Milotic is a hard counter to Doublade. Even if it switches in on an sd, it’s faster and can haze away the boost. Unboosted shadow claw only 5hkos and Milotic can 4hko back with scald and recover to keep itself healthy. There’s even scald burns for doublade to worry about. All in all, I’d say Milotic is a counter to doublade, as it has a hard time getting past it.

Standart smogon set does wonders against doublade. Foul play does good amount of damage even if doublade is unboosted, has 90% roll for 2HKO with 1 layer of spikes. Roost regains lost hp while taunt prevents more set up ( not that mandibuzz cares about it anyway but still) so its a quite good counter to it.
