Pet Mod Regional Evolutions (Concluded for Generation 8)

Pokémon: Sudowoodo-Alola
New Typing: Unchanged
New Abilities: Sturdy/Rock Head (Reckless)
New Stats: 70/100/105/30/75/30 (-10 Def, +10 SpD) (410)
New Moves: Seed Bomb, Drain Punch, Shadow Claw, Wild Charge, Flare Blitz, Icicle Crash
Removed Moves: Low Kick, Rock Tomb, Flail, Copycat, Self Destruct, Fake Tears, Harden, Headbutt, Calm Mind
Flavor/Design: There seems little difference between basic and Alolan Sudowoodo. The biggest being a slight Chrystler Building appearance. Yet, this simply seems only visual compared to most regional variants. The Bonsly are still the same.

Pokémon: Hollywoodo
New Typing: Rock/Fight
New Abilities: Adaptability/Guts (Reckless)
New Stats: 100/120/150/30/100/35 (535)
New Moves: High Jump Kick, Mach Punch, Heavy Slam, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Seed Bomb, Jump Kick, Focus Blast
Evolution Method: Level Up with Drain Punch as the first-most level up move.
Flavor/Design: Becoming an action hero/stage prop, Hollywoodo wears frickin sunglasses atop its prop tree. Its 'leaves' are no longer green, but are 'green screen' colored. This thing is very much an American Actor and has the courage to back it up, since it has no stage fright!

Pokémon: Reallywoodo
New Typing: Rock/Grass
New Abilities: Grassy Surge/Rock Head (Dry Skin)
New Stats: 100/140/130/30/105/30 (535)
New Moves: Horn Leech, Leech Seeds, Power Whip, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Absorb, Spikes
Evolution Method: Level Up with Seed Bomb as the first-most level up move.
Flavor/Design: This thing grows actual foliage and decides to absorb water with it. Instead it has itself so convinced that it is an American Pine Tree with spines and spiky pines that it actually made itself so dry to potentially ignore water and be weak to fire. It shuns the city life and wants to hide in the forest.

Pokémon: Dreadwoodo
New Typing: Rock/Ghost
New Abilities: Sturdy/Intimidate (Prankster)
New Stats: 100/130/155/30/100/30 (535)
New Moves: Shadow Sneak, Scary Face, Shadow Punch, Shadow Dive, Trick or Treat, Roar, Parting Shot
Evolution Method: Level Up with Shadow Claw as the first-most level up move.
Flavor/Design: A step beyond Reallywoodo, Dreadwoodo becomes a Haunted tree from some strange Holloween/Sleepy Hollow type fable and wants nothing more than to scare people away not because it's evil, but because it prefers solitude.

Pokémon: Struckwoodo
New Typing: Rock/Electric
New Abilities: Electric Surge/Magnet Pull (Reckless)
New Stats: 120/130/130/30/105/20 (535)
New Moves: Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Zap Cannon, Volt Switch, Spark, Nuzzle
Evolution Method: Level Up with Wild Charge as the first-most level up move.
Flavor/Design: Tragic, this mon emulates a tree getting struck by lightning. A sad looking creature that has fake burn marks on its body. It tends to make its face look split or its body look timbered to draw sympathy before zapping its target.

Pokémon: Torchwoodo
New Typing: Rock/Fire
New Abilities: Water Absorb/Rock Head (Drought)
New Stats: 110/130/140/30/105/20 (535)
New Moves: Will-O-Wisp, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flame Charge, Blaze Kick, Burnout, Fire Spin
Evolution Method: Level Up with Flare Blitz as the first-most level up move.
Flavor/Design: Even more tragic, this mon is ACTUALLY on fire like a mix of the Burning Bush and a forest fire. This mon has such a fire that even water cannot penetrate it! This burning tree just burns forever and water simply fuels its existence somehow. It burns so bright it can be as bright as the sun itself.

