The Lead

dpmfa121.png
@ Expert Belt
Natural Cure
TIMID 252 Sp.Atk and 252 Speed

* Surf
* Recover
* Ice Beam
* Thunderbolt

Surf, Ice Beam and ThunderBolt for great coverage. Recover off damage when I can.

dpmfa227.png
@ Leftovers
Keen Eye
IMPISH 252 HP and 252 Defence

* Whirlwind
* Stealth Rock/Spikes
* Brave Bird
* Roost

Not much to say, usually works for me. I'm thinking of replacing Stealh Rock with Spikes and maybe changing him to the lead to make more use of Stealth Rock/Spikes

dpmfa445.png
@ Yache Bery
Sand Veil
JOLLY 252 Attack and 252 Speed

* Dragon Claw
* Outrage
* Earthquake
* Fire Fang

Thinking of getting rid of Dragon Claw or Outrage for something like Stone Edge (Gyarados). Fire Fang for Ice Pokemons that I'm faster than. Yache berry almost guarentees him to survive an Ice attack.

dpmfa392.png
@ Focus Sash / Life Orb
Blaze
JOLLY 252 Attack and 252 Speed

* Thunderpunch
* Flare Blitz
* Close Combat
* Mach Punch

Thunderpunch so I can stay in on most Waters. Flare Blitz for massive STAB fire damage, Close Combat for massive STAB fighting damage. Mach Punch to beat Weaviles, to get the first hit or to finish off any others.

I chose Physical because he hands Physical moves better, which means more power for Close Combat and Flare Blitz.

Focus Sash incase of a Water attack that I would'nt of survivied(I have Thunderpunch to counter them) or Life Orb.

dpmfa376.png
@ Quick Claw / Leftovers
Clear Body
ADMAMENT 252 Attack and 252 Defence

* Earthquake
* Bullet Punch
* Explosion
* Psychic

Psychic for STAB. Explosion for revenge kills. Bullet Punch helps if I can't outspeed anything. Items are hard to pick for this Metagross, So Quick Claw for those bonus first turn Explosions or Leftovers.

@ ???
Pressure
JOLLY 252 Atk, 252 Speed

* Night Slash
* Ice Shard
* Swords Dance
* Brick Break

Night Slash for STAB. Brick Break for other Weaviles. Ice Shard for Scarfers. Swords Dance when I get the oppuntunity.

I would not put Focus Sash on any Pokemon other than your lead, as it is easily screwed up by Stealth Rock, which is virtually omnipresent in today's metagame. This is especially true for you because you don't have a rapid spinner to get rid of the stealth rocks.

With the given EV's, your starmie seems to frail to use Recover effectively. In addition, Outrage on Garchomp with any item other than Choice Scarf usually leads to your Garchomp being a sitting duck for whatever your opponent can use to kill it -- and they will have something to kill it, since Garchomp is virtually the #1 threat in the standard metagame.

If you're using Recover, go with a more bulky Starmie

Starmie@leftovers
Calm 252 HP/192 SDef/64 SAtk
-Recover
-Surf/Rapid Spin
-Thunderbolt/Rapid Spin
-Ice Beam/Rapid Spin

You might want to consider using Rapid Spin seeing that u rely on Focus Sash and SR would screw that up or a more sweeper-oriented Starmie (expert belt/life orb) might want Psychic for more coverage

Garchomp@Yache Berry
Jolly 252 Atk/252 Spd
-Swords Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Fire Fang

Yache-Chomp could be more effective or possibly Adamant ScarfChomp(Stone Edge)

If ur using Physical Infernape go with
Infernape@Expert Belt/Focus Sash
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Stone Edge/Thunderpunch
Flare Blitz

gives you good coverage and lot of power Stone Edge gives u something against Salamence. LO+Flare Blitz+Sandstorm(maybe) adds up to a lot, so Expert Belt is safer. If u go with Focus Sash, SR could be trouble.
Dont need Mach Punch so much as Meta has Bullet Punch for Weavile and stuff

Bullet Punch Meta is k but u might look for
Metagross@Expert Belt/Muscle Band
Adamant 252 Atk/192 Spd/64 HP (not sure...)
-Explosion
-Agility
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake

Agiligross is a beast if it sets up. Adjust ur speed according to what u wanna outrun after Agility. leftovers is also an option
First - Quick Claw hax rate is PATHETIC, son't even think about it
Second - Psychic is special. Its got no business with a physical Metagross. bad choice. Zen Headbutt if u really want Psychic STAB

Weavile is good but beware Stealth Rock again.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Changed some things.

I am NOT wanting an aligoss, It has quick claw because an item for it is hard to choose. I'd rather have max attack and defence than speed.

Any more suggestions?

I wouldn't rely on Quick Claw, it doesn't really work as well as Choice Scarf/Band. Quick Claw is too unreliable for "bonus first turn Explosions" to work. Psychic is generally terrible on Metagross especially with Weezing being scarce along with that Adamant nature. ThunderPunch may work better because Gyarados walls that Metagross unless you plan on Exploding on it. Give Weavile Life Orb or Expert Belt to aid you in sweeping. If you are Banding Metagross, max Hp instead of Defense. With Scarf, max Speed instead of Defense.

Also, I wouldn't keep Infernape in waters unless they're in KO range. To be honest, the only thing that ThunderPunch hits harder is Gyarados because STAB Close Combat has more power than SE ThunderPunch.

I strongly recommend Swords Dance on Garchomp especially since you're using a Yache Berry. The point of Yache Berry is to set up a Swords Dance and survive an Ice attack so you can pull off a sweep. You're not really doing much if you don't have SD.

I dont intend on quick claw to be reliable, its the only item, other thant life orb, i can think of using. I dont want to be locked into a move with him. I'm in the process of getting ThunderPunch, since its an Emerald move.

Weavile fails with Life Orb, he's fragile enough. Expert belt is being used on Starmie(Item Clause)

I dont intend for Infernape to fully take on Waters, its only if he's my last poke or I have no choice.

Swords Dance may be a good option, thanks. I just cant really seem to get off a swords dance amongst pokes like Starmie and Weavile who are fast and very common in my battles.

You don't need to max out in two stats for everything and call it good, and you still get an extra 4 anyways. :P

Spikes for Skarmory, because Spikes is more reliable for damage, because most people have some SR resistant guys. >_>

Yeah, don't use Psychic. >_< Zen Headbutt if you really want Psychic STAB. >__>

With Starmie as your only special attacker, sturdy physical walls stand in your way if its taken out. I see Infernape being more useful as a special attacker.

Aside from that, this team is very offensivly based(save Skarmory). I don't use all out offensive, so I don't know how effective that is.

Speaking of Skarmory, Shed Shell is always nice to escape from the omnipresent Magnezones.

Yeah I prefer maxing out stats, its much easier as well in the actual game, spreading EV's is much harder to do.

I shall use Spikes then =) And Zen Headbutt!

Good point about having one special attacker, I'd prefer to keep Infernape physical for Close Combat though.

I've tried to use a special wall like Blissey, but my team fails with that.

I never come across Magnezones, so for now I'll keep Leftovers.

Thanks!

Well if 'he's fragile enough' it's usually going to be KO'd quickly anyway and the 30% boost will surely aid in sweeping. Life Orb is generally the preferred item on Swords Dance Weavile anyway.
