move 2: U-turn
move 3: Superpower / Low Kick / Drain Punch

[SET COMMENTS]
Rillaboom holds a place in the metagame due to its Grass typing and natural bulk, which help it check commonly used Pokemon such as Rotom-W, Excadrill, Hydreigon, and Tyranitar and support its teammates with its great movepool. Its natural bulk makes Assault Vest a natural choice. STAB Drum Beating, Rillaboom's signature move, lowers the opposing Pokemon's Speed by one stage, setting up the stage for teammates. This gives Rillaboom a unique role, as most speed control moves are relatively weak comparatively, while Rillaboom can both provide speed control and put on offensive pressure at the same time. U-turn gives Rillaboom the option to pivot out of unfavorable switch-ins such as Arcanine, Corviknight, and Rotom-H and bring in teammates that can take advantage of these Pokemon. The third slot is generally a Fighting-type (AH) coverage to hit Ferrothorn, Hydreigon, and Snorlax. Lastly, Knock Off hurts Dragapult as well as removing Galarian Corsola's Eviolite. Wood Hammer is also an option, since it OHKOes Mimikyu after Disguise is broken. The Speed investment allows Rillaboom to outspeed Jolly Mimikyu, Jolly Haxorus, and Timid Hydreigon after the Speed drop from Drum Beating as well as making it naturally faster than non-invested Rotom formes. Maximum Attack makes Rillaboom as threatening as possible, whilst the HP investment allows Rillaboom to live Jolly Mimikyu's +2 Life Orb-boosted Play Rough. This set appreciates Pokemon that can switch into Fire- and Flying-type attacks such as Rotom-H and Rotom-W, which also pair together with Rillaboom for a nice VoltTurn core.

This set can also be run with a maximum Attack and Speed and a Jolly nature, which allows Rillaboom to outspeed Adamant Mimikyu, Jolly Mamoswine, Modest Rotom formes, and Jolly Gyarados, as well as Infiltrator Dragapult after a Drum Beating.

[SET COMMENTS]
Rillaboom's natural power and movepool allows allow it to revenge kill a significant number of Pokemon, including Mimikyu, Hydreigon, Adamant Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, Tyranitar, Rotom-W, Excadrill, and +1 Gyarados and Dragapult after Stealth Rock. Wood Hammer is generally preferred over Drum Beating due to its pure power and ability to eventually put Rillaboom into Overgrow range through recoil for a super hard-hitting STAB move. Asides from this, U-turn is used for momentum, Superpower hits Hydreigon and Dynamaxed Galarian Darmanitan, and Knock Off targets Galarian Corsola and Dragapult. In terms of the EV spread, maximum Speed with a Jolly nature is preferred to outspeed as many Pokemon as possible, and maximum Attack provides most damage. Rillaboom baits in Fire- and Flying-types, so Pokemon such as the Rotom formes are good partners.

I think Jolly is actually worth a secondary slash-in at the moment for the first set. You mention what it can do already, but a nice additional thing is that some specially based Dragapult attempt to make a risky switch in to revenge it while weakened, and since those often run Infilitrator, Drum Beating will seriously punish those ones, as Jolly actually lets you outspeed them at -1 Speed!

Speaking of Speed, for the Adamant spread, I'd suggest maybe speed creeping juuust a bit more to outspeed Hydreigon and Haxorus. Hydreigon in particular is a major target, since it gets hit really hard by the fighting moves and U-turn, and you may see it making risky switch-ins at times.

One last thing: I think you should probably emphasize how important Drum Beating is a bit more in the AV set, as I'd argue that its the big thing that differnciates Rillaboom from most Pokemon: Having a speed control move with a much higher amount of power than usual!

Once you implement that stuff, consider this QC Approved 1/2 from me!

Honestly aside from mentioning that "Stealth Rocks" should be "Stealth Rock" I don't really have anything to add. Unsure how worthwhile Drain Punch is without STAB but if we're listing Fighting STAB options anyway I don't see harm in keeping it there.

QC 2/2

Done. Think Drain punch will probably be more useful when we start seeing grassy terrain HA and theoretically it is probably better in terms of health vs. Ferrothorn. Low Kick is something I haven't mentioned that is definitely worth mentioning there though, probably over hammer arm since it still has base 100 vs. hydreigon/ferro and base 120 ofc vs. snorlax