Pokémon: Winterwoodo
New Typing: Rock/Ice
New Abilities: Sturdy/Volt Absorb (Snow Warning)
New Stats: 110/150/120/20/115/20 (535)
New Moves: Present, Freeze Dry, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Ice Hammer
Evolution Method: Level Up with Icicle Crash as the first-most level up move.
It also seems like it has Christmas Lights that power up from Electricity to restore its stamina.

I'm not sure if you can make split regional evos, again, not a part of the council, but I'm curious.

Other than this I'd also like a personal sub review please and thank you

Don't often submit to stuff like this (or to pet mods in general) but here goes, please be gentle

Pokémon: Sinnohan Qwilfish
New Typing: Poison / Flying
New Abilities: Poison Point / Flare Boost / Infiltrator
New Stats: 65 / 85 / 55 / 95 / 55 / 85 (440)
New Moves: Tailwind, Fly, Acrobatics, Gust, Defog, Air Slash, Air Cutter, Aerial Ace, Poison Gas, Smog, U-turn, Razor Wind, Fling, Mist, Thunderbolt, Thunder
Removed Moves: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Scald, Surf, Liquidation, Hydro Pump, Waterfall, Brine, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Whirlpool, Throat Chop, Blizzard, Hail, Gyro Ball, Rollout, Acid Spray
Height / Weight: 1'10" / 2.2 lbs
Flavor/Design: Qwilfish is categorized as the Balloon Pokemon, except now instead of floating in the seas, it has taken to the air. Its appearance is largely similar to regular Qwilfish, except its tail hangs a little lower below it like a tassel on a balloon or a kite. I'd imagine its base colour scheme is sort of a pink colour similar to shiny regular Qwilfish. Its movepool is stripped of Water moves while it receives a bunch of Flying moves, though mostly avoiding ones with strong "bird flavor". It also takes Flare Boost from the Drifloon line; makes sense since both are based on hot air balloons.

Pokémon: Qwilfogg
New Typing: Poison / Flying
New Abilities: Poison Point / Flare Boost / Infiltrator
New Stats: 75 / 95 / 55 / 115 / 75 / 105 (510)
New Moves: Same as Sinnohan Qwilfish + Hurricane, Heat Wave, Spiky Shield
Height / Weight: 4'02" / 29.2 lbs
Flavor/Design: The name "Qwilfogg" is a reference to Phileas Fogg, protagonist of "Around the World in 80 Days", who famously uses a hot air balloon in most of the film adaptations of the novel. I'd imagine it more closely resembles a spiky hot air balloon in body shape (I'm not sure how to design it so it doesn't look like Drifblim 2.0 but I'm sure it's possible). Despite having somewhat average stats, Qwilfogg can hit pretty hard with its neat coverage and Flare Boost and can set hazards too.

New, for Hoennian :ledyba: and :ledian: (Information about them)
Pokémon: Leditanium
New Typing:

New Abilities: Pressure / Heatproof | Moxie
New Stats: 90 HP (+20) / 105 Atk (+50) / 70 Def (+20) / 50 SpA (+15) / 120 SpD (+50) / 90 Spe (-20) | BST: 525
New Moves: (From Hoennian Ledian, +6) Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Smart Strike, Leech Life, Earthquake, Megahorn (By Leditanium itself) Close Combat, Counter, Mirror Coat, Bulk Up, Leech Life
Removed Moves: Air Slash, Double-Edge, Solar Beam, Giga Drain, Psybeam, Screech
Flavor/Design: 2.1 m | 1125.5 kg | Leditanium is fully armored with light scales made of special steels, with a warrior-like structure that gives it a proud, strong presence. It is also more bulkier and have a wider carapace, with the fists having spikes on it. Further adapting their powerful fists, Leditanium is willing to protect the weaker Bug-type against predators, and will challenge anyone who dares to question their strength. They are called the "Samurais of Hoenn".
Competitive Uses: While having less Speed and power than Huge Power Hoennian Ledian, Leditanium compensates with better bulk, access of Leech Life and access to Close Combat. What it have over the other Bug / Steel is a far better Special bulk (including Escavalier's), allowing it to play as a special wall or making use of Assault Vest. It can still U-Turn out of unfavorable match-ups, or use Defog for support. Moxie can be used to increase it's Attack and snowballing the adversaries out of the way.
Competitive Flaws: 4x weakness to Fire remains very unfavorable, and it's Physical bulk, while better than Hoennian Ledian's, is still below average and can get it defeated by strong physical attackers. It also have to choose between Moxie and Heatproof; while Heatproof halve the damage of Fire-type and potentially survive one, Moxie offsets it's slightly above average Attack and won't save it from faster Fire-type threats.

