[OVERVIEW]
Rotom-H brings a unique niche via its defensive typing in tandem with a Ground-type immunity through Levitate, allowing it to beat top-tier threats such as Mega Gyarados, Donphan, Mega Metagross, and Mega Charizard Y. In addition to this, Rotom-H's STAB Fire- and Electric-type coverage separates it from other common Fire-types, as this allows it to beat many common bulky Water-types such as Mega Slowbro, Primarina, and Tapu Fini. Rotom-H's access to Will-O-Wisp and Charge gives it ways of dealing with both physical and special attackers, such as Zeraora and Mewnium Z Mew. However, Rotom-H is held back mainly by its poor Speed tier in conjunction with its subpar HP stat, which allows Pokemon past the base 86 Speed benchmark to outspeed it, including most of the more prominent threats in the metagame like Greninja, Garchomp, Z-Celebrate Meloetta, Porygon-Z, and Mega Lopunny. Additionally, while Rotom-H's typing is good, it can be a liability in a metagame full of common Dragon- and Ground-types with Rock-type coverage or Thousand Arrows, such as Mega Charizard X, Landorus-T, and Zygarde-C.

Moves
========

Thunder, when utilized with Electrium Z, becomes a potent attack that allows Rotom-H to break past Water-types such as Adamant Mega Gyarados and non-Choice Scarf Volcanion as well as Heatran. It can also be used to break through other Pokemon that are either slower than Rotom-H or are unable to OHKO it such as Mega Charizard Y and Togekiss. Overheat is a staple move on any Rotom-H set, nailing many prominent Grass- and Steel-types such as Mega Mawile and Ferrothorn. Will-O-Wisp allows Rotom-H to deal with some physical attackers such as Zeraora as well as breaking Sturdy on Pokemon like Magnezone and Choice Band Avalugg. Charge is used in combination with Thunder to boost Gigavolt Havoc's firepower further and to give Rotom-H a +1 in its Special Defense boost, notably allowing it to beat one of the best Pokemon in the metagame in Magearna. Electroweb is an alternative to Charge to beat Sawk more reliably and give Rotom-H a chance to defeat Choice Scarf Victini.

Set Details
========

100 HP EVs in tandem with 4 Defense EVs allow Rotom-H to take Mega Pinsir's Flail and burned Aggron's Head Smash from full HP. 184 Special Attack EVs with a Modest nature are needed to guarantee an KO on Head Smash Groundium Z Donphan with Overheat after Head Smash recoil and chip damage from Will-O-Wisp. 220 Speed EVs are used to maximize Rotom-H's Speed with the given bulk and offense investments, allowing it to outspeed many bulky Pokemon such as Adamant Mega Gyarados, non-Choice Scarf Volcanion, and Magneton. An alternative EV spread of 32 HP / 220 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe with a Timid nature can also be used if Rotom-H carries Electroweb, allowing it to defeat Choice Scarf Sawk and Choice Band Victini reliably, as well as outspeed Jolly Mega Gyarados and Smeargle, and improve its offensive presence. You can also opt to run an EV spread of 160 HP / 128 SpA / 220 Spe to defeat Choice Band Donphan more reliably while retaining the ability to OHKO Mega Gyarados, at the cost of losing some reliability against Groundium Z Donphan.

Usage Tips
========

Against physical Pokemon such as Zeraora and Metal Burst Mega Aggron, as well as some Sturdy Pokemon like Magnezone, Will-O-Wisp should be used in order to cripple their power and safely deal with Sturdy. In Magearna's case, Rotom-H should use Charge to boost Gigavolt Havoc's firepower and cancel out the effect of Magearna using Calm Mind. Afterward, you should use its Z-Move to weaken Magearna to the point where Overheat can KO it after it uses Pain Split. Other than Magearna, there are still other Pokemon that Charge is useful against, such as Dragon Dance Mega Altaria, Mewnium Z Mew, and Heatran. The Special Defense boost can prove crucial against special attackers like Mew, and the power boost can help Rotom-H KO them once they've gotten chipped down with the preferred move. When facing Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Sawk and Choice Scarf Victini, Electroweb, if chosen, should be used in conjunction with Gigavolt Havoc to slow them down and KO them after.

