With a great Attack and decent speed Rillaboom, great STAB, It has become great in the current metagame. Grassy Glide allows it to have prioity in Grassy Terrain whilst having a terrain boost to Grass type moves. High Horsepower allows it to hit Galarian Weezing to do decent damage versus it instead of it freely switching in. Acrobatics lets you be able to hit Volcarona and OHKO an offensive set on the switch, whilst having grassy seed so you would be able to get a +1 boost in your defense, with having Acrobatics double of its base power because of it.

This kind of Rillaboom set fits on Offensive teams; being able to pressure a lot with Swords Dance with Grassy Glide, but one of its main counters being Mandibuzz, Primarina would be a great partner with it, being able to switch in freely on the Opposing Foul Play. Either Excadrill or Necrozma can also be paired up with Rillaboom as both are excellent Stealth Rockers which is needed on Offensive teams.

With a great Attack and decent speed Rillaboom, great STAB combination, Rillaboom has become a great wallbreaker in the metagame. Grassy Glide allows it to have prioity in Grassy Terrain whilst having a terrain boost to Grass type moves. U-Turn allows it to pivot out on pokemon such as Tangrowth, Corviknight, Mandibuzz or Skarmory to bring in a check like Magnezone, Kyurem and Zeraora.

Rillaboom fits on bulky offense and balance teams where it can be brought in safely through slow pivoting in order to wreak havoc; Blissey or Slowbro are great partners because of this. Blissey Especially being able to have the amount of bulk it has whilst being able to teleport out safely to Rillaboom. Offensive pivots such as Rotom-Heat being able to bring in bait in Blissey which Rillaboom can take advantage of. Magnezone is a good partner, being able to trap and OHKO one of its most popular awnsers Corviknight, whilst being able to Volt Switch when you pivot with U-Turn on Mandibuzz.

We would like to see a Swords Dance set for Rillaboom too and it should be its first set:

[SET]
name: Swords Dance
move 1: Swords Dance
move 2: Grassy Glide
move 3: Knock Off
move 4: Superpower / Drain Punch / Acrobatics
item: Life Orb / Grassy Seed
ability: Grassy Surge
nature: Adamant / Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Please put your analysis back into WIP to implement this.

I think Hawlucha has to be mentioned as an excellent partner to Rillaboom for both sets. It's one of the few Pokemon that can take advantage of the Grassy Terrain provided, they also share similar checks / counters, meaning the pair can often weaken or eliminate checks to one another.

I'd also mention Zeraora as a solid teammate. It comes in on Flying types that threaten Rillaboom, and in turn Rillaboom can counter Ground types that give Zeraora trouble. The pair also form a Volt-turn core, and Zeraora right now is by the the best Volt Switch user / electric type.
