Current wording:
The user strikes the target with precision that could split boulders. The attack can fracture the target's armor and lower their Defense by one (1) stage. If combined with a contact attack that can flinch, lower defense, or has a high critical-hit rate, it increases the BAP of the combining attack by 50% (1.5x). If combined with a "Bone," "Gear," "Rock," or "Whip" move, the BAP of Rock Smash doubles (2x), Rock Smash has 100% Effect Chance instead of 50%, and the attack retains the combining move's contact property. Combinations with multi-hit moves only lower Defense once.

A) Reword them to not stack boosts.
B) Reword Rock Smash only to cost 5 more base EN cost.
C) Reword Rock Smash to only stack the 1.5x multiplier.
D) Reword Rock Smash to only stack the 2x multiplier.
E) Do nothing.

Option C is consistent with Ember and co. so yeah.
If Matezoide's vote makes it so we can't get a simple majority, then I agree with Tex.

2-2-1 on A-C-D respectively. Removing D from the slate and using Maxim's second option yields simple majority on C. Same thing happens if we cut off options B and E.

Majority on C). Rock Smash now stacks 1.5x multiplier on itself, the same with Ember, Thunder Shock, and Rock Throw.
