[OVERVIEW]
Scrafty is a great setup sweeper due to the combination of its unique typing, great bulk, and amazing abilities. Said unique typing gives Scrafty great STAB moves, including Knock Off, High Jump Kick, and Drain Punch, which let it handle common Dark-, Ghost-, and Psychic-types such as Incineroar, Rotom, and Slowking . Thanks to its great bulk, Scrafty has an easy time setting up on passive Pokemon and can make teams that depend on common defensive cores, like Steelix + Slowbro and Vaporeon + Silvally-Steel, really struggle. The ability Shed Skin gives Scrafty a way to also set up on Pokemon like Rotom and Slowbro, which rely on spreading status conditions with moves like Will-O-Wisp and Toxic.

However, Scrafty has a really poor Speed tier, making it easy to revenge kill with common Choice Scarf users like Passimian and other fast Pokemon like Whimsicott and Sceptile even after a Dragon Dance boost. It's also extremely susceptible to Fairy-types, like Diancie, Aromatisse, and Comfey, and Pokemon that run Fairy-type coverage moves, such as Mismagius and Delphox.

Moves
========

Bulk Up provides Scrafty with a way to boost its Attack and Defense stats by one stage, making it a threatening setup sweeper. Knock Off is the main STAB move and allows Scrafty to cripple counters, such as Diancie, Passimian and Golbat, by removing their items while also doing decent damage. Having Drain Punch as Scrafty's secondary STAB move gives it a form of recovery while also decently damaging bulky Stealth Rock users like Steelix and Rhydon and smacking Dark-types such as Incineroar and Sneasel. Rest gives Scrafty an additional form of recovery, and the sleep penalty can be cured by Shed Skin.

Set Details
========

The investment in HP and Special Defense paired with a Careful nature maximizes Scrafty's special bulk while taking minimal damage from entry hazards. Leftovers gives Scrafty a form of passive recovery throughout the match. Shed Skin is the ability of choice because it provides it a great way to absorb and then cure status like sleep induced by Rest.

Usage Tips
========

Scrafty should generally use its Shed Skin and great bulk to switch into passive Pokemon, like Slowbro, Palossand, Vaporeon and Ferroseed, and status-inducing moves. Thanks to its ability, Scrafty can be used as a great status absorber for teams that struggle against Pokemon like Slowbro and Rotom. While it's in play, Scrafty should use Knock Off to cripple its checks and counters like Passimian, Diancie and Whimsicott. Once these checks are weakened, it will have an easier time setting up and pressuring defensive teams. Since it's 4x weak to Fairy, Scrafty should be cautious of Pokemon like Mismagius and Delphox, which can carry Dazzling Gleam, and Fairy-types like Mega Audino and Comfey.

Team Options
========

Due to Scrafty's lack of immediate power, Pokemon that provide entry hazard support, such as Garbodor, Ferroseed, Steelix, and Rhydon, make great partners and give Scrafty an easier way to pressure its checks and counters. Garbodor, Ferroseed, and Steelix can also deal with Fairy-type Pokemon such as Whimsicott and Comfey, while Rhydon and Steelix can handle Flying-type Pokemon like Braviary and Scyther. Silvally-Steel also makes a great partner because it can check most Fairy-type Pokemon and creates setup opportunities with Parting Shot. Scrafty appreciates Psychic-type Pokemon such as Slowbro, Slowking and Delphox because they deal with threatening Fighting- and Poison-types like Passimian, Garbodor, and Vileplume. Pokemon like Passimian, Guzzlord, and Roseli Berry Druddigon can run super effective coverage to lure in and KO Fairy-type Pokemon, helping Scrafty remove these Pokemon from the game.