Resubs
:volbeat: + (New)
Pokémon: Volbeat-Kanto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Illuminate / Shield Dust | Natural Cure
New Stats: 65 HP / 72 Atk / 70 Def (-5) / 47 SpA / 70 SpD (-15) / 105 Spe (+20) | BST: 430
New Moves: Shadow Claws, Shadow Sneak, Night Shade, Ominous Wind, Shadow Punch, Astonish, Scary Face, Will-o-Wisp (+8)
Removed Moves: Lunge (-1)
Flavor/Design: Volbeat are thought to be extinct in the old time of the Kanto region, but it turned out that they were adapted to the Pokémon Tower, making sure that the spirits are undisturbed. They carry a wisp of light that is said to be a spirit of a fallen fellow Volbeat. Their hue are much darker except their face, and their "head pillow" become a skull-like figure similarly to a Cubone and Marowak. Their body is covered by a large carapace.

Pokémon: Hikorror
New Typing:

New Abilities: Tough Claws / Shield Dust | Natural Cure
New Stats: 85 HP (+20) / 112 Atk (+40) / 105 Def (+35) / 57 SpA (+10) / 70 SpD / 126 Spe (+21) | BST: 555
New Moves: Same as Kantonian Volbeat (+8), plus Crunch, Reflect, Megahorn and Swords Dance (+4)
Removed Moves: Lunge (-1)
Flavor/Design: 2.5 m | 177.7 kg | With a thin, eerie structure, and having the withered carapace shaping like a Japanese lantern, Hikorror is much more merciless toward ill-intentional intruders. The skull-like "pillow" developed long horns, with the arms becoming long and thin, and the hands looking skeletal. It also have three light wisps surrounding it. Despite despising heartless intruders, it will guide people who are lost in forests and protect them against other Ghost-type.
Competitive Uses: Very fast and have an useful Attack, Hikorror can hold either a Choice Band or Choice Scarf to sweep out. STAB Megahorn allows it to break apart anything that don't resist it, and it also have plenty of coverage moves. With Tough Claws, many of it's physical moves become stronger, especially Megahorn. Or it can go for Natural Cure and U-Turn to scout anything, even if it got Burned, Paralyzed or Poisoned. It also have Shadow Sneak priority, allowing it to finish off a damaged opponent. Had to remove Lunge since it would give it an unfair advantage with it's decent physical bulk, Tough Claws boost + opponent's reduced Attack.
Competitive Flaws: It's Special bulk is mediocre and can be taken down by faster Special threats, preferably those carrying a Choice Scarf. It also have five weaknesses, which means it will have a hard time setting up. Ghost-type moves in general are not really strong STAB to use, which can only be solved by Tough Claws. While it do have U-Turn and can use Natural Cure, it can drain momentum if used carelessly. It is also weak to Stealth Rocks, and anything that managed to take a hit can leave it into a peril.

:illumise: + (New)
Pokémon: Illumise-Kanto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Oblivious / No Guard | Technician
New Stats: 65 HP / 47 Atk / 70 Def (-5) / 73 SpA / 70 SpD (-15) / 105 Spe (+20) | BST: 430
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Calm Mind, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Hurricane (+7)
Removed Moves: None
Flavor/Design: The Illumise of Kanto were unaware of Volbeat's near-extinction, so it ended up wondering near dojos, including the very Fighting Dojo. Aspired by the fighting spirit of the Fighting-type Pokémon, it eventually developed a sense of aura control in order to come a match of them. Their wings become much longer, but fades into pure light-like particles, and their colors in general become a bit darker, with the "head pillow" becoming scruffy.

