PU Leader

Regirock @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy / Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Slide / Stone Edge
- Toxic
- Earthquake / Protect

Though Archeops departing lessens the need to use it on multiple teams, Regirock still shines as one of the best Stealth Rock setters in PU and as a fantastic defensive pivot. Regirock's phenomenal mixed bulk in conjunction with its mono-Rock typing gives it the ability to check and reliably set Stealth Rock against prominent Normal- and Fire-types like Kangaskhan and Pyroar as well as other Pokemon such as Oricorio-G and physical Skuntank. Though Regirock generally lacks offensive presence, Toxic slightly mitigates this by allowing it to wear down bulkier Pokemon like Gastrodon, Tangela, and Gurdurr as it switches in to avoid letting it use they switch in, notably preventing Gurdurr from using Bulk Up freely. Regirock can also potentially run Protect to make wearing Pokemon down with poison damage easier. Regirock's weakness to Fighting means that pairing it with checks like Weezing is ideal, with Weezing also being able to set Toxic Spikes to give Regirock an easier time wearing foes down. Regirock's vulnerability to strong special attackers like Drampa means that it also appreciates specially bulky teammates like Audino and Assault Vest Hitmonchan, with the former providing useful cleric support to prevent Regirock from being worn down and the latter taking on bulky Steel-types like Ferroseed.

Even with the recent departure of Archeops lessening the need to use it on multiple teams, Regirock still shines as one of the best Stealth Rock setters in PU and a defensive threat to behold (something like fantastic defensive pivot). Regirock's phenomenal mixed bulk in conjunction with its mono-Rock typing give it the ability to check prominent Normal- and Fire-types like Kangaskhan and Pyroar as well as set Stealth Rock reliably against these Pokemon among others such as Oricorio-G, physical Skuntank, and defensive Mesprit. Though Regirock generally lacks offensive presence, Toxic slightly makes up for this by allowing it to wear down bulkier Pokemon that it tends to bait in like Gastrodon, Gurdurr (i understand this mention but if you toxic it and it gets a +1 with bulk up, you're in serious trouble), and Sableye (you have to hit sableye on the switch or it'll taunt you). Regirock can potentially run Protect as well, which gives it an easier time wearing these Pokemon down with poison damage. Regirock's weakness to Fighting means that pairing it with Fighting checks like Mesprit and Weezing is ideal (weezing sets tspikes ig). Regirock's vulnerability to stronger special attackers like Aurorus means that it also appreciates being paired with specially bulky Pokemon like Audino and Assault Vest Hitmonchan (aurorus is such a weird mention, purely because specs nukes both, especially with stealth rock up), with the former providing useful cleric support to prevent Regirock from being worn down and the latter also taking on bulky Steel-types like Ferroseed.
Do this and QC 1/1.