Team Options
========

A Fire / Water / Grass core team can be utilized, as such a core has excellent type synergy. Water-types such as Mega Gyarados, Greninja, and Mega Slowbro help deal with many of the prominent bulky Fire-types like Mega Charizard X, Victini, and Incineroar, as Rotom-H has no tools at its disposal capable of defeating them. Water-types also benefit from Rotom-H defeating many bulky Water-types such as Primarina, Tapu Fini, and Mega Blastoise. Greninja gets a special mention, as it deals with some of the faster Pokemon in the tier such as Z-Conversion Porygon-Z, Garchomp, and Choice Band Durant. Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Serperior, and Tapu Bulu are necessary for Rotom-H, as they can safely deal with many of the fast Water-types within the tier, such as Greninja, Manaphy, and Keldeo. Rotom-H, in return, can defeat the myriad of Flying- and Steel-types in the tier such as Mega Charizard Y, Togekiss, Heatran, Celesteela, and Mega Pinsir. Speedy Pokemon such as Mega Lopunny, Pheromosa, and Naganadel are very helpful for taking on Serperior, which Rotom-H cannot defeat one-on-one, as well as many other Pokemon like Garchomp, Landorus-T, and Tapu Lele that all threaten Rotom-H; in return, Rotom-H can deal with some of the bulkier physical Pokemon in the tier such as Mega Metagross, Donphan, and Mega Aggron. Finally, wallbreakers like Hoopa-U, Kartana, and Garchomp are a must, as they are able to deal with PP stalling Pokemon and special walls such as Clefable, Mega Venusaur, and Blissey while Rotom-H can deal with some bulkier foes that they cannot beat such as Flyinium Z Dragonite, Celesteela, and Genesect.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

A Choice Specs set can be utilized to let Rotom-H hit harder with Overheat and other coverage moves like Hidden Power Ice for Landorus-T. It also enables Rotom-H to OHKO Aegislash reliably. However, this comes at the cost of utility moves like Will-O-Wisp and Charge, as well as the raw power from Electrium Z, sacrificing crucial matchups against foes like Metal Burst Mega Aggron and Donphan.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Pokemon**: Any Pokemon that surpasses base 86 Speed benchmark can generally beat Rotom-H due to its horrible HP stat. Pokemon such as Greninja, Porygon-Z, Tapu Lele, Mega Lopunny, and Pheromosa are just some of among the plethora of threats that can do the same job.

**Bulky Pokemon**: There are multiple Pokemon that have the raw special bulk to shrug off Rotom-H's attacks and either KO it outright or set up to do so, such as Dragonium Z Dragonite, Meloetta, Mega Gardevoir, Aegislash, Mega Sableye, Hoopa-U, and Incineroar.

**Defensive Typing Advantage**: There are a plethora of Pokemon that can deal with Rotom-H's attacks on account of having an advantageous defensive typing; Ground-types like Garchomp, Landorus-T, and Zygarde-C are immune to Gigavolt Havoc and Dragon-types like defensive Mega Altaria, Mega Charizard X, and Kommo-o resist it.

**Stall**: Special walls like Blissey and Chansey completely wall Rotom-H and can continue to whittle its HP down with Seismic Toss. Furthermore, PP stalling Pokemon such as Kee Berry Mew, Clefable, Mega Venusaur, and Type: Null can either bolster their Special Defense or lower Rotom-H's Special Attack, taking little to no damage from its attacks.

**Substitute Users**: There are countless Pokemon like Serperior, Jumpluff, Volcarona, Vivillon, Whimsicott, and Mega Metagross that outspeed Rotom-H and use Substitute to block out its attacks, often forcing Rotom-H either to hit multiple consecutive Thunders or to drop its Special Attack with Overheat.

**Rock-types**: Rock-type Pokemon such as Crustle, Carracosta, and Golem give Rotom-H a hard time, as they all are guaranteed to withstand a hit and threaten it with their super effective STAB moves.

[OVERVIEW]

- Notably known as the floating microwave Rotom-H brings something new to the table thanks to its unique typing, harvesting in eight resistances, a ground immunity in Levitate, and only two weaknesses, allowing it to beat top-tier threats such as Mega Gyarados, Mega Metagross, and Aegislash (75.5 - 89%) Z-Shadow vs +1 (21.8 - 26.3%) Sneak. Better examples are zardy and bro.
- In addition to this, Rotom-H's STAB Fire- and Electric-type coverage separate it from other common Fire-types like Mega Charizard X, Air Balloon Heatran, and Victini in the metagame as it allows it to beat many common bulky Water-types such as Mega Slowbro, Primarina, and Tapu Fini.
- Rotom-H's access to Will-O-Wisp and Charge is useful when dealing with physical Pokemon, such as the aforementioned Mega Metagross, Zeraora, and Dragon Dance Mega Altaria.
- However, Rotom-H is unfortunately held back by a lot of different cons, the main one being its speed tier, which allows Pokemon in the base 86 benchmark and higher where most of the more prominent threats in the metagame are profound to outspeed it like Greninja, Garchomp, and Mega Lopunny.
- Another drawback to Rotom-H's success is while its defensive stats on both sides aren't horrible at all, its subpar HP stat is what holds it back, allowing it to be taken out by a majority of Pokemon in the tier such as Mega Charizard X, Z Celebrate Meloetta and Porygon-Z.
- Rotom-H's niche, unfortunately, isn't good enough for it to be a go-to pick and is ultimately outclassed by the Fire-types mentioned earlier. This bullet comes off as more of a summary, which you wanna avoid in the Overview. If you're gonna bring up being outclassed, make sure to clarify that it's because the niche covered by Rotom-H is one-dimensional and narrow, and maybe provide significant examples of Pokemon the other Fire types beat that Rotom cannot.

