attack)/84(+17)/40(-20)[BST 461]
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Heavy Slam, Mirror Shot, Iron Head
Removed Moves: n/a
Flavor/Design: Orreian Maractuses manage to grow so tall because they absorb every ounce of water they can throughout their entire lives. As such their skin expands and they end up being roughly forty feet tall. However since they'll absorb any water this includes mineral rich water as well, thus the barbs they have gain metal like qualities and are extra sharp. Height: 40'2" | Weight: 2000lbs

Pokemon: Sagualta
Evolution Method: Level 40, but it'll only evolve in rain or if a fresh water is used on it.
New Typing: Grass/Steel
New Abilities: Water Absorb, Iron Barbs, Storm Drain
New Stats: 137/110/104/116/104/30 [581]
Movepool: Same as Orreian Maractus
Flavor/Design: Once Orreian Maractus absorbs enough mineral rich water its skin also gains a metallic sheen. It becomes a lot taller, heavier, and hardier thanks to this. Due to these conditions this form is called Sagualta and is seen as an evolution rather than another variant. No one knows why Unovian Maractuses lost the ability to evolve but it might have to do with the water quality there. Height: 60'2"| Weight: 2500lbs

:ss/drampa:
Pokemon: Ultra Drampa
New Typing: Dragon
New Abilities: Beast Boost
New Stats: 61(Swapped with speed, +25)/135(swapped with SpA)/70(-15)/61(swapped with SpD, -30)/70(swapped with attack, +10)/88(swapped with HP, +10) [BST: 485]
New Moves: U-Turn, Mach Punch, Poison Jab, Focus Punch
Removed Moves: Fly, Heat Wave, Hurricane, Steel Wing
Flavor/Design: Ultra Drampa appears to look geriatric compared to its alolan counterpart. Any and all white fur it had is gone, and its wing like arm flaps have elongated into arms with bony hand like claws. It looks gaunt and slowly decaying. Any color it could have had has now been replaced with a pale sickly grey. By all accounts it's nearing a death like state and would probably collapse if hit by the softest of blows. Despite that the power it had in its youth lays dormant within it allowing for it to let off a devastating strike if need be. It lives in a nearly dead world where life barely manages to hang on, and where foreign invaders are common, as such death is around every corner for these elderly dragons. Height: 8'10 | Weight: 107.9 lbs

Pokemon: Yungon
Evolution Method: Ultra Drampa must knock out three opponents while it only has 1 hp.
New Typing: Dragon/Fighting
New Abilities: Beast Boost
New Stats: 90/140/102/61/102/100[BST: 595]
Movepool: Same as Ultra Drampa with the additions of Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Dragon Hammer, Close Combat, Hammer Arm, Leech Life, Focus Punch, Bullet Punch, Giga Drain
Flavor/Design: Ultra Drampa yearns to become what it once was in its youth, a beacon of strength to defend the defenseless. Very rarely when an Ultra Drampa is backed into a corner and faced with no other options it triggers something in it, and odd familiar feeling. In an instant it becomes bigger, stronger, and beefier. The bald spots it has on its head are now full of black hair vaguely resembling that of a superhero's, the grey on its body becomes a vibrant crimson, and its long arms surge into massive muscly arms that would rival the strength of Buzzwole. Defying the odds this being known as Yungon is here to serve and protect its world from whatever threatens it. However there is a hefty cost to pay for this regained youth, it must absorb the life from others in order to stay this way. If it fails to do so it risks reverting back into its old form and collapsing from exhaustion, possibly leaving it comatose or worse dying instantly. Despite its need to steal life it is generally a protector to the Ultra Drampas of its world, however it does not take kind to outsiders and will try to take their life. Height: 10'10 | Weight: 857.9 lbs

Pokémon: Hoennian Sandygast
New Typing:

New Abilities: Junk Armor - clone of Water Compaction triggered by a Fighting-type attack (Hidden: Sand Veil)
New Stats: 55/55/45/75/80/15 (Swapped Defense and Sp. Def)
New Moves: Bestow, Entrainment, Explosion, Uproar
Removed Moves: Astonish, Destiny Bond, Shadow Ball, Spite
Flavor/Design: Its body has an upside-down bucket on top of its head, while it has a small plastic shovel and star mold near its mouth. Hoennian Sandygast lives on the beaches near Slateport City and the eastern parts of Hoenn. Its absorption of large amounts of plastic beach toys and other materials that wash up on the beaches has resulted in Hoennian Sandygast losing its Ghost typing, but has enabled it to use Normal-type attacks with the toys it collects instead.

