Rotom-F is a niche option as a wallbreaker due to its access to Nasty Plot, allowing it to set up on and break through Pokemon like Milotic, Mantine, and Flygon, and a practically unresisted STAB combination, leaving it with very limited short-term defensive checks. It is, however, held back by its poor defensive typing and average speed, forcing it to run Heavy-Duty Boots to remove its crippling weakness to Stealth Rock and allowing common Pokemon like Cobalion, Noivern, and Darmanitan to revenge kill it, and its reliance on Blizzard's poor accuracy. It also prevents the use of Rotom-W, which has a much better defensive typing for serving as a pivot as well as an effective Defogger, and Rotom-C, which offers more defensive utility as a Nasty Plot wallbreaker due to its Water-type resistance and ability to better check Gigalith and Rhyperior. Discharge gives Rotom-F a reliable Electric-type move that punishes hard switches into offensive checks like Cobalion and Darmanitan with a potential paralysis. Thunderbolt is an alternative that has a high chance to OHKO Noivern and guarantees a 2HKO on defensive Sylveon at +2, factoring in Stealth Rock and Protect, making Rotom-F less reliant on Blizzard. Volt Switch allows Rotom-F to keep up momentum and pivot out against Gigalith and Umbreon. Rotom-F can, however, run Substitute with a Salac Berry instead of Volt Switch on hyper offense teams, allowing it to outspeed typical checks like Cobalion and Noivern.

Pivots such as Noivern, Choice Scarf Flygon, and Incineroar can form VoltTurn cores with Rotom-F, offering it more setup opportunities against bulky Water-types like Milotic that they struggle with. Noivern and Flygon can help check faster threats like Roserade, Choice Band Haxorus, and Cobalion for Rotom-F, while Incineroar can provide a great check to Escavalier and Chandelure. Rhyperior and Gigalith are excellent teammates, providing Stealth Rock support to wear down Rotom-F's checks and checking revenge killers like Noivern and Darmanitan. Teammates that can break through Gigalith are helpful, as it is one of the few Pokemon capable of walling +2 Rotom-F. Cobalion and Pangoro are good options; Cobalion in particular can also provide Stealth Rock support and run Thunder Wave to cripple one of Rotom-F's main revenge killers in Flamethrower Noivern. Late-game cleaners like Doublade, Dragon Dance Necrozma, and for Substitute + Salac Berry variants, Polteageist, appreciate Rotom-F weakening or removing their checks like Milotic, Escavalier, and Incineroar. Doublade in particular can also help to switch into Cobalion for Rotom-F. Choice Specs Sylveon and Gardevoir can weaken a bunch of Rotom-F's checks, such as Bronzong, Escavalier, Gigalith, and Copperajah, and also switch into Noivern, which can easily revenge kill Rotom-F. Dual screens setters like Xatu and Espeon make great partners for Substitute + Salac variants, offering much more reliable setup opportunities; Xatu in particular can bring Rotom-F in safely via Teleport against Pokemon like Rhyperior that it can safely set up on and beat under Reflect.

Rotom-F is a niche option as a wallbreaker, due to its access to Nasty Plot, allowing it to set up on and break through Pokemon like Milotic, Mantine, and Hurricane Noivern hurricane and flamethrower aren't mutually exclusive so i'd just say "Noivern lacking Flamethrower", coupled with a practically unresisted STAB combination POST THIS RAT :togedemaru:, leaving it with very limited short term defensive checks. It is however held back my its poor defensive typing and average speed, forcing it to run Heavy-Duty-Boots instead of Leftovers or a more offensive item, and allowing common Pokemon like Cobalion, Flamethrower Noivern, and Darmanitan to revenge kill it. It also prevents the use of Rotom-W, which has a much better defensive typing, allowing it to serve as a much better pivot as well as an effective Defogger, and Rotom-C, which offers more defensive utility as a Nasty Plot wallbreaker due to its Water resistance and ability to better check Gigalith and Rhyperior. Discharge gives Rotom-Frost a reliable Electric-type move that lets it punish hard switch-ins to offensive checks like Cobalion and Darmanitan with Paralysis. i'd give tbolt a mention, it has some merit; p much always ohkos vern at +2 (don't have to risk blizzard), ohkos milo after rocks at +2, guaranteed ohko on weez and 2hkos sylv factoring in protect + rocks Volt Switch allows Rotom-Frost to keep up momentum and pivot out against Gigalith and Umbreon. Rotom-Frost can, however, run Substitute with a Salac Berry instead of Volt Switch on Hyper Offense teams, allowing it to outspeed typical checks like Cobalion and Noivern.