Pokémon: Spirikari
New Typing:

New Abilities: Competitive / No Guard | Technician
New Stats: 85 HP (+20) / 77 Atk (+30) / 70 Def / 112 SpA (+40) / 105 SpD (+35) / 106 Spe (+1) | BST: 555
New Moves: Same as Kantonian Illumise (+7), plus Reflect, Flash Cannon, Heal Pulse and Psychic (+4)
Removed Moves: None
Flavor/Design: 2.5 m | 217.7 kg | Finding out that simply channeling their aura isn't enough, Illumise developed a new evolution that allows it to channel it with great power, rivaling Lucario of the Sinnoh region. They also develop a competitive spirit, but otherwise focused on staying calm. Their wings become enlightened as much as Spirikari became, and let out bright light that can help guide a Hikorror and the lost people of the forest. Other than the wings, they are still pudgy, but taller and developed longer bug-like limbs.
Competitive Uses: With Calm Mind, it can become a wallbreaker, with powerful moves like Focus Blast and Thunder being complimented by No Guard, or Vacuum Wave and Charge Beam complimented by Technician. Spirikari can quickly turn the tide if not handled quickly, with a moderate base 106 Speed allowing it to outspeed most walls. Competitive is situational, but can harshly punish an Intimidate user. Being a rare Special Fighting-type helps standing out from the other Bug/Fighting-type.
Competitive Flaws: It's physical bulk is lower than average and can be revenge killed by fast physical attackers. A double weakness to Flying is also troublesome, as while Thunderbolt (or No Guard Thunder) allows it to defend against them, Flying-types wearing a Choice Scarf or that are naturally faster can annihilate it quickly. Fire, Psychic and Fairy-type are also common attacking type and can pressure Spirikari quickly, especially if it hit on the physical side.

Voting slate will starts tomorrow; be sure to finish your submissions!

And yes, you can make split-Regional Evolutions (i.e. two or more seperate Regional Evolutions available for one Regional form), as long as the other rules are respected.

I was also pretty interested in the Orrean Doduo line, but I was personally a little worried that its power level might be too much, so I'm holding off for now. If it wins anyway (which it seems like it will), I'll still be quite happy about it, and I love the design and concept! But if it doesn't make it, just know that you would totally have my vote for a slightly nerfed resub next slate!

I personally preferred Flambiguous a lot more, I think the concept and usage of Zen Mode was a lot more interesting than just a new typing and raw power (also the design and concept seemed a lot more fun to me lol). Also, Quostrich may need to loose some points in defenses. I'm not saying that who voted Orrean Doduo line is wrong, it's just that if I could choose only one line to win, it would definitely be Hoennian Ducklett's.

Submission phase begins. If there is a winner submission that you found way too overpowered or woefully weak compared to their original variants, warn me and I may implement changes.

EDIT: I'd like to take note that Galarian Pawniard line have Guts for the entire line, backed up with already strong Attack and a better defensive Typing than Conkeldurr. Guts have to be replaced as I feel like we already got a good amount of pre-existing Fighting-type that have Guts, alongside the reason I mentioned before.

It does lack Dark type moves outside of Sucker Punch so I could see some obscure bypass. Conk has STAB priority too.

