Rhyperior lends itself to various roles; it can set Stealth Rock, serve as a check to threats like Rotom-H, Volcarona, and Togekiss, and function as a wallbreaker thanks to its enormous Attack stat. Additionally, its sheer physical bulk allows it to tank hits like Close Combat from Choice Band Urshifu-S and serve as a very solid check to physically-oriented Zeraora. It is particularly good at keeping Stealth Rock up thanks to its ability to threaten common entry hazard removers in Mandibuzz, Excadrill, and Corviknight. Rock Blast is the preferred Rock-type attack due to its ability to take advantage of Substitute users like Kyurem and Volcarona. Smack Down can be used instead to reliably force out Corviknight and Skarmory. Swords Dance makes Rhyperior even more threatening and allows it to break through defensive Pokemon like Clefable, Hippowdon, Ferrothorn, Corviknight, and Amoonguss. Alternatively, Toxic is a midground option to pressure incoming foes like Hippowdon, Slowbro, Rillaboom, Tangrowth, and Gastrodon. Finally, High Horsepower should be used over Earthquake in case you run Rillaboom alongside Rhyperior. Solid Rock is an incredible ability, as it allows Rhyperior to tank even super effective hits quite well, like Earthquake from Excadrill and Hippowdon. 60 Speed and 16 Attack EVs with an Adamant nature allow Rhyperior to outspeed Hippowdon and 2HKO it with Earthquake after a Swords Dance. The rest of the EVs are invested into HP and Special Defense to make Rhyperior as reliable of a check to Rotom-H, Volcarona, and Togekiss as possible.

Because Rhyperior serves as a check to Rotom-H, Volcarona, and Togekiss, teammates that are weak to them, such as Ferrothorn, Corviknight, Rillaboom, Amoonguss, Skarmory, and Tangrowth, enjoy Rhyperior's presence. In return, they can check opposing Rillaboom and Water-types like Slowbro and Gastrodon, some of the biggest threats to Rhyperior. Rhyperior is very susceptible to being worn down over time, making it appreciative of Wish support from teammates like Clefable to keep it healthy throughout the battle.

Because Rhyperior is a reliable check to Rotom-H and Togekiss, teammates that are weak to these, such as Corviknight, Ferrothorn, and Toxapex, enjoy Rhyperior's presence. Moreover, the latter two aid in patching up Rhyperior's glaring weakness to Water-types like Dracovish, Seismitoad, and Primarina.
Neither of the two Pokemon are particularly great against Primarina currently; I would consider only mentioning the first two Water types.

I would include a sentence in the first paragraph about how it is very hard to OHKO physically without numerous boosts or a 4x move like Fisheous Rend. It is able to live CB Terrakion Close Combat, has a 94% chance to live a +2 Icicle Spear from Cloyster, lives a +2 non-Life Orb Iron Head from Bisharp, and easily checks things like Cinderace or BU Zeraora. I do not think you need all of these examples, but this physically tank quality is something worth emphasizing I feel as you are mainly discussing the breaking prospects with SD and the SR setting prospects. These are good things to note, but it does not fully capture the essence of Rhyperior I feel.

Overall, what you have is great, but add a little bit on what I noted above and it should be great.

Rock Blast is the preferred Rock-type attack due to its ability to take advantage of Substitute users like Kyurem. Substitute Volcarona is common enough to make it worth highlighting. Smack Down can be used instead to reliably force out Corviknight and Skarmory, as they risk being hit by Earthquake otherwise. Smack Down's effect is pretty intuitive. Swords Dance makes Rhyperior even more threatening and allows it to break through defensive Pokemon like Clefable, Hippowdon, Ferrothorn, and Corviknight. Amoonguss is definitely worth mentioning here. Alternatively, Toxic is a midground option to pressure incoming foes like Hippowdon, Slowbro, Rillaboom, Tangrowth, and Gastrodon. Solid Rock is an incredible ability, as it allows Rhyperior to tank even super-effective hits quite well, like Earthquake from Excadrill and Hippowdon. 60 Spe EVs allow Rhyperior to outspeed Hippowdon, while 16 Atk EVs with an Adamant nature allow it to 2HKO it with Earthquake after a Swords Dance. Reminder to spell out stuff like Spe and Atk completely. The rest of the EVs are invested into HP and Special Defense to be as reliable of a check to Rotom-H, Volcarona, and Togekiss as possible.

I think it's worth mentioning High Horsepower as an alternative to Earthquake if Rhyperior is run with Rillaboom.

Because Rhyperior serves as a check to the threats that were just mentioned, teammates that are weak to them, such as Ferrothorn, Corviknight, Rillaboom, Amoonguss, Skarmory, and Tangrowth, enjoy Rhyperior's presence. I'm not a fan of cross referencing between paragraphs. It isn't too complicated because they were mentioned in the last paragraph, but people should easily be able to find out at every point in a paragraph. Explicitly mention these Pokemon here too. In return, they can check opposing Rillaboom, one of the biggest threats to Rhyperior, or help with its weakness to Water-types like Slowbro and Gastrodon. "help with its weakness to Water-types" honestly doesn't make much sense. They don't make it less weak to Water-types; they can just check these Pokemon. Rhyperior is very susceptible to being worn down over time, making it appreciative of Wish support from teammates like Clefable to keep it healthy throughout the battle. As Rhyperior is capable of blowing holes in the enemy team, Pokemon that can clean up after it, such as Dragapult and Zeroara, make good partners as well. This doesn't have to be mentioned and honestly it feels like this is trying to fill space more than anything else. Rhyperior isn't the kind of Pokemon that is going to leave huge holes for other Pokemon.