Moves
========

- Thunder, when utilised with Electrium Z, becomes a potent nuke allowing it to break past Water- and neutral effected Steel-types such as Heatran, Mega Gyarados, and Volcanion. It can also be used to break through frail Pokemon, which are either slower than Rotom-H or are unable to OHKO it with their moves such as Choice Specs Porygon-Z and Blacephalon both of these outspeed and OHKO you. Better examples are primafini and zardy.
- Overheat is a staple move on any Rotom-H set nailing many of the Grass- and Steel-types that are in the metagame such as Kartana this just ohkos you. Better example is Mawile, Ferrothorn, and Magnezone.
- Charge is used in combination with Thunder to maximise Electrium Z's firepower further while notably beating some top threats in the tier such as Magearna and Dragon Dance Mega Altaria. what? Altaria just stalls you out. Sadly, there aren't really any other examples where you outright NEED Charge in order to win besides maybe Ancient Power Heatran? I'd also make sure to at least say what Charge does (double the power of electric attacks on the next turn and +1 spdef) as well as clarify that it's mainly useful for boosting up Gigavolt Havoc so that you don't have to rely on the less accurate base Thunder in order to pick up KOs as often.
- Will-O-Wisp allows Rotom-H to deal with many physical attackers in the tier, such as Mega Metagross and Zeraora as well as breaking Sturdy on Pokemon like Magnezone and Metal Burst Mega Aggron.
- Electroweb is an alternative to Charge to beat Sawk more reliably and also a chance to defeat Choice Band Victini.
If Charge is the most expendable move, be sure to make it the bottom move to signify that, and make sure the Moves section lines up with the order of moves in the Set, as always.

Set Details
========

- 100 160 HP EVs in tandem with 4 Def EVs allow Rotom-H to live Mega Pinsir's Flail from full while also taking a hit from Mega Aggron's Head Smash. as well as banded Donphan Head Smash
- 220 Speed Evs is used to maximise Rotom-H's speed while also keeping a decent amount to bulk and allow it to defeat many bulky Pokemon such as specially defensive Mega Gyarados, Volcanion, and Magneton.
- 184 128 SpA with a Modest Nature is needed to guarantee to KO the aforementioned Mega Gyarados. 128+ SpA Rotom-Heat Gigavolt Havoc (185 BP) vs. 248 HP / 44 SpD Gyarados-Mega: 396-468 (100.7 - 119%) -- guaranteed OHKO the previous set was dealing too much extra damage and wasting evs as a result
- An alternative spread of 32 HP / 220 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe with a Timid Nature can also be used depending on whether or not you are using Electroweb, allowing you to defeat Choice Scarf Sawk and Choice Band Victini reliably while also improving its offensive presence.

Usage Tips
========

- Rotom-H should only be used against Pokemon that it can hit super effectively with either of its STAB moves such as Kartana, Primarina and bulky Mega Gyarados, Pokemon which are slower than itself and cannot defeat it one-on-one should as Magneton, Volcanion, and Guardian Of Alola not really much of a need to specify GoA Tapu Fini or against physical attackers which it can cripple and hence defeat such as Mega Metagross, Zeraora, and Dragon Dance Mega Altaria. these and Magneton are better off in another bullet, as specified by my first three bullets at the bottom of this section
- It should also be noted that Pokemon that can stat-boost their Special Defense or stat-lower Rotom-H's Special Attack such as Mega Venusaur, Type: Null, and Clefable, should be avoided as well as special walls such as Blissey and Chansey as they all can defeat Rotom-H one-on-one due to their bulk. this is not the Checks and Counters section
- Generally, Rotom-H will want to use Electrium Z turn one as it is Rotom-H's primary way of gaining KOs against many Pokemon in the tier like Primarina and Togekiss. using Z-Thunder shouldn't be the advised move for most matchups, rather to encourage people to consider their moves and act accordingly based on the first three bullets I put at the bottom
- If Rotom-H is against a Steel- or a Grass-type that it can OHKO such as Ferrothorn or Kartana and then Overheat should be used immediately to defeat them rather than using its Z-Move. However, If Rotom-H is against a Steel-type that Overheat cannot OHKO like Mega Metagross, Celesteela you'd just Z against this wouldn't you- and Jirachi then it should either use its Z-Move or other moves at its disposal such as Will-O-Wisp to defeat them depending on which Pokemon it is. This is more along the idea behind my second bullet at the bottom.
- Charge should be used in conjunction with Will-O-Wisp to defeat physical Pokemon such as Mega Metagross and Dragon Dance Mega Altaria unless the implication is that DD doesn't run Roost, you're still not breaking this to cripple their offence and also significantly bolster Electrium Z's firepower to overcome these bulky Pokemon. Multi turn strategies are covered by my second bullet below, unless you make this into the Metagross matchup bullet.