maybe bring up the fact that it's pretty unreliable as a result of being forced to run blizzard
i'd also mention that it faces competition from other elecs like tox, which is stronger, and lisk, which has actual defensive utility; it's not just from the rotoms

Pivots such as Noivern, Choice Scarf Flygon, and Incineroar can form momentum cores with Rotom-F, offering it more setup opportunities against bulky Water-types like Milotic that they struggle with. Noivern and Flygon can help check faster threats like Roserade, Choice Band Haxorus, and Cobalion for Rotom-F, while Incineroar can provide a great check to Escavalier and Chandelure. Rhyperior and Gigalith are excellent teammates, providing Stealth Rock support to wear down Rotom-F's checks, and checking revenge killers like Noivern and Darmanitan. Late-game cleaners like Doublade, Dragon Dance Necrozma, and Polteageist idk about the poltea mention, this set doesn't fit on HO/screens which is where poltea is pretty much restricted to appreciate Rotom-F weakening or removing their checks like Milotic, Escavalier, and Incineroar, Doublade in particular can also help to switch into Cobalion for Rotom-F. Dual Screens setters like Xatu and Espeon make great partners for Substitute + Salac variants, offering much more reliable setup opportunities; Xatu in particular can bring Rotom-F in safely via Teleport on Pokemon like Rhyperior that Rotom-F can safely set up on and beat under Reflect.

mention some stuff that can beat down gigalith like panda/coba, coba gives it rocks too which help with a bunch of KOs

Rotom-F is a niche option as a wallbreaker, due to its access to Nasty Plot, allowing it to set up on and break through Pokemon like Milotic, Mantine, and Hurricane-only or -2 SpA Noivern Flygon you force it out anyway, this just reads really weirdly, coupled with a practically unresisted STAB combination, leaving it with very limited short term defensive checks. It is however held back by its poor defensive typing and average speed, forcing it to run Heavy-Duty-Boots to remove its crippling weakness to Stealth Rock, and allowing common Pokemon like Cobalion, Flamethrower draco also revenges you and mono-cane isn't rlly a thing Noivern, and Darmanitan to revenge kill it, and its reliance on Blizzard's poor accuracy. this is all fine but a mention of specs sylv/garde would be good for their ability to weaken a bunch of rotom's checks - zong, escav, rajah etc. come to mind, and they also switch into vern which can otherwise evenge you

It is, (ac) however, (ac) held back by its poor defensive typing and average speed, forcing it to run Heavy-Duty-Boots (remove hyphen) to remove its crippling weakness to Stealth Rock, (rc) and allowing common Pokemon like Cobalion, Noivern, and Darmanitan to revenge kill it, and its reliance on Blizzard's poor accuracy. Discharge gives Rotom-Frost a reliable Electric-type move that lets it punishes hard switch-ins switches into (switch-ins is a noun such as in "Fairy-types are common switch-ins to Hydreigon") offensive checks like Cobalion and Darmanitan with a potential paralysis. Thunderbolt is an alternative option that has a high chance to OHKO Noivern at +2, (rc) and guarantees a 2HKO on defensive Sylveon at +2 (your earlier phrasing implies that it 2HKOes Sylveon unboosted), factoring in Stealth Rock and Protect, making Rotom-Frost less reliant on Blizzard. Volt Switch allows Rotom-Frost to keep up momentum and pivot out against Gigalith and Umbreon. Rotom-Frost can, however, run Substitute with a Salac Berry instead of Volt Switch on hyper offense teams, allowing it to outspeed typical checks like Cobalion and Noivern.

Pivots such as Noivern, Choice Scarf Flygon, and Incineroar can form momentum VoltTurn (the central idea of VoltTurn is momentum anyway) cores with Rotom-F, offering it more setup opportunities against bulky Water-types like Milotic that they struggle with. Noivern and Flygon can help check faster threats like Roserade, Choice Band Haxorus, and Cobalion for Rotom-F, while Incineroar can provide a great check to Escavalier and Chandelure. Late-game cleaners like Doublade, Dragon Dance Necrozma, and for Substitute + Salac Berry variants, Polteageist, appreciate Rotom-F weakening or removing their checks like Milotic, Escavalier, and Incineroar,. (comma -> period) Doublade in particular can also help to switch into Cobalion for Rotom-F. Choice Specs Sylveon and Gardevoir are nice teammates for Rotom-F, as they can weaken a bunch of Rotmo-Frost's Rotom-F's checks, (ac) such as Bronzong, Escavalier, Gigalith, and Copperajah, and also switch into Noivern, which can easily revenge kill Rotom-F.
