After (too much?) weeks of fierce battle, RUWC finals are finally here!!

They were one of the favorite teams to be the #1 RU region in the world, and they confirmed their status with an amazing 16-8 record in pools, placing them at the 1st place of the rankings. Being THE favorite team now, US South did not disappoint us and beat pretty easily the Canadian tiebreaker-survivors (5-1) and the European veteran squad (5-2) in playoffs. With all their starting players having a positive record, with The Strap (5-0) and captain SEA (4-1) as top posters, no doubt they are the absolute favorites for the RU World Champs title, but they gotta be careful, because their opponents love being underestimated...

This country has seen an shocking rise of talent this year, and they showed us all the radiance of it in this tournament. Ending 7th in pools, China was not a favorite for the win, but was respected as a good underdog. Yet, they managed to create a huge surprise and beat 2nd seed France after a tiebreaker, before destroying UK in semi-finals (6-2). They might not be the favorites here, but they know how to upset, and they can count on their veteran captain Metallica126 (5-1) as well as lza (5-1) and Soul king0 (4-1) who are in great shape.

Let's have a great show!!!

SV RU: Stories vs wangyu - Ash is a super solid player and we should see this bolded by Thursday.
SV RU: frankjosh vs Soul king0 - frankjosh loves and utilizes BO greatly, Soul King0 is solid but frankjosh is more consistent.
SV RU: abriel vs hi.naming is hard - Abriel has been having a rough patch lately, I expect gewwge to cheese this.
SS RU: The Strap vs Metallica126 - Highlight match for sure, both are amazing SS RU players and I would be doing injustice in bolding someone here.
SM RU: Hacker vs lza - Iza is suprisingly super solid in SM RU, while Hacker being the more consistent player overall, I still expect a "upset" here.
ORAS RU: Kingler vs burstbean - I am not bolding someone who claims that they do not know ORAS RU. I will bold burstbean mainly because I know they will take it more seriously than the DOTA cringelord.
BW RU: roxie vs Eternal Sunset - roxie is a super hit-or-miss, but Eternal Sunset hasn't played in the pools stage, and going 1-1 in playoffs, I would not bold them. I do see them prepping much harder than roxie, however.
ADV RU: SEA vs mentalsoft - SEA is good at the game when she isn't trying to outcheese herself.