I'd break this section up into multiple bullets, each outlining a group of Pokemon that X combination of moves is ideal against, followed by individual matchups that may stray from the general ideal play, like:
- (your first and second bullets) Pokemon it's ideal to go for the OHKO against with Z-Thunder on turn 1 with examples
- (your fourth bullet) Pokemon you need to use Overheat against on turn 1, with examples
- Pokemon you need to use a combination of moves against in order to win, between web + Z/Overheat, wow + Z/Overheat, charge + Z/Overheat, etc, with examples
- How you need to use specifically Charge + Z-Thunder + Overheat against Magearna, in that order
- Maybe outline that you'd use Electroweb/Wisp + Overheat against Metagross, though you'd struggle against a potential Substitute
- Definitely put something about how you have to play the Clefable matchup carefully
- Any other relevant matchups you can think of that require more than 2 or 3 turns of play in order to win

Team Options
========

- A Fire / Water / Grass core team can be utilised as they have an excellent typing synergy between the three of them.
- Water-types such as Mega Gyarados, Greninja and Mega Slowbro are helpful with dealing with many of the prominent Fire-types like Mega Charizard X, Victini and Incineroar as Rotom-H has no tools at its disposal capable of defeating them. They also benefit from Rotom-H defeating many bulky Water-types such as Primarina, Tapu Fini and Mega Blastoise.
- Greninja gets a special mention as it deals with some of the more agile Pokemon in the tier such as Genesect not an issue for rotom, Kommo-o and Z-Conversion Porygon-Z.
- Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Serperior and Tapu Bulu are necessary for Rotom-H as they can safely deal with many of the agile Water-types within the tier such as Greninja, Manaphy and Keldeo. Rotom-H in return can defeat the myriad of Flying-types in the tier such as Mega Charizard Y, Togekiss and Celesteela.
- Agile Pokemon which can beat Serperior should be taken into account as Rotom-H itself cannot defeat Serperior one-on-one so agile Pokemon such as Choice Specs Greninja, Mega Lopunny and Naganadel are very helpful not only for Serperior but for many other Pokemon like Garchomp, Landorus-Therian and Tapu Lele which all threaten Rotom-H whilst Rotom-H can deal with some of the bulkier physical Pokemon in the tier such as Mega Metagross and Metal Burst Mega Aggron.
- Finally, Wallbreakers are a must as they are able to deal with many of the PP-stalling Pokemon and Special Walls such as Clefable, Mega Venusaur and Blissey so having Pokemon like Hoopa-U, Kartana and Garchomp are beneficial for Rotom-H as they are able to overpower them with their reliable natural offensive power whilst Rotom-H can deal with some faster foes which they cannot beat such as Zeraora, non-Reversal Mega Blaziken and Pheromosa. Blaziken 50/50s with Protect and has a plenty good KO chance with HJK while phero just eviscerates you. Better way of putting this is EITHER faster or bulky mons that your examples can't beat, like Flyinium Dragonite, Celesteela, Genesect, etc.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

- Unfortunately, Rotom-H doesn't have a lot in terms of its movepool and is almost always restricted to its standard moveset to perform its job.
- Hidden Power Ice is the only other option Rotom-H can run and can be used in conjunction with Will-O-Wisp to beat some of the Dragon-types in the tier such as Flyinium Z Dragonite and Garchomp. you beat flyinium dnite regardless and still lose to chomp- probably best to drop this one altogether

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Pokemon**: Any Pokemon that bypasses the base 86 Speed benchmark can generally beat Rotom-H due to its horrible HP stat. Pokemon such as Mega Charizard X covered in a below bullet, Dragonium Z Dragonite this isn't even faster than you. better off in the below bullet, Porygon-Z, and Meloetta while melo does have higher base speed, it generally doesn't run a ton of investment in it to warrant being labeled as a "fast" pokemon. Better examples to fit would be Greninja, Tapu Lele, Naganadel, Pheromosa, Band Kartana, Mega Lopunny, Diancie etc. are just some of the plethora of threats which can do the same job.

**Bulky Pokemon**: There are multiple Pokemon that have the raw special bulk to shrug off Rotom-H's attacks and either KO it or set up to do so, such as Dragonium Z Dragonite, Meloetta, Mega Gardevoir, Aegislash, Mega Sableye, Hoopa-Unbound, and Incineroar.

**Type Resistances**: There are several Pokemon that can deal with Rotom-H's attacks on account of having an advantageous defensive typing like the Ground types that are immune to Gigavolt Havoc like Garchomp, Landorus-Therian, and Zygarde Complete as well as those that resist Gigavolt Havoc between Dragon types like Mega Altaria, Mega Charizard-X, and Kommo-o, followed by Grass types with sufficient bulk to deal with the damage from Overheat like Mega Venusaur, specially defensive Tapu Bulu, and Whimsicott.

**Stall**: Special Walls like Blissey and Chansey completely wall it and take all of its attacks with ease and can continue to whittle its HP with Seismic Toss. Furthermore, PP-stalling Pokemon such as Mega Venusaur covered above, replace with Kee Berry Mew, Clefable and Type: Null can either bolster its Special Defense or lower Rotom-H's Special Attack taking very little to no damage whatsoever.

**Serperior**: Serperior can defeat it one-on-one thanks to Substitute forcing Rotom-H to Overheat lowering its Special Attack and once its lowered enough can Leech Seed it to restore its HP and eventually beat it down.

