Choice Band Rillaboom provides fantastic wallbreaking alongside utility in pivoting and powerful priority. Grassy Glide allows Rillaboom to revenge kill several offensive threats that would otherwise KO it, such as Ash-Greninja, Mega Medicham, Mega Garchomp, and Excadrill. Knock Off removes Ferrothorn’s and Heatran’s Leftovers, as well as Volcarona’s and Zapdos’s Heavy-Duty Boots, causing them to get worn down more quickly against Rillaboom and its teammates. With U-turn, Rillaboom can escape losing matchups, such as against the aforementioned Pokemon, without letting its team lose pace. However, both of these moves can cripple or damage Rillaboom by activating Static, Flame Body, or Iron Barbs. Wood Hammer is a powerful nuke that makes sure Rillaboom isn’t slacking against defensive teams, achieving feats such as 2HKOing Zapdos after Stealth Rock. An Adamant nature maximizes Rillaboom's power and outperforms a Speed-boosting nature thanks to Grassy Glide’s priority.

Rillaboom fits naturally on bulky offensive teams that need a solid wallbreaker also able to revenge kill Pokemon like Ash-Greninja. Magnezone is a stellar teammate, as removing Skarmory, Ferrothorn, Corviknight, and Mega Scizor allows Rillaboom to become even more lethal. Electrium Z Magnezone can also remove Heatran and Mega Mawile. Rillaboom is capable of checking Ground-types in return. Similarly, Heatran appreciates Rillaboom’s ability to check Ground-types, while it checks Grass- and Steel-types in return. Rillaboom can struggle with offensive Fire-types like Heatran and Mega Charizard Y, so Pokemon that can handle them like Toxapex and Slowking make great partners. They also benefit from Rillaboom’s Grassy Terrain support. Rillaboom appreciates pivots that can bring it in unscathed, like Corviknight, Landorus-T, and the aforementioned Slowking. Stealth Rock setters like Mega Diancie and the aforementioned Heatran have great offensive synergy with Rillaboom, as Knock Off can remove Heavy-Duty Boots to make Stealth Rock more effective.

Swords Dance Rillaboom is an incredible wallbreaker and sweeper on hyper offense teams, which appreciate its strong priority and ability to revenge kill Ash-Greninja. Superpower is used to slam Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Heatran looking to take a Grassy Glide, and it's also the best move to use against Corviknight and Skarmory. A boosted Knock Off stings Zapdos, Volcarona, and Moltres while removing their Heavy-Duty Boots, allowing them to be broken through more easily. However, it can activate Static or Flame Body, burning or paralyzing Rillaboom.

Swords Dance Rillaboom shines on offensive teams, where its ludicrously strong priority can keep several opposing offensive threats in check. Landorus-T and Mew set up entry hazards, letting Rillaboom break through Pokemon like Mega Scizor and Mega Mawile much more easily. Further, Landorus-T can lure in many of the Flying-types that deal with Rillaboom and nail them with Explosion. Victini can bring Rillaboom in against bulky Water-types for a possible free setup opportunity, or it can eliminate Steel-types with V-create for Rillaboom to clean up. Various setup sweepers, such as Volcarona and Mega Gyarados, can partner up with Rillaboom to provide an easy way to overwhelm defensive cores. Hawlucha enjoys Rillaboom’s Grassy Terrain activating Grassy Seed to let it sweep very easily, as well as its ability to cripple Zapdos and Corviknight.

Other Options
=============

Superpower is an option on the Choice Band set to hit Heatran and Ferrothorn, but its Attack drop makes it less spammable than Wood Hammer, and it still leaves Rillaboom unable to break Corviknight. Grassy Seed + Acrobatics can be used on the Swords Dance set to defeat Tangrowth and Amoonguss, but it has little use otherwise and takes up a valuable move and item slot, which also cuts into Rillaboom’s power. High Horsepower can be used on Swords Dance sets to slam Mega Mawile and Heatran, but Superpower is preferred for its greater neutral coverage.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Grass-types**: Tangrowth and Amoonguss can shrug off most of Rillaboom’s attacks thanks to their bulk and Grass resistances. They can both threaten RIllaboom with Sludge Bomb, with Tangrowth also having Knock Off to make it less threatening. However, they should watch out for Acrobatics, which can potentially KO both.

**Flying-types**: Skarmory, Corviknight, Zapdos, and Moltres easily take Rillaboom’s attacks and strike back with super effective moves. Corviknight needs to be wary of a boosted Superpower, while Zapdos and Moltres are irreparably crippled by Knock Off.

