Rotom-H is an important wall breaker on Fire-type teams because of its offensive power and access to Nasty Plot. Furthermore, it is able to hit Water-types such as Toxapex, Gyarados, and Pelipper because of its access to STAB Electric-type moves, and its ability Levitate leaves it untouched by Hippowdon. Nasty Plot allows Rotom-H to boost its offensive power, making it a more fearsome wallbreaker, and it helps Rotom-H to ignore the Special Attack drop from Overheat, allowing it to efficiently use Overheat again. Substitute allows Rotom-H to set up on passive Pokemon like Toxapex that look to spread status. A Timid nature allows Rotom-H to be on par with other offensive Rotom formes, such as Rotom-W, but a Modest nature can also be preferred for it to hit its hardest, but this leaves Rotom-H outsped by Gyarados and the other Rotom formes.

Chandelure makes for a good partner, as it can hit the Water-types that Rotom-H cannot touch, such as Seismitoad and Gastrodon thanks to Energy Ball, and in return, Rotom-H can hit the Water-types that Chandelure cannot hit effectively, such as Toxapex, Pelipper, and Gyarados, with the latter able to counter Chandelure. Torkoal and Ninetales are great teammates, as they are able to set up sun to power up Rotom-H’s already hard-hitting Overheat. The former, along with Cinderace are able to remove hazards thanks to Rapid Spin and Court Change respectively, in case Rotom-H’s Heavy-Duty Boots gets tricked or removed. Charizard is able to implement speed control for the team with Choice Scarf, and it also helps ease the Dragon-type matchup thanks to Dragon Pulse. Arcanine and Darmanitan make for good teammates, as they are able to revenge kill weakened threats for Rotom-H, and the latter can also pivot into Rotom-H against weakened Pokemon. Salazzle makes for a good teammate, as it can cripple Toxapex, allowing Rotom-H to wear it down more easily.

Levitate leaves it untouched by(or just rephrase: Levitate allows Rotom-Heat to avoid Ground-type moves from Pokemon like Hippowdown or Sand Rush Excadrill) Hippowdon and Sand Rush Excadrill(I wouldn't really say untouched in terms of excadrill, rock slide sets exist). Nasty Plot allows Rotom-H to boost its offensive power, making it a more fearsome wallbreaker, and it helps Rotom-H to ignore the Special Attack drop from Overheat, allowing it to efficiently use Overheat again. Thunderbolt allows Rotom-H to hit Toxapex, Gyarados, and Pelipper (you already mentioned Rotom-H having the accessibility to Electric-type stab) with ease, which is appreciated by Fire-type teams. Substitute allows Rotom-H to set up on passive Pokemon (like?) that look to spread status. A Timid nature allows Rotom-H to be on par with other offensive Rotom formes, such as Rotom-W, but a Modest nature can also be preferred for it to hit its hardest, but this leaves Rotom-H outsped by Gyarados and the other Rotom formes.

Chandelure makes for a good partner, as it can hit the Water-types that Rotom-H cannot touch, such as Seismitoad and Gastrodon thanks to Energy Ball, (Nickpick, I don't feel like this should be mentioned first as the standard fire team has Torkoal, Charizard, Cinderace, Rotom-Heat, Incineroar, Darmanitan) More so last around where Salazzle is. Something critical/crucial like Torkoal/Charizard should be here!!) and in return, Rotom-H can hit the Water-types that Chandelure cannot hit effectively, such as Toxapex, Pelipper, and Gyarados, with the latter able to counter Chandelure. Torkoal and Ninetales are great teammates, as they are able to set up sun to power up Rotom-H’s already hard-hitting Overheat. Cinderace able to remove hazards because of Court Change while Torkoal does the same with Rapid Spin. in case Rotom-H’s Heavy-Duty Boots gets tricked or removed. (I think you should talk a little bit more on why its crucial to remove hazards for the overall team)Charizard is able to implement speed control for the team with Choice Scarf, and it also helps ease the Dragon-type matchup thanks to Dragon Pulse. Arcanine and Darmanitan make for good teammates, as they are able to revenge kill weakened threats for Rotom-H(examples??), and the latter can also pivot into Rotom-H against weakened Pokemon. Salazzle makes for a good teammate, as it can cripple Toxapex, allowing Rotom-H to wear it down more easily.