**Substitute**: There are multiple Pokemon like Mega Metagross, Serperior, Jumpluff, Volcarona, and Vivillon that outspeed Rotom-H and use Substitute to block out its attacks, often either forcing Rotom-H to hit multiple consecutive Thunder or drop its special attack with Overheat.

**Rock-types Sturdy Pokemon**: Rock-types Pokemon with the ability Sturdy such as Sawk Crustle, Carracosta and Golem give Rotom-H a hard time as they all are guaranteed to withstand a hit and threaten it with their super effective respective STAB moves.

- Rotom-H should only be used against Pokemon that it can hit super effectively with either of its STAB moves such as Ferrothorn, Primarina and bulky Mega Gyarados.
- Electrium Z doesn't necessarily have to be used against Pokemon it can hit super effectively and instead can be used as a way to deal with Steel-type Pokemon that Overheat cannot kill such as Magearna, Mega Metagross and Jirachi.
- In Magearna's case, Rotom-H should use Charge to boost Electrium Z's Firepower to cancel out the effect of Magearna using Calm Mind. Afterwards, you should use its Z move to get Magearna low enough to the point where Overheat can then KO it after Magearna uses Pain Split.
- If Rotom-H is against a Steel- or a Grass-type that it can OHKO such as the aforementioned Ferrothorn or Genesect, then Overheat should be used immediately to defeat them rather than using its Z-Move.
- Against physical Pokemon such as the aforementioned Mega Megagross, Zeraora, and Metal Burst Mega Aggron as well as some Sturdy Pokemon like Magnezone, Will-O-Wisp should be used in order to cripple their offensive power and have a safe answer in order to deal with Sturdy although it should be noted that some Mega Metagross run Substitute and hence should be dealt with accordingly.
remove the tip I crossed out, super redundant.

just to be clear, I wanted the Usage Tips in this order:

- (while the matchup is very dicy, you should at least say something about it) Definitely put something about how you have to play the Clefable matchup carefully

I would combine the speed and bulk points together; rotom heat is held back by the fact that it is eved like a bulky offense mon but cannot really play that role unless it can go first and burn the opponent or charge in its face, which won't happen or matter against opposing hyper offense pokemon or opposing spdef mons that resist its stabs or shrug off charge boosted damage.

- In Magearna's case, Rotom-H should use Charge to boost Electrium Z's Firepower to cancel out the effect of Magearna using Calm Mind. Afterwards, you should use its Z move to get Magearna low enough to the point where Overheat can then KO it after Magearna uses Pain Split.
are there any other mons you need to charge to win against? cough heatran cough
mention mons you will win with electroweb

Team Options

- A Fire / Water / Grass core team can be utilised as they have an excellent typing synergy between the three of them.
- Water-types such as Mega Gyarados, Greninja and Mega Slowbro are helpful with dealing with many of the prominent Fire-types like Mega Charizard X, Victini and Incineroar as Rotom-H has no tools at its disposal capable of defeating them. They also benefit from Rotom-H defeating many bulky Water-types such as Primarina, Tapu Fini and Mega Blastoise.
- Greninja gets a special mention as it deals with some of the more agile Pokemon in the tier such as Choice Band Durant, Garchomp and Z-Conversion Porygon-Z.
- Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Serperior and Tapu Bulu are necessary for Rotom-H as they can safely deal with many of the agile Water-types within the tier such as Greninja, Manaphy and Keldeo. Rotom-H in return can defeat the myriad of Flying- and Steel-types in the tier such as Mega Charizard Y, Togekiss and Celesteela. mention other steels like Heatran
- Agile Pokemon which can beat Serperior should be taken into account as Rotom-H itself cannot defeat Serperior one-on-one so agile Pokemon such as Choice Specs Greninja you've already mentioned this basically, replace imo, Mega Lopunny and Naganadel are very helpful not only for Serperior but for many other Pokemon like Garchomp, Landorus-Therian and Tapu Lele which all threaten Rotom-H whilst Rotom-H can deal with some of the bulkier physical Pokemon in the tier such as Mega Metagross, Donphan, and Metal Burst Mega Aggron.
- Finally, Wallbreakers are a must as they are able to deal with many of the PP-stalling Pokemon and Special Walls such as Clefable, Mega Venusaur and Blissey so having Pokemon like Hoopa-U, Kartana and Garchomp are beneficial for Rotom-H as they are able to overpower them with their reliable natural offensive power whilst Rotom-H can deal with some more bulkier foes which they cannot beat such as Flyinium Z Dragonite, Celesteela and Genesect.

replace agile with speedy, less confusing to the reader

Other Options
=============

- Unfortunately, Rotom-H doesn't have a lot in terms of its movepool and is almost always restricted to its standard moveset to perform its job.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Unresisted Pokemon**: Any Pokemon that bypasses the base 86 Speed benchmark can generally beat Rotom-H due to its horrible HP stat. Pokemon such as Greninja, Porygon-Z, Tapu Lele, Mega Lopunny and Pheromosa are just some of the plethora of threats which can do the same job.