Pokémon: Palojjunk
New Typing:

New Abilities: Junk Armor - clone of Water Compaction triggered by a Fighting-type attack (Hidden: Sand Veil)
New Stats: 85/75/75/100/110/35 (Swapped Defense and Sp. Def)
New Moves: Bestow, Entrainment, Explosion, Uproar
Removed Moves: Astonish, Destiny Bond, Shadow Ball, Spite
Flavor/Design: It is similar to Palossand, but with a bunch of toys and other things around its body, as well as a beach ball on its head replacing the shovel. It also has a Feebas stuck on one of its arms. Palojjunk raids beaches at night, stealing beach toys, bottles, and anything else that got left there by regular visitors during the day. It also traps any Pokemon that wash up and slowly drain their life force over the course of a week. Anything Palojjunk steals or traps gets fused into its body until it has stolen too many objects for it to carry at once. Once this happens, Palojjunk explodes, resulting in everything it stole being launched like rockets in all directions.

Work!
Have a few ideas!

Hoennian Murkrow
Type: Fire/Ice
Abilities: Levitate / Magician | Prankster
Stats: 60 HP / 65 Atk (-20) / 42 Def / 105 SpA (+20) / 42 SpD / 91 Spe
Removed Moves: Assurance, Foul Play, Sucker Punch, Snarl, Payback (also lost Pursuit and Feint Attack because deleted moves)
New Moves: Mystical Fire, Ice Beam, Aurora Beam, Blizzard, Fire Blast
Design Flavor: Instead of having a witch's hat, this one has a wizard's hood. It also has a stick in its beak, which is supposed to be a magic wand. This is also cool because crows are intelligent enough to use simple tools. Its wings are red and its tail feathers are pale-blue.

Crowceror
Type: Fire/Ice
Abilities: Levitate / Electrician [Electric-type Steelworker] | Prankster
Stats: 70 HP / 75 Atk / 57 Def / 130 SpA / 57 SpD / 116 Spe [505 total]
New Moves: Thunderbolt, Freeze-Dry, Thunder, Hurricane, Teleport, Nasty Plot
Design: This one is built more like Murkrow. It's taller than Murkrow. Its hat is also longer in the back, and has given it a look of something like a cape. It also keeps Honchkrow's chest plumage, though for Crowceror, it more resembles a beard. It still has its wand in its beak, though this has also grown in size and now resembles a staff due to its length. The staff also has a glowing yellow gem on its top, signifying its new power over electricity. Finally, its wings alternate in coloration, between red and pale-blue.

Johtonian Combee
Type: Steel/Flying
Abilities: Pickup | Run Away
Stats: 30 HP / 20 Atk (-10) / 62 Def (+20) / 20 SpA (-10) / 62 SpD (+20) / 50 Spe (-20)
Removed Moves: Bug Bite, Struggle Bug, Bug Bite
New Moves: Steel Wing, Smart Strike, Steel Beam
Design: Combee has become more artificial in its design, resembling a manufactured drone. It's antenna resemble old TV antennas, and its wings move robotically, as if they are manually powered. It acts like a drone, scouting out information before reporting to its boss.