Pokémon: Alolan Dwebble
New Typing:

New Abilities: Shell Armor / Swift Swim | HA: Technician
New Stats: 50 / 65 / 35 / 35 / 75 / 65 (+0, +0, +0 [swapped w/SpD], +0, -10 [swapped w/Def], +10)
New Moves (11): Aqua Jet, Rain Dance, Watefall, Surf, Scald, Bullet Seed, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Seed Bomb, Energy Ball, Solar Beam
Removed Moves(11) Struggle Bug, Rock Blast, Rock Polish, Rock Wrecker, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rototiller, Sand Tomb, Shell Smash

Evolves from Alolan Dwebble at level 34 in Exeggutor Island
Pokémon: Tropicrab
Typing:

Abilities: Rough Skin / Sand Rush | HA: Technician
Stats 75 / 110 / 65 / 55 / 105 / 75 (BST 485)
New Moves: Grass Knot, Needle Arm, Power Whip, Rock Polish, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Sunny Day, Crabhammer

Flavor/Design: Since there is no concrete were they established in Alola, they have adapted to live nearby the sea. So the speciemens of Alolan Dwebble first learnt to use coconuts instead of rocks as their shell. Since there was no soil to hide beneath, their coconut begin to sprout into palms because of the hydration of their back and their habit of hiding under the sand, so they evolved into this new form, Tropicrab, capable of living on the beaches. Slowly getting used to living nearby the sea, the speciemens of Tropicrab began to lay their eggs on the shore, so the little Alolan Dwebble that were born there, developed some little fins instead of their legs. Alolan Dwebbles are shy, they usually avoid contact with humans and for that they are very rare, whereas the speciemens of Tropicrab have no natural predator, since, even though they look funny whith those moustaches, they're very strong, aggressive and territorial.

Height: 2.5 m
Weight: 67.8 kg

Flavor/Design: They became pink and red by eating Corphish, and their legs became longer to adapt to small ponds in Savannah-like areas. They give birth to their offsping in Hoenn because they migrate there in Spring, but in Winter they migrate to warmer regions. You can find them near Petalburg's lake, where they establish. The contrast between the hot climate from which they come and the temperate climate of southern Hoenn, combined with their aquatic nature, made them develop the ability to switch between two forms that mirror this aspect.

awesome gaming

Pokemon: Kantonian Mimikyu
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Disguise
New Stats: 65 (+10) / 80 (-10) / 80 / 70 (+20) / 85 (-20) / 96 (476 BST)
New Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Breath, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Iron Tail, Flamethrower
Removed Moves: Hex, Phantom Force, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak
Flavor/Design: This breed of Mimikyu managed to find a much more niche popularity among Kanto's programming community and other nerdy hangouts for imitating a popular mascot from their childhoods. Basically, Mimikyu but it imitates Agumon instead.

Pokemon: Wargraykyu
Evolution Method: Trade while holding Upgrade
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Steelworker
New Stats: 80 / 107 / 87 / 90 / 85 / 81 (530 BST)
Movepool: Kantonian Mimikyu's + Flash Cannon, Iron Head and Metal Claw
Flavor/Design: Slightly bigger Mimikyu that now looks like a phony Wargraymon.

Pokemon: Distorted Stonjourner
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Levitate
New Stats: 100 / 115 (-10) / 115 (-20) / 30 (+10) / 40 (+20) / 70 (470 BST)
New Moves: Phantom Force, Power Gem, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak
Removed Moves: n/a
Flavor/Design: Stonjourner's body is a reddish brown with his limbs being more separated from the main face piece and having jagged edges.

Pokemon: Tectonebula
Evolution Method: Level up Distorted Stonjourner while holding a Griseous Orb
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Levitate
New Stats: 110 / 135 / 125 / 50 / 70 / 80 (570 BST)
Movepool: Same as Distorted Stonjourner + Leech Seed, Shadow Force and Waterfall
Flavor/Design: Tectonebula is basically a humanoid version of one of the main platforms in the Distortion World. He's a lot bigger now with a waterfall flowing into (not out of) where his right arm once was, as well as various stones and weird-looking foliage covering his body.