**Bulky Pokemon**: There are multiple Pokemon that have the special raw bulk to shrug off Rotom-H's attacks and either KO it or set up to do so, such as Dragonium Z Dragonite, Meloetta, Mega Gardevoir, Aegislash, Mega Sableye, Hoopa-Unbound, and Incineroar.

**Type Resistances**: There are a plethora of Pokemon that can deal with Rotom-H's attacks on account of having an advantageous defensive typing like the Ground-types that are immune to Gigavolt Havoc like Garchomp, Landorus-Therian, and Zygarde Complete as well as those that resist Gigavolt Havoc between Dragon-types like Mega Altaria, Mega Charizard-X, and Kommo-o, followed by Grass-types with sufficient bulk to deal with the damage from Overheat like Mega Venusaur, specially defensive Tapu Bulu couldn't u just burn that for chip/lowered attack? they dont run sub on leech seed sets, you should be fine, and Whimsicott.

**Stall**: Special Walls like Blissey and Chansey completely wall it and take all of its attacks with ease and can continue to whittle its HP with Seismic Toss. Furthermore, PP-stalling Pokemon such as Kee Berry Mew, Clefable and Type: Null can either bolster its Special Defense or lower Rotom-H's Special Attack taking very little to no damage whatsoever.

**Substitute**: There are countless Pokemon like Mega Metagross, Serperior, Jumpluff, Volcarona, and Vivillon, and Substitute variants of Mega Metagross (this should be specified especially bc rotom heat otherwise beats most mega metagross) that outspeed Rotom-H and use Substitute to block out its attacks, often either forcing Rotom-H to hit multiple consecutive Thunder or drop its special attack with Overheat.

**Sturdy Pokemon**: Sturdy Pokemon with the ability Sturdy such as Sawk, Crustle, Carracosta and Golem give Rotom-H a hard time as they all are guaranteed to withstand a hit and threaten it with their respective STAB moves
I would change this section to 'rock types', since thats the common thread between these, not so much being sturdy, because it has will o wisp or electroweb in order to beat back most sturdy users. and yeah remove Sawk, you win with electroweb.

- Additionally, while its typing may seem good at first, it still is held back by a myriad of common Ground- and Dragon-types and Ground-types with Rock coverage or Thousand Arrows, such as Mega Charizard X, Landorus-T, and Zygarde-C which makes it not as prominent as it could perhaps be.

- Thunder, when utilized with Electrium Z, becomes a potent nuke allowing it to break past Water- and neutral effected Steel-types such as Heatran, Adamant Mega Gyarados, and non-Choice Scarf Volcanion. It can also be used to break through other Pokemon, which are either slower than Rotom-H or are unable to OHKO it with their moves such as Mega Charizard Y and Togekiss.

Overall good analysis, just needs to polish off a couple of points.
One thing to mention is Mega Altaria. You mention it multiple times as reason to run Charge, yet you still mention it in Checks and Counters.
Also we can probably discuss this in discord but why Choice Band Victini? Do you mean to say Choice Scarf?

Rotom-H's access to Will-O-Wisp and Charge gives it ways when dealing with both physical and special Pokemon, such as Zeraora, and Mewnium Z Mew Dragon Dance Mega Altaria.
I realised that when i added "special pokemon" i left ddance altaria, so i just changed it to a special mon.

Other than Magearna, there are still other Pokemon that Charge is still noteworthy against, such as Dragon Dance Mega Altaria, Mewnium Z Mew, and Heatran, where Charge is used to bolster Electrium Z's firepower while also increasing its Special Defense which can prove useful against special Pokemon such as the aforementioned Mew and hence KO them once getting chipped down with the preferred move.

Thunder, when utilized with Electrium Z, becomes a potent nuke allowing it Rotom-H to break past Water- and neutral effected Steel-types (subjective: since most types are hit super effectively by overheat, i would rephrase this as "Water-types such as Adamant Mega Gyarados and non-Choice Scarf Volcanion as well as Heatran") such as Adamant Mega Gyarados, non-Choice Scarf Volcanion, and Heatran. When facing Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Sawk and Choice Scarf Victini, then Electroweb, if chosen, should be used in conjunction with Electrium Z (this is confusing; when i read this the first time, i thought you were saying "use z-electroweb" when you were actually trying to say "use electroweb, then use z-thunder") to slow them down and then KO them with its Z-Move.