Dronarch
Type: Steel/Flying
Abilities: Telepathy | Defiant (Male) - Parental Bond (Female)
Stats:
Male: 40 HP / 102 Atk / 70 Def / 102 SpA / 70 SpD / 90 Spe [474 BST]
Female: 100 HP / 70 Atk / 107 Def / 70 SpA / 107 Def / 20 Spe [474 BST]
Removed Moves (from Vespiquen): Fury Cutter, Bug Buzz, X-Scissor, Pin Missile
New Moves (from Vespiquen)
Male: Meteor Mash, Bulk Up, Agility
Female: Cosmic Power, Metal Burst, Iron Head
Both: Roost
Design: The male design resembles a large, metallic bee. This bee commands the Combee drones to explore fields. Male Dronarch are used by organizations to command surveillance swarms to keep villainous organizations at bay. It loves fighting and only the strongest Combee will make it to be Dronarch. Upon evolution, each male Dronarch seeks out a female to build a hive, as the Combee can require a hive to recharge. The female design resembles normal Vespiquen. However, beyond a more robotic appearance, it's bottom portion has a Combee-sized cutout to act as a charging bay. Without a female Dromarch to charge in, the Combee begin to malfunction and eventually die. Combee love female Dronarch and will fight alongside it to ensure their home stays intact.

Pokémon: Unovan Natu
New Typing:

New Abilities: Cursed Body | HA: Rattled
New Stats: 40 / 30 / 65 / 60 / 65 / 60 (+0, -20, +20, -10, +20, -10)
New Moves (11): Destiny Bond, Hex, Ominous Wind, Phantom Force, Shadow Sneak, Spite, Will-O-Wisp, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Torment
Removed Moves(11) Ally Switch, Calm Mind, Future Sight, Guard Swap, Imprison, Magic Room, Power Swap, Psycho Shift, Stored Power, Teleport, Dazzling Gleam

Evolves from Unovan Natu leveling up at night
Pokémon: Natotem ('Totem' + 'Nature')
Typing:

Abilities: Wandering Spirit | HA: Rattled
Stats: 85 / 65 / 90 / 65 / 90 / 75 (BST 470)
New Moves: Ancient Power, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Rock Polish

Flavor/Design: Unovan Natu have a different shape than the ones from Johto, they're more elongated and their feather is white with a black spot, instead of red. This traits allow them to stack onto eachother to scare enemies looking bigger, but also to sleep with their sibilings in dead trees' logs, where they make their nests. In the past, they could scare even man, who depicted them as this tall slim creature that they begin to praise, carving wood poles into their shapes. Humans of the past used to put this poles at the entrance of the greenwoods, to scare away other animals, but they didn't depict only the shape of Natu, some idols were inspired to other Pokemon that they could find around, like Vulpix and Bouffalant. Since in Unova some trios of Natu live together to protect eachother, sometimes they encounterd those poles and, if the bond between them was strong enough, they begin to live stacked and to change the appearance of their body to himitate those idols. This process leads them to evolve into Natotem, the Totem Pokémon. When they evolve, they keep their wings, so they can still use attacks based on them, but they lose the ability to fly, developing instead a harder body. Some say that touching one of them may curse a human forever, since they will have visions of their ancestors continuously, keeping them awake at night with their regrets.

Pokémon: Kantonian Barboach
New Typing:

New Abilities: Floor Cleaner* | HA: Water Veil
New Stats: 40 / 30 / 65 / 60 / 65 / 60 (+0, -20, +20, -10, +20, -10)
New Moves (6): Confuse Ray, Shadow Ball, Phantom Force, Lick, Switcheroo, Pain Split
Removed Moves(6) Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, Mud Shot, Rock Tomb, Future Sight

Evolves from Kantonian Barboach at level 30
Pokémon: Whisfloor
Typing:

Abilities: Floor Cleaner* | HA: Water Veil
Stats: 64 / 81 / 86 / 50 / 86 / 112 (BST 468)
New Moves: Night Shade, Shadow Sneak, Spite, Magic Coat, Trick Room, Will-O-Wisp, Parting Shot
Flavor/Design: Based on cleaner fishes, they're put in aquariums to help keep water and glass clean. (WIP)

*Floor Cleaner: removes Entry Hazards (Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web and Sharp Steel) upon switch-in (Screen Cleaner variant).

