Answer to my question…

“After the initial Swiss rounds are completed, players with one loss will play two rounds of single elimination matches while players with no losses will have a bye.
After these elimination matches, the undefeated player(s) will face the single-loss player(s) in a single elimination bracket.”
 
After having made a mistake in the OP, I will continue with allowing 3-1 players to stay in.
So this means that GirlsSeeGhosts and Wanted in 49 States will have a bye for two weeks and next week will be round robin.
I have bolded all the act cases, but since half of the people didnt bother to schedule/play, I will also not make an official post about it.
If you disagree with the call I made about your game, dm me with proof that I should overturn it.
