Rotom posses some great yet unique defensive traits; its Electric / Ghost typing combined with Levitate allows it to check Steelix, Passimian, and Braviary. Alongside these, Rotom also has numerous utility moves that contribute to its usefulness, namely Will-O-Wisp, Defog, and Volt Switch. Will-O-Wisp cripples many physical attackers like Medicham and Rhydon and Defog allows Rotom to remove entry hazards, which is further supported by Will-O-Wisp, helping it Defog against Steelix, Rhydon, and Piloswine. Volt Switch lets Rotom pivot more reliably throughout the game, pivoting out against Dark-types like Incineroar and Guzzlord to bring in teammates like Passimian and Diancie. Colbur Berry ensures that Rotom can check Fighting-types more easily, alleviating the damage from Knock Off Passimian and Hariyama, whereas Aguav Berry helps Rotom check Klinklang and lets it switch into Slowbro more easily.

Since this is a spotlight it's probably better to just highlight the good qualities of Rotom, rather than the negatives, so I'd consider reworking the first sentence to be a bit more positive. Also mention Steelix as another rocker it deals with since it's the most popular one in the tier. Looks great as always, good job. QC 1/1