New Abilities:
Frisk -> Insect Cry (Liquid Voice clone. Changes sound moves into Bug-type moves. No base power multiplier)
Speed Boost -> Levitate
Compound Eyes

New Stats:
HP: 65
Attack: 65
Defense: 45
Sp. Atk: 75 -> 85 (+10)
Sp. Def: 45
Speed: 95 -> 85 (-10)

Pokémon: Yanmega
New Typing:

New Abilities:
Frisk -> Insect Cry (Liquid Voice clone. Changes sound moves into Bug-type moves. No base power multiplier)
Speed Boost -> Levitate
Tinted Lens

New Stats:
HP: 86
Attack: 76
Defense: 86
Sp. Atk: 116 -> 126 (+10)
Sp. Def: 56
Speed: 95 -> 85 (-10)

New Moves: Boomburst, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse
Removed Moves: Dream Eater, Hypnosis, Shadow Ball

Flavor/Design: Yanma and Yanmega would occasionally migrate to the Unova region. Some of them would be taken in and raised alongside the other dragon Pokemon at the Village of Dragons, and with time came an adaption to compete with the mighty dragon types around them. Favoring the raw power of their wingbeat-generated shock waves over their agility, the Unovan Yanma and Yanmega now have destructive power that can even put the Lati twins to shame, and a bit more defensive utility too!

Sample Set:

Yanmega @ Choice Specs
Ability: Insect Cry / Tinted Lens
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Boomburst
- U-turn
- Giga Drain / Bug Buzz / Psychic

And here's a little taste of Bug-type Boomburst... no this is not a Tinted Lens calc:
252+ SpA Choice Specs Yanmega Boomburst vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Clefable: 201-237 (51 - 60.1%) -- 89.1% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Pokémon: Sinnoan Skiddo the mountain goat pokemon
New Typing: Ice
New Abilities: Thick Fat / Stalwart
New Stats: (unchanged)
New Moves: Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Icicle Spear, Ice Beam, Blizzard
Removed Moves: Seed Bomb, Solar Beam, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Grassy Terrain
Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Skiddo is based on the mountain goat, and as such its design has been changed to resemble this. Its fur is now a light gray, while its green pelt is now white, in addition to being thicker. Sinnoan Skiddo have adapted to the cold environment of Mt. Coronet, and as such have thicker pelts, which allow them to conserve heat in the cold environment. They are the prey of the hostile Winterpard and Arctoyena.

Pokémon: Arctigoat the mountain goat pokemon
New Typing: Ice/Steel
New Abilities: Thick Fat / Mold Breaker
New Stats: 110 (-13) / 113 (+13) / 92 (+30) / 67 (-30) / 81 / 68 (531 BST)
New Moves: Same as Sinnoan Skiddo + Iron Head, Stone Edge, Knock Off, Close Combat
Removed Moves: Same as Sinnoan Skiddo + Growth, Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Leech Seed
Evolution Method: Trade a Sinnoan Skiddo while it's holding a Metal Coat.
Flavor/Design: 5'11" | 419.7 lbs. | Arctigoat's design, is again, reminiscent of an arctic goat, so as such retains most of the changes that its pre-evolution underwent. Its pelt, however, is a lot smoother. Arctigoat are much stronger and as such can fend off the constant predators of Mt. Coronet. Although they are hospitable towards humans if tamed, wild Arctigoat do not take kindly to predators attempting to eat Sinnoan Skiddo, and will ram into them with enough force to leave a sizable dent in even the hardest of metals. It's most commonly used to traverse mountainous terrain.
Competitive Use: Arctigoat's main role is to be a tank that boosts via Bulk Up and then proceeds to take at least 1 mon down with it. Ice/Steel makes it easy to get off a BU against anything not named Cinderace, and on top of this 113 attack is pretty darn strong unboosted, so even without any boosts, it can still pack a darn strong punch. Takes inspiration from Corviknight, but actually has recoil-free STABS and even stronger coverage so it can match up pretty darn well against offensive threats. Did I mention Thick Fat making Cinderace look not so scary?
Competitive Drawbacks: 68 speed. This was a problem with Gogoat, and it's still a problem even today with Arctigoat. Notwithstanding, it likely wouldn't mind it given its darn strong bulk, but against things like Cinderace and Specs Kyurem, it's likely going to be an unpleasant experience. Ice/Steel also has some darn crippling weaknesses in common attacking types in Ground/Fire means that anything faster than Gogoat (which is quite a lot) and has an attack stat that makes it an offensive threat will usually OHKO or put a heavy dent into it (Kyurem and Conkeldurr say hello).
