Rejected Remove HL from lock messages

I had an AG battle open in the background and was doing some homework. I saw I'd been hled, and came back, to see that I'd been hled by someone being namelocked for having an offensive name that *happened* to have my name in it!
Amusing! Unfortunately, this isn't really something that I can see it being useful to hl on, since it would just be a source of mild irritation if someone's got your name in theirs. To that end, I'd like it if HLs were removed from messages that a user has been locked, since it just doesn't seem very useful to hl on. Thanks!

This would
a) be rather annoying to implement, as it'd only work for some chat messages
and b) would be annoying for people who do highlight on locked messages.
I'd advise just using a regex to exclude punishments instead.