:ss/poochyena: :ss/mightyena:
Pokémon: Sinnoan Poochyena the Hunter pokemon
New Typing: Dark/Ice
New Abilities: Quick Feet / Rattled / Adaptability
New Stats: (unchanged)
New Moves: Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Icicle Spear, Knock Off, Bulk Up, Hail
Removed Moves: Sunny Day
Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Poocheyena's fur is now a lighter shade of gray, and its fur is instead a lot smoother. Its tail is also now bushier. Sinnoan Poocheyena have adapted to the inhospitable environment of Mt. Coronet. However, they still are not yet strong enough to hunt by themselves, and as such travel in packs lead by Sinnoan Mightyena and, by extension, Arctoyena.

Pokémon: Sinnoan Mightyena the Hunter pokemon
New Typing: Dark/Ice
New Abilities: Intimidate / Moxie / Adaptability
New Stats: 70 / 90 / 60 / 50 / 60 / 90 (-10 SpA and Defense, +20 Spe)
New Moves: Same as Sinnoan Poocheyena + Ice Beam, Blizzard
Removed Moves: Same as Sinnoan Poocheyena + Fire Fang
Flavor/Design: The black on its back and tail is now instead a white color as to help it blend in with the territory around it, in addition to the pre-existing changes to Sinnoan Poocheyena. Sinnoan Mightyena are now stronger than their pre-evolutions, and as such are now capable of hunting their own prey. However, they still prefer to hunt in packs due to the existence of Sinnoan Liepard and Winterpard, both of which they tend to fight against over territory. They prefer to wait for unsuspecting prey to pass by before pursuing them as a pack. When they attack, it's rumored they attack their prey with deadly accuracy.

Pokémon: Arctoyena the Pack Leader pokemon
New Typing: Dark/Ice
New Abilities: Intimidate / Moxie / Adaptability
New Stats: 70 / 120 (+30) / 80 (+20) / 80 (+30) / 80 (+20) / 110 (+20) (540 BST because of their hostile nature)
New Moves: Same as Sinnoan Mightyena + Close Combat
Removed Moves: Same as Sinnoan Poocheyena
Evolution Method: Level up while knowing Bulk Up
Flavor/Design: 4'11" | 112.7 lbs. | As Arctoyena, its tail is now longer and bushier, and the back of its paws now have three black spikes (two on its back paws), and there are 3 light gray spikes on its back. Arctoyena are much stronger, and as such are considered the true leaders of a pack of Sinnoan Poocheyena and Mightyena. They are now also much more hostile and will do anything they can to defend their territory and their pack. Arctoyena usually deals the first couple of blows before letting its minions deal the killing blow.
Competitive Use: Arctoyena distinguishes itself from Weavile, Mamoswine, and, by extension, Winterpard due to access to Adaptability, essentially giving it a more powerful STAB Icicle Crash and Knock Off. 120/120 offenses are really strong, allowing it to get off an Adaptability-boosted Icicle Crash or Knock Off against anything not named Zeraora with relative ease. Running Moxie as your ability is also possible for snowballing out of control against more defensive teams.
Competitive Flaws: 70/80/80 bulk, while decent for an offensive pokemon, at the end of the day, still isn't great. This means Arctoyena can't really switch in on most offensive threats and is forced out by faster ones like Zeraora. Its defensive typing is also horrible, which leaves it vulnerable against super effective coverage moves, like Moonblast from Clefable, or Iron Head from Excadrill. Lastly, its wide movepool can actually prove to be a problem at times, as needing to run Icicle Crash, Knock Off, and Ice Shard at the same time leaves only 1 free slot; if it doesn't run Close Combat, it has no way to reliably hit steel-types for super effective damage; if it doesn't run Bulk Up, it has no way to overwhelm some of its defensive checks.