**Steel-types**: Mega Mawile, Heatran, Ferrothorn, and Mega Scizor don’t mind Rillaboom’s STAB moves, making them safe switch-ins. The former two need to watch for a boosted High Horsepower, while a boosted Superpower can threaten to KO all of them, even.Mega Scizor and Mega Mawile if they are chipped.

**Fire-types**: Volcarona and Mega Charizard Y easily tank Rillaboom’s attacks, with the latter not minding Knock Off thanks to its Mega Stone. Volcarona can also cripple Rillaboom with Flame Body, but it must watch for Knock Off to keep its Heavy-Duty Boots.

Choice Band Rillaboom provides pivoting and powerful priority, granting its team fantastic offensive utility. Grassy Glide allows Rillaboom to revenge kill several offensive threats that would otherwise KO it, such as Tapu Koko tapu koko cant revenge rillaboom unless its heavily chipped, Ash-Greninja, Mega Medicham, and a chipped Cinderace. Knock Off removes Ferrothorn’s and Heatran’s Leftovers, as well as Zapdos’ Heavy-Duty Boots, causing them to get worn down quicker when faced with Rillaboom’s teammates. With U-turn, Rillaboom can escape losing matchups, such as against the aforementioned Pokemon i would mention that it allows rillaboom to gain momentum, without letting its team lose pace. Wood Hammer is a powerful nuke that makes sure Rillaboom isn’t slacking against defensive teams, achieving feats such as 2HKOing Zapdos after Stealth Rock as well as offensive Magearna. An Adamant nature is used to maximize Rillaboom’s power while not losing out on any notable speed benchmarks thanks to Grassy Glide’s priority.

Magnezone is a stellar teammate, as removing Ferrothorn, Corviknight, and Mega Scizor can allow Rillaboom to become even more lethal. Electrium Z Magnezone can also remove Heatran, Mega Mawile, and Magearna. In return, Rillaboom can pressure the Ground-types that Magnezone struggles against, and gives it passive recovery with Grassy Terrain. Choice Band Rillaboom provides pivoting and powerful priority, granting its team fantastic offensive utility. Mention it being an insanely powerful breaker as well. Grassy Glide allows Rillaboom to revenge kill several offensive threats that would otherwise KO it, such as Ash-Greninja and Mega Medicham. I think the setup sweepers it would revenge-kill like Mega Garchomp and Mega Gyarados and extraordinarily fast Pokemon like Mega Swampert and Excadrill under weather are pretty important examples to list. Knock Off removes Ferrothorn’s Ferrothorn and Heatran’s Leftovers, as well as Moltres, Volcarona, and Zapdos’ Heavy-Duty Boots, causing them to get worn down quicker when faced with Rillaboom’s teammates. Emphasize the drawback of status when making contact with these targets. With U-turn, Rillaboom can escape losing matchups, such as against the aforementioned Pokemon, without letting its team lose pace. Wood Hammer is a powerful nuke that makes sure Rillaboom isn’t slacking against defensive teams, achieving feats such as 2HKOing Zapdos after Stealth Rock. An Adamant nature is used to maximize Rillaboom’s power while not losing out on any notable speed benchmarks thanks to Grassy Glide’s priority.

Heatran also appreciates these qualities, while setting Stealth Rock and beating most Steel- and Flying-types. Combine the Heatran and Magnezone points here into one point since Magnezone also beats the majority of Flying- and Steel-types and then Heatran shares the traits mentioned prior. You can then mention Heatran having a side effect of being able to set Stealth Rock for Rillaboom. Rillaboom can struggle with offensive Fire-types like Heatran and Mega Charizard Y, so Pokemon that can handle them, like Toxapex and Slowking make great partners. These two also love , along with benefitting from Grassy Terrain support. Rillaboom appreciates pivots that can bring it in unscathed, so Corviknight, Tapu Koko, and the aforementioned Slowking make good partners. Tapu Koko isn't the best example since it technically doesn't bring it in unscathed majority of the time due to being able to outspeed a grand portion of the metagame. Better examples would be Landorus-T or Mega Scizor.

Swords Dance Rillaboom is an incredible wallbreaker and sweeper on hyper offense teams, who appreciate that appreciates its strong priority and ability to answer potentially revenge-kill Ash-Greninja and Mega Lopunny. Answer makes it sound like Rillaboom can freely come in unscathed and threaten Ash-Greninja out, when it takes a ton from Dark Pulse and even Hydro Pump. Revenge-kill seems like a better term for dealing with fast users or priority users that annoy Hyper Offense greatly. Mega Lopunny is also rather annoying to HO as is. Superpower or High Horsepower are used to slam Steel-types looking to take a Grassy Glide; Superpower tears apart Ferrothorn and Heatran, while High Horsepower catches Mega Mawile. However, the former is usually preferred for not leaving Rillaboom helpless against Corviknight and Skarmory. A boosted Knock Off stings Zapdos, Volcarona, and Moltres, and removes their Heavy-Duty Boots, allowing them to be broken through easier. Volcarona also hates losing its Heavy-Duty Boots during a battle so worth a mention. Also, elaborate on the potential status from their abilities upon making contact.

