With Tera Electric, Rotom-C makes its Electric-type moves more powerful, allowing it to OHKO Passimian with Thunderbolt after slight chip and 2HKO Mesprit, while also making its matchup against Pokemon like Hisuian Sneasel and Oricorio-F more favorable. Rotom-C finds itself in many offensive teams thanks to being a great pivot and revenge killer. Rotom-C strugles to deal with opposing Grass-types, most notably Virizion and Dipplin, so checks like Charizard and both Sneasel formes are useful partners to have to take these Pokemon on. Rotom-C's ability to pivot safely helps bring in frailer wallbreakers like Choice Band Floatzel and Minior in without worry.