Work!
Galar Plusle
Type: Fairy/Fire
Abilities: Cheering Veil [Clear Body for itself an allies] / Flash Fire
Stats: 50 HP / 60 Atk / 30 Def / 95 SpA / 65 SpD / 105 Spe
Removed Moves: Nuzzle, Spark, Electro Ball, Charge, Discharge, Wild Charge
New Moves: Ember, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Disarming Voice, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam
Design: Its body is pink instead of yellow, and its red parts are glowing.
Flavor: There are two ways you can react to finally getting to a destination. The first is with relentless positivity and excitement. This is Plusle. Plusle's positive demeanour caused it to be a fan favourite upon being let into Galar. People raved about how much happier it made them. As it got lost from Minun, it awoke a powerful fairy-like power in it that overrode its electric sparks. It is said that wherever it goes, people are happy.

Plusitivity
Type: Fairy/Fire
Abilities: Cheering Veil / Flash Fire
Stats: 65 HP / 80 Atk / 45 Def / 120 SpA / 75 SpD / 127 Spe [512]
New Moves: Morning Sun
Design: It's a bigger Plusle, about twice as tall. It has a large smile, which is it's most defining feature. It's also wearing a skirt of alternating pink and red positive signs, and resembles a cheerleader.
Flavor: Plusle evolves upon reaching maximum happiness, and just adores the world around it. It truly only cares to make people happy, and loves to cheer people on. It has completely forgotten about Minun.
Competitive: Hello fast Fire type. With a special spread similar to Mega Houndoom, it's bound to be viable somewhere. It's also about as frail as paper, and that SR weakness is going to kill it. The ability is nice for negating Webs.

Galar Minun
Type: Dark/Water
Abilities: Hooliganism [Upon switching in, the effects of Haze are used] / Prankster
Stats: 70 HP / 30 Atk / 60 Def / 65 SpA / 95 SpD / 85 Spe
Removed Moves: Nuzzle, Spark, Electro Ball, Charge, Discharge, Wild Charge
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Snarl, Memento, Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Muddy Water, Scald, Surf, Whirlpool, Toxic
Design: It's body is black, with its blue features glowing and being more pronounced.
Flavor: Upon landing in Galar, Minun reacted with extreme negativity and anxiety from landing in a new environment. As a result, it hid in fear, forever separated from Plusle. It hid in the alleyways of cities, and became thug-like. Stuck in what feels like a permanent state of the blues, Minun now works with Team Yell trying to find some joy in its new life. If only it could be with Plusle again...

Minusivity
Type: Dark/Water
Abilities: Hooliganism / Prankster
Stats: 95 HP / 40 Atk / 95 Def / 90 SpA / 117 SpD / 75 Spe [512 BST]
New Moves: Moonlight
Design: A larger Minun, though hunched over. It resembles a computer mouse. This new change in form allows it to scurry around towns on all fours.
Flavor: Evolving with the lowest happiness. Minun is no longer sad from its anxiety. Instead, it is angry. It now commands Pokemon like Raticate, Haunter and even Grimmsnarl to do its evil bidding. Minusivity like to gather in groups, and it is believed that a group of sufficient size could bring back the Darkest Day without the influence of Eternatus. This is a Pokemon that is feared.
Competitive: Here's a bulky Water. 95/95/115 approaches Suicune levels, and this one has reliable recovery. Negating stat raises also gives it a niche against set up attackers, though it doesn't actually do well against most. You're probably better off with Prankster to circumvent its lower speed.

Reminesprit
Type: Fairy/Ghost
Abilities: Levitate / Friend Guard
Stats: 80 HP / 60 Atk / 70 Def / 105 SpA / 96 SpD / 101 Spe [512 BST]
New Moves: [All new moves shared from Plusle and Minun] and Shadow Ball, Perish Song, Hex, Grudge, Healing Wish
Design: Shaped like Plusle and Minun, with a similar color scheme. This one has purple ears and tail though. It has a somewhat ghastly appearance. It's tail is shaped like a semi colon instead of a math symbol.
Flavor: If Plusle and Minun both level up in the same battle, even if they don't evolve, this Pokemon appears in a Shedinja-like manner. Plusle and Minun reunite, though briefly, and it triggers a spirit reawakening from both of them. Their spirits fuse together to make this Pokemon, which is said to symbolize their friendship. Despite the different lifestyles involved in creating Rmeinesprit, it is a friendly Pokemon and holds no animosity. It is a Pokemon that never forgets.
Competitive: Imagine if Mismagius got the Fairy-type like it should've. That's what this basically is.

