[SET COMMENTS]

A Speed tier above Gyarados coupled with a decent STAB combination makes Rotom-H an effective revenge killer with Choice Scarf. Its Electric / Fire typing also enables it to pivot in and scare out prominent attackers like Galarian Darmanitan and Life Orb Clefable with the threat of a strong Overheat or passing Choice Scarf via Trick, in the case of Clefable. Volt Switch strengthens Rotom-H's pivoting capabilities by generating momentum for its team, as well as letting Rotom-H escape bad matchups and get a teammate in for free. Trick severely cripples many Pokemon such as Seismitoad, Clefable, and Hydreigon by passing them a Choice Scarf, preventing them from doing their job. Will-O-Wisp further adds onto Rotom-H's utility, shutting down physical attackers such as Dracovish and Galarian Darmanitan, as well as chipping down defensive Pokemon like Seismitoad and Gastrodon. Thunder Wave also shuts offensive Pokemon like Dragapult, Hydreigon, and Togekiss, as well as helping Rotom-H's offensive teammates. Thunderbolt is Rotom-H's most reliable revenge killing option; it also makes it a better check to Corviknight and 2HKOes physically defensive Toxapex.

Due to Rotom-H's weakness to Stealth Rock, entry hazard removal is vital for its effective functioning. Corviknight, Mandibuzz, and Excadrill are some examples of good entry hazard removers. Pivots like Galarian Darmanitan and Dragapult as well as the aforementioned Corviknight and Mandibuzz can form decent VoltTurn cores with Rotom-H. Ferrothorn and Seismitoad synergize well defensively with Rotom-H, since they can sponge Rock- and Water-type attacks aimed at Rotom-H. These two also set entry hazards up. Offensive threats such as Dracovish, Dragapult, and Life Orb Clefable appreciate Rotom-H bringing them in for free and scaring off their checks.

[SET COMMENTS]
Rotom-H's access to Nasty Plot and a good STAB combination enable it to dismantle many common defensive Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Corviknight, Galarian Corsola, and Toxapex. Rotom-H's typing also provides some valuable defensive utility against threats like Galarian Darmanitan, Togekiss, and Life Orb Clefable. Volt Switch further increases Rotom-H's potency as an offensive pivot. Will-O-Wisp and Thunder Wave are utility options that allow Rotom-H to cripple the opposition. Protect enables Rotom-H to scout foes' moves and synergizes especially well with Leftovers, giving Rotom-H a free turn of recovery. Thunderbolt is another STAB possibility, providing Rotom-H with an Electric-type option that doesn't force it to switch out. Heavy-Duty Boots prevents Rotom-H from getting worn down by Stealth Rock, enhancing its longevity as a pivot. Leftovers, on the other hand, strengthens Rotom-H's survivability by granting it with passive recovery at the cost of being vulnerable to Stealth Rock.

Rotom-H fits on many teams that need its wallbreaking and pivoting capabilities. Wallbreakers and cleaners like Dracovish, Dragapult, and Galarian Darmanitan enjoy Rotom-H getting them in for free and smashing the likes of Ferrothorn and Toxapex. Entry hazard setters like Ferrothorn and Seismitoad enable Rotom-H to wallbreak more efficiently and make constant Volt Switch pivoting more impactful. Other VoltTurn pivots like Galarian Darmanitan, Dragapult, and Corviknight can create decent VoltTurn cores with Rotom-H. If running Leftovers, entry hazard removal from the likes of Mandibuzz and Corviknight is mandatory to keep Rotom-H healthy.

move 4: Will-O-Wisp
slash Thunder Wave and Thunderbolt.
evs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
its spread should be 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe, you call on Rotom-H a lot to switch into things during games and the extra bulk really enables to do that.
Speed tier above Gyarados coupled with decent STAB combination makes Rotom-H effective revenge killer with Choice Scarf.
mention its ability to switch into threats like Galarian Darm and LO Clef and threaten them out.
Volt Switch enables Rotom-H to generate momentum for its team.
this should be a longer explanation, it enables to escape bad matchups, pivot teammates in for free, make it a better pivot because of that generation of momentum, etc.
Trick severely cripples passive Pokemon such as Seismitoad and Gastrodon by passing on them Choice Scarf, preventing them from doing their job efficiently.
needs better wording, as Trick is also very useful against a lot of offensive Pokemon and you often like using it against stuff like Clef.
Will-O-Wisp further adds on Rotom-H's utility, shutting down rampaging physical attackers such Dracovish and Galarian Darmanitan as well as chipping down defensive Pokemon like Seismitoad.
add stuff about T-Wave and Tbolt since they're slashes. Twave shuts more stuff down(Togekiss, Clef, Draga, better vs Hydra) and it's especially useful vs Max Airstream users. Tbolt makes it a better check to Corvi, is its safest option for revenge killing and 2HKOs PhysDef Toxapex.