Swords Dance Rillaboom shines on offensive teams, where its ludicrous priority can keep several opposing offensive threats in check. Landorus-T and Mew set up hazards, letting Rillaboom break through Pokemon like Ferrothorn much easier. Mention Swords Dance Explosion sets for Landorus-T in particular can leave a dent in the Flying-types that try to come in and Defog, opening up Rillaboom. Victini can bring Rillaboom in against bulky Water-types that can grant it it a free setup oppurtunity, or eliminate Steel-types with its V-create for Rillaboom to clean up. Various setup sweepers, such as Mega Mawile, Mega Gyarados, and Gengar and Mega Gyarados can partner up with Rillaboom to provide an easy way to overwhelm defensive cores. Gengar overall fulfills the role of a stallbreaker than a setup sweeper to me so not the best example to mention. The former two appreciate Grassy Terrain extending their longevity while easing setup, while Mega Gyarados loves the Fire-types Rillaboom draws in for setup oppurtunities opportunities. Hawlucha enjoys Rillaboom’s Grassy Terrain and ability to cripple Zapdos and Corviknight, while activating Grassy Seed to let it sweep very easily. This last sentence kind of implies at the start Hawlucha enjoys Grassy Terrain's innate healing. Reword it to have "activating Grassy Seed" be right after "Hawlucha enjoys Rillaboom's Grassy Terrain" to show the specific use Grassy Terrain has for Hawlucha.

Grassy Seed + Acrobatics can be used on the Swords Dance set to lure and defeat Tangrowth and Amoonguss, but it has little use otherwise and takes up a valuable move and item slot. The loss of Life Orb also makes it detrimental to Rillaboom's damage output.

**Grass-types**: Ferrothorn, Tangrowth, and Amoonguss can shrug off most of Rillaboom’s attacks thanks to their bulk and Grass resistance. Ferrothorn seems like a better mention in the Steel-types section than here due to having more traits that are similar there.

**Flying-types**: Mega Charizard Y, Corviknight, Zapdos, and Moltres easily take Rillaboom’s attacks and strike back with super-effective moves. Mega Charizard Y doesn’t even mind Knock Off thanks to its Mega Stone. Corviknight needs to be wary of +2 Superpower, while Zapdos and Moltres are irreparably crippled by Knock Off.

**Steel-types**: Mega Mawile, Heatran, Ferrothorn, and Mega Scizor don’t mind Rillaboom’s Grass STAB, making them safe switch-ins. The former two need to watch for a boosted High Horsepower, though. while a boosted Superpower can threaten to OHKO all of them, even a chipped Mega Scizor or Mega Mawile. Heatran and Ferrothorn can also provide hazards to help Rillaboom break down teams further.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Grass-types**: Tangrowth and Amoonguss can shrug off most of Rillaboom’s attacks thanks to their bulk and Grass resistances. They can both threaten RIllaboom with Sludge Bomb, with Tangrowth also being able to use Knock Off and having Knock Off to make it less threatening. However, they should watch out for Grassy Seed + Acrobatics, (AC) which can threaten to potentially KO both.

**Flying-types**: Skarmory, Corviknight, Zapdos, and Moltres easily take Rillaboom’s attacks and strike back with super effective (removed hyphen) moves. Corviknight needs to be wary of a boosted Superpower, while Zapdos and Moltres are irreparably crippled by Knock Off.

**Steel-types**: Mega Mawile, Heatran, Ferrothorn, and Mega Scizor don’t mind Rillaboom’s Grass STAB moves, making them safe switch-ins. The former two need to watch for a boosted High Horsepower, while a boosted Superpower can threaten to OHKO all of them, even a chipped Mega Scizor or Mega Mawile. Mega Scizor and Mega Mawile if they are chipped.

**Fire-types**: Volcarona, Mega Charizard Y, and Mega Charizard X easily tank Rillaboom’s attacks, with the latter two not minding Knock Off thanks to their Mega Stones. Volcarona can also cripple Rillaboom with Flame Body, but it must watch for Knock Off to keep its Heavy-Duty Boots.
