Imo, this should be labeled as "Trick Master House" as that is the name for it ingame.
 
Updated with a complete list (as far as I know unless I missed something :/ ) of the Held item locations for RS. Almost done with the key items as well might post it later on tonight.

@KD24: Really? I'll wait for confirmation on this since I believe Trick House is the proper name for it.

What are the odds of a wild Pokemon holding the relevant item? Also in Emerald there is an ability or two that affects the odds of a Pokemon holding an item (Compoundeyes is one I believe)
 
I think its 5% chance and it doubles when you lead with a Pokemon with Compound-Eyes doubles it. I may be wrong so I will check it over to see.
 
Confirming KD's post that there is indeed a 5% chance of encountering a wild pokemon holding an item (besides Numel who has a 100% Rawst Berry held item, Pikachu with a 50% Oran Berry, Staryu 50% Stardust, Vulpix 100% Rwst Berry, Linoone 50% Oran Berry, Luvdisc 50% Heart Scale). I'm not sure about the Compond Eyes though sorry (but it works on Emerald and DP only so it doesn't affect the held item rate for RS) :(.