----

Excadrill and Corviknight are some examples of hazard removers; the latter can also potentially form a VoltTurn core with Rotom-H, as do the likes of Dragapult and Galarian Darmanitan.
i really don't like how this is worded, it's all over the place and it makes connections it doesnt have to. you should revamp this section, mention Corviknight first, then Mandibuzz, then Excadrill, then you can talk about VoltTurn cores and mention Corvi and Mandi there.
Ferrothorn and Seismitoad synergize well defensively
why? give some examples.
Offensive threats such as Dracovish and Gyarados can capitalize on Rotom-H threatening Ferrothorn and Toxapex.
don't mention Gyarados here, make this section bigger and more detailed, and mention stuff like Clefable and Dragapult

----

implement these and notify me when you do, not giving the 2/2 yet.

Speed tier above Gyarados coupled with decent STAB combination makes Rotom-H effective revenge killer with Choice Scarf. Its typing also enables it to pivot on threats like Galarian Darmanitan and Life Orb Clefable and threaten them out. How? Explain the way it threatens Clef out since it's not immediately intuitive. Volt Switch stregthens Rotom-H's pivoting cababilities by generating momentum for its team as well as lets Rotom-H escape out of bad matchups and get a teammate in for free. Trick severely cripples many Pokemon such as Seismitoad, Clefable, and Hydreigon by passing on them Choice Scarf, preventing them from doing their job efficiently. Will-O-Wisp further adds on Rotom-H's utility, shutting down rampaging physical attackers such Dracovish and Galarian Darmanitan as well as chipping down defensive Pokemon like Seismitoad. Give a couple more examples. Thunder Wave also shuts offensive Pokemon like Dragapult, Hydreigon, and Togekiss and provides a form of speed control Reword this to explain that it helps its other offensive teammates. Thunderbolt is Rotom-H's most reliable revenge killing option; it also makes it better check to Corviknight and 2HKOs physically defensive Toxapex.

Due to Rotom-H's weakness to Stealth Rock, hazard removal is vital for its effective functioning. Corviknight, Mandibuzz, and Excadrill are some examples of good hazard removers. Rotom-H's typing also provides some valuable defensive utility against threats like Galarian Darmanitan, Togekiss, and Life Orb Clefable, break these sentences up and Volt Switch further increases Rotom-H potency as an offensive pivot. Thunderbolt is another STAB possibility, providing Rotom-H with an Electric-type option that doesn't force it to switch out. Move this last in this section, after Wisp/T-wave and Protect. Will-O-Wisp or Thunder Wave are utility options which allow Rotom-H to cripple the opposition. Add Protect here, mention how it's really good with Leftovers. Heavy-Duty Boost prevents Rotom-H from getting worn down by Stealth Rock, enhancing its longevity as a pivot. Comment on Leftovers here.

Rotom-H fits best on offensive teams which appreciate its breaking and pivoting capabilities. It fits on pretty much every archetype. Breakers and cleaners like Dracovish and Gyarados enjoy Rotom-H getting them in for free and breaking the likes of Ferrothorn and Toxapex. Add Dragapult and G-Darm here instead. Ferrothorn makes a good ally to Rotom-H: it comfortably switches on Water- and Rock-type attacks, threatens out Seismitoad and Gastrodon, both of which entirely wall Rotom-H, and sets up entry hazards, enabling Rotom-H to wallbreak more efficiently and making constant Volt Switch pivoting more impactful. Make this a more general section for entry hazard setters, stuff like Seismitoad deserve mentions. Other VoltTurn pivots like Galarian Darmanitan, Dragapult, and Corviknight can create decent VoltTurn cores with Rotom-H. Make a hazard remover section if using Lefties.

For the Heavy Duty Boots set, a spread of EVs: 248 HP / 108 Def / 152 SpD with a Bold Nature can avoid a 2HKO from Choice Band Darmanitan and a 3HKO from Choice Scarf Darmanitan. The rest of the EVs are allocated to Special Defense to absorb attacks from Life Orb Clefable.