A Fire / Water / Grass core team can be utilized, (AC) as they have an excellent typing type synergy between the three of them. Water-types such as Mega Gyarados, Greninja, and Mega Slowbro help deal with many of the prominent bulky Fire-types like Mega Charizard X, Victini, and Incineroar, (AC) as Rotom-H has no tools at its disposal capable of defeating them. They Water-types also benefit from Rotom-H defeating many bulky Water-types such as Primarina, Tapu Fini, and Mega Blastoise. Greninja gets a special mention, (AC) as it deals with some of the more agile Pokemon in the tier such as Z-Conversion Porygon-Z, Garchomp, and Choice Band Durant. Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Serperior, and Tapu Bulu are necessary for Rotom-H, (AC) as they can safely deal with many of the agile Water-types within the tier, such as Greninja, Manaphy, and Keldeo. Rotom-H, in return, can defeat the myriad of Flying- and Steel-types in the tier such as Mega Charizard Y, Togekiss, Heatran, Celesteela, and Mega Pinsir. Speedy Pokemon which can beat Serperior should be taken into account as Rotom-H itself cannot defeat Serperior one-on-one so Speedy Pokemon such as Mega Lopunny, Pheromosa, and Naganadel are very helpful not only for Serperior but for Serperior, which Rotom-H cannot defeat one-on-one, as well as for many other Pokemon like Garchomp, Landorus-Therian Landorus-T, and Tapu Lele which that all threaten Rotom-H, (AC) whilst Rotom-H can deal with some of the bulkier physical Pokemon in the tier such as Mega Metagross, Donphan, and Mega Aggron. Finally, wallbreakers are a must, (AC) as they are able to deal with many of the PP (RH)stalling Pokemon and special walls such as Clefable, Mega Venusaur, and Blissey with their natural offensive power, so having Pokemon like Hoopa-U, Kartana and Garchomp are as partners is beneficial for Rotom-H as they are able to overpower them with their reliable natural offensive power, (AC) whilst Rotom-H can deal with some more bulkier foes which that they cannot beat such as Flyinium Z Dragonite, Celesteela, (AC) and Genesect.

A Choice Specs set can be utilized to let Rotom-H hit harder with Overheat and other coverage moves like Hidden Power Ice for Landorus-T. It also means that Rotom-H can OHKO Aegislash reliably. However, this comes at the cost of utility moves like Will-O-Wisp and Charge, as well as the raw power from Electrium Z, sacrificing crucial matchups like Metal Burst Mega Aggron and Donphan.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Unresisted Pokemon**: Any Pokemon that bypasses the base 86 Speed benchmark can generally beat Rotom-H due to its horrible HP stat. Pokemon such as Greninja, Porygon-Z, Tapu Lele, Mega Lopunny, and Pheromosa are just some of the plethora of threats that can do the same job.

**Bulky Pokemon**: There are multiple Pokemon that have the special raw bulk to shrug off Rotom-H's attacks and either KO it or set up to do so, such as Dragonium Z Dragonite, Meloetta, Mega Gardevoir, Aegislash, Mega Sableye, Hoopa-Unbound Hoopa-U, and Incineroar.

**Type Resistances**: There are a plethora of Pokemon that can deal with Rotom-H's attacks on account of having an advantageous defensive typing like the Ground-types that are immune to Gigavolt Havoc like Garchomp, Landorus-Therian Landorus-T, and Zygarde Complete Zygarde-C, (AC) as well as those that resist Gigavolt Havoc between Dragon-types like defensive Mega Altaria, Mega Charizard (RH)X, and Kommo-o.

**Stall**: Special walls like Blissey and Chansey completely wall it Rotom-H, (AC) and take all of its attacks with ease, (AC) and can continue to whittle its HP down with Seismic Toss. Furthermore, PP (RH)stalling Pokemon such as Kee Berry Mew, Clefable, Mega Venusaur, and Type: Null can either bolster its their Special Defense or lower Rotom-H's Special Attack, taking very little to no damage whatsoever from its attacks.

**Substitute**: There are countless Pokemon like Serperior, Jumpluff, Volcarona, (single space)Vivillon, Whimsicott, and Substitute variants of Mega Metagross that outspeed Rotom-H and use Substitute to block out its attacks, often either forcing Rotom-H to hit multiple consecutive Thunders or drop its Special Attack with Overheat.

**Rock-types**: Rock-type Pokemon such as Crustle, Carracosta, and Golem give Rotom-H a hard time, (AC) as they all are guaranteed to withstand a hit and threaten it with their super effective STAB moves.

Rotom-H brings something new to the table thanks to its unique niche in its defensive typing in tandem with a Ground-type immunity in through Levitate, allowing it to beat top-tier threats such as Mega Gyarados, Donphan, Mega Metagross, and Mega Charizard Y. In addition to this, Rotom-H's STAB Fire- and Electric-type coverage separate separates it from other common Fire-types as it allows it to beat many common bulky Water-types such as Mega Slowbro, Primarina, and Tapu Fini. Rotom-H's access to Will-O-Wisp and Charge gives it ways of dealing with both physical and special Pokemon, such as Zeraora and Mewnium Z Mew. However, Rotom-H is unfortunately held back mainly by a lot of different cons, the main one being its poor Speed tier in conjunction with its subpar HP stat, which allows Pokemon in past the base 86 Speed benchmark and higher to outspeed it, where including most of the more prominent threats in the metagame are found, to outspeed it like Greninja, Garchomp, Z-Celebrate Meloetta, Porygon-Z, and Mega Lopunny. Additionally, while its Rotom-H's typing may seem good at first, it still is held back by a myriad of common Dragon- and Ground-types with Rock-type coverage or Thousand Arrows, such as Mega Charizard X, Landorus-T, and Zygarde-C, which makes it not as prominent as it could perhaps be.

