Despite having calmed down, Larvesta's aggressiveness still grows. Its attacks now lack any semblance of self-preservation. Igniting its own body on fire, it charges head-on at Litten! The impact is loud and powerful. But this is the opportunity Litten was waiting for -- his body folds with the impact as his burning-hot fangs sink into Larvesta's exposed underbelly. Larvesta skitters away from its opponent while Litten flops onto its back in exhaustion.

Litten, who is running on fumes, puts up no fight as Larvesta begins to drink up his blood like some fuzzy vampire. Eventually when he does bite back, it's direct and to-the-point with no technical flourish. Finally, when Larvesta goes for another Flare Blitz, Litten takes it like a limp ragdoll. From the looks of it, Litten's so exhausted that performing an attack of its own might be enough to KO himself!

Litten takes another big chomp out of Larvesta, who screeches in pain. It's not enough to stop this bug, though! Larvesta tilts its head back, and then swings its skull back towards Litten with the fervor of a carnival-goer swinging a mallet at one of those "Test-Your-Strength" games. There's a loud "Smack!" of bone hitting bone. Litten's tail shoots straight upwards, its legs lock up, and it falls flat onto its side. There may not be a stuffed prize in Larvesta's immediate future, but it did manage to win a 1KOC consolation prize!