Kantonian Minccino
Type: Ice/Poison
Abilities: Poison Touch / Technician | Skill Link
Stats: 55 HP / 60 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpA / 40 SpD / 85 Spe
Removed Moves: Baby-Doll Eyes, Charm, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Fake Tears, Calm Mind,
New Moves: Icicle Spear, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Ice Punch, Poison Jab, Poison Tail, Poison Fang, Toxic Spikes
Design: Its body is pale blue, with purple swirls on it. It's ears and tail have purple liquid oozing off of it.
Flavor: Minccino's first encounter in Kanto was with the Saffron City guards, who thought Minccino was super cute. The guard gave it some coffee as a nice gesture. But it turns out caffeine is toxic to Pokemon and, as a result, this coffee created toxic caffeine glands in Minccino's fur, though it is only hazardous to other Pokemon. Caffeine causes the Pokemon's body to freeze up, and so Minccino's fur is ice-cold.

Chillchino
Type: Ice/Poison
Abilities: Poison Touch / Technician | Skill Link
Stats: 65 HP / 115 Atk / 50 Def / 50 SpA / 60 SpD / 130 Spe
New Moves: None
Design: Instead of long hair, it has icicles on its head. It still has purple liquid on its ears, and now on its hands and feet. It keeps its pale blue coloration. It does not keep Cinccino's scarf as it isn't cold.
Flavor: Evolving with an Ice Stone, Chillchino (the Caffeine Pokemon) has harnessed the power of cold winds, and can freeze the area around it. Any Pokemon inflicted by its caffeine poison will be left to freeze. However, it smells nice to other Pokemon. Researchers believe this is a tactic to find new victims, as it seems to be addicted to freezing Pokemon.
Battle Strategies: Cinccino's reliance on Skill Link and Technician continues here, as gaining Icicle Spear while still keeping Bullet Seed and Rock Blast allows for some interesting Skill Link strategies. Technician sets also gain Poison Tail, which is boosted to 75BP with boosted crit, as well as Poison Fang, which is also 75% with a 50% chance of inflicting Toxic. If neither of those work for you, it still has native Gunk Shot. And if you feel extra trolly, Poison Touch can trigger for any hit of a multi-hit move, and it triggers 30% of the time.

Since Orre is somewhat based on Arizona I think this makes sense
Pokemon: Orreian Maractus
New Typing: Grass/Steel
New Abilities: Water Absorb, Iron Barbs, Storm Drain
New Stats: 127(swapped with SPA +21)/60(Swapped with HP -15)/84(+17)/86(Swapped with Attack)/84(+17)/40(-20)[BST 461]
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Heavy Slam, Mirror Shot, Iron Head
Removed Moves: n/a
Flavor/Design: Orreian Maractuses manage to grow so tall because they absorb every ounce of water they can throughout their entire lives. As such their skin expands and they end up being roughly forty feet tall. However since they'll absorb any water this includes mineral rich water as well, thus the barbs they have gain metal like qualities and are extra sharp.

Pokemon: Sagualta
Evolution Method: Level 40, but it'll only evolve in rain or if a fresh water is used on it.
New Typing: Grass/Steel
New Abilities: Water Absorb, Iron Barbs, Storm Drain
New Stats: 137/110/104/116/104/30 [581]
Movepool: Same as Orreian Maractus
Flavor/Design: Once Orreian Maractus absorbs enough mineral rich water its skin also gains a metallic sheen. It becomes a lot taller, heavier, and hardier thanks to this. Due to these conditions this form is called Sagualta and is seen as an evolution rather than another variant. No one knows why Unovian Maractuses lost the ability to evolve but it might have to do with the water quality there.