Thunder, when utilized with Electrium Z, becomes a potent nuke allowing that allows Rotom-H to break past Water-types such as Adamant Mega Gyarados and non-Choice Scarf Volcanion as well as Heatran. It can also be used to break through other Pokemon that either are either slower than Rotom-H or are unable to OHKO it with their moves such as Mega Charizard Y and Togekiss. Overheat is a staple move on any Rotom-H set, nailing many of the Grass- and Steel-types that are in the metagame such as Mega Mawile and Ferrothorn. Will-O-Wisp allows Rotom-H to deal with some physical attackers in the tier such as Zeraora as well as breaking Sturdy on Pokemon like Magnezone and Choice Band Avalugg. Charge is used in combination with Thunder to maximize boost Electrium Z's Gigavolt Havoc's firepower further by doubling the power of Rotom-H's Electric-type moves and giving Rotom-H +1 in its Special Defense while notably allowing it to beat one of the best Pokemon in the metagame in Magearna. Electroweb is an alternative to Charge to beat Sawk more reliably and also give Rotom-H a chance to defeat Choice Scarf Victini.

100 HP EVs in tandem with 4 Defense EVs allow Rotom-H to live take Mega Pinsir's Flail from full while also taking as well as Aggron's Head Smash after a Will-O-Wisp. 220 Speed EVs are used to maximize Rotom-H's Speed while also keeping a decent amount to bulk with the given bulk and offense investments, and allowing it to outspeed many bulky Pokemon such as Adamant Mega Gyarados, non-Choice Scarf Volcanion, and Magneton. Greninja gets a special mention, as it deals with some of the more agile Pokemon in the tier such as Z-Conversion Porygon-Z, Garchomp, and Choice Band Durant. Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Serperior, and Tapu Bulu are necessary for Rotom-H, as they can safely deal with many of the agile Water-types within the tier, such as Greninja, Manaphy, and Keldeo. Rotom-H, in return, can defeat the myriad of Flying- and Steel-types in the tier such as Mega Charizard Y, Togekiss, Heatran, Celesteela, and Mega Pinsir. Speedy Pokemon such as Mega Lopunny, Pheromosa, and Naganadel are very helpful for taking on Serperior, which Rotom-H cannot defeat one-on-one, as well as many other Pokemon like Garchomp, Landorus-T, and Tapu Lele that all threaten Rotom-H; whilst in return, Rotom-H can deal with some of the bulkier physical Pokemon in the tier such as Mega Metagross, Donphan, and Mega Aggron. Finally, wallbreakers like Hoopa-U, Kartana, and Garchomp are a must, as they are able to deal with PP stalling Pokemon and special walls such as Clefable, Mega Venusaur, and Blissey with their natural offensive power, whilst Rotom-H can deal with some bulkier foes that they cannot beat such as Flyinium Z Dragonite, Celesteela, and Genesect.

Other Options
=============

A Choice Specs set can be utilized to let Rotom-H hit harder with Overheat and other coverage moves like Hidden Power Ice for Landorus-T. It enables Rotom-H to OHKO Aegislash reliably. However, this comes at the cost of utility moves like Will-O-Wisp and Charge, as well as the raw power from Electrium Z, sacrificing crucial matchups like Metal Burst Mega Aggron and Donphan.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Pokemon**: Any Pokemon that bypasses the base 86 Speed benchmark can generally beat Rotom-H due to its horrible HP stat. Pokemon such as Greninja, Porygon-Z, Tapu Lele, Mega Lopunny, and Pheromosa are just some of the plethora of threats that can do the same job.

**Bulky Pokemon**: There are multiple Pokemon that have the special raw bulk to shrug off Rotom-H's attacks and either KO it or set up to do so, such as Dragonium Z Dragonite, Meloetta, Mega Gardevoir, Aegislash, Mega Sableye, Hoopa-U, and Incineroar.

**Stall**: Special walls like Blissey and Chansey completely wall Rotom-H, take all of its attacks with ease, and can continue to whittle its HP down with Seismic Toss. Furthermore, PP stalling Pokemon such as Kee Berry Mew, Clefable, Mega Venusaur, and Type: Null can either bolster their Special Defense or lower Rotom-H's Special Attack, taking very little to no damage whatsoever from its attacks.

**Substitute**: There are countless Pokemon like Serperior, Jumpluff, Volcarona, Vivillon, Whimsicott, and Substitute variants of Mega Metagross that outspeed Rotom-H and use Substitute to block out its attacks, often either forcing Rotom-H to hit multiple consecutive Thunders or drop its Special Attack with Overheat.

**Rock-types**: Rock-type Pokemon such as Crustle, Carracosta, and Golem give Rotom-H a hard time, as they all are guaranteed to withstand a hit and threaten it with their super effective STAB moves.