Moves
========

Dragon Dance is Scrafty's main way of setting up, boosting its Attack and Speed stats by one stage. High Jump Kick is the strongest STAB move that Scrafty can use, causing decent damage to most of its checks, including Passimian, Whimsicott, and Diancie. Knock Off is Scrafty's most spammable STAB move and can hit Ghost- and Psychic-types like Decidueye, Mismagius, and Delphox for super effective damage. It also has the ability to remove items and do great damage to a good part of the metagame. Removing items can be very helpful, as it allows Scrafty to cripple Comfey and Golbat. Drain Punch gives Scrafty a more reliable Fighting-type attack that can also provide recovery and increase its longevity. Iron Tail is an option to deal with Fairy-types like Whimsicott, Aromatisse, Diancie, and Comfey, which resist all of Scrafty's STAB moves.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack and Speed EVs with a Jolly nature maximize Scrafty's offensive presence while letting it outspeed base 110 Speed Pokemon after one Dragon Dance boost. Chople Berry allows Scrafty to survive moves like Passimian's Close Combat at full HP. Shed Skin gives Scrafty a chance to cure any status condition that could otherwise cripple it. Fightinium Z can be run alongside Moxie to provide Scrafty with a strong move that can give an Attack boost if it manages to KO the opposing Pokemon.

Usage Tips
========

You should use Knock Off and High Jump Kick early-game to weaken Scrafty's checks and counters. Knock Off should be used to remove items from checks like Comfey and Golbat, while High Jump Kick should be used to weaken checks such as Passimian and Whimsicott. However, High Jump Kick should not be used recklessly, as a Ghost-type like Decidueye, Rotom, or Palossand could switch in. Once the majority of Scrafty's check and counters are weakened, try to set up on Pokemon that can't heavily damage it like Steelix, Cryogonal, and Palossand. However, if Scrafty isn't using Shed Skin, it should worry about status conditions from Scald and Toxic users like Slowbro and Blastoise. If it's paired with Healing Wish support, you can use Scrafty early-game to break defensive cores and weaken the opposing team, then switch it out to be used again if needed. If Scrafty is holding a Chople Berry, it has an easier time setting up even if the opponent has a Fighting-type Pokemon such as Passimian. If you have one Dragon Dance up while facing a Choice Scarf Passimian, set up again because you can outspeed the following turn and do a lot of damage.

Team Options
========

Garbodor, Rhydon, and Ferroseed make great partners for Scrafty because they can provide entry hazard support, making it easier to whittle down Scrafty's check and counters, and are great Fairy- and Flying-type checks. Silvally-Steel can be a great partner, dealing with Fairy-types and providing setup opportunities with Parting Shot. Palossand, Vileplume, and Mesprit all make great teammates thanks to their countering Fighting-types. Mesprit especially makes a great partner since it can provide Healing Wish and Stealth Rock support. This gives you the ability to use Scrafty in a more aggressive way early-game to seriously weaken its counters and sweep later on.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Other Options
=============

Choice Band provides Scrafty with immediate power, but it can't use its great setup options and can be easily exploited by Ghost- and Psychic-types. Stone Edge and Ice Punch are options on Dragon Dance sets, having the ability to lure in and KO Golbat and Vileplume. Iron Head is a more accurate option over Iron Tail on Dragon Dance sets; however, the drop in power is generally not worth it. Intimidate can give you an easier time when setting up on Pokemon like Incineroar, Steelix, and Rhydon, but it leaves Scrafty more vulnerable to status moves like Toxic and Will-O-Wisp.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fairy-type Pokemon**: Pokemon like Diancie, Mega Audino, Whimsicott, and Comfey take Scrafty's hits and OHKO it back. Comfey's Triage Draining Kiss makes it a particularly great stop to Dragon Dance sets.

**Poison-type Pokemon**: Garbodor resists Scrafty's Fighting-type STAB moves, takes Knock Off, and can punish Scrafty with Rocky Helmet damage, Drain Punch, and setting Spikes. Vileplume can be a pain for Scrafty to deal with because it can easily take Knock Off, resist its Fighting-type moves, and retaliate with Moonblast. Golbat can sponge all of Scrafty's moves and do great damage in return thanks to Brave Bird; however, it has to fear losing its item due to Knock Off.

**Fighting-type Pokemon**: Choice Scarf Passimian is one of Scrafty's most common checks due to its great bulk and Speed tier. Passimian resists Scrafty's Dark-type STAB moves while also taking its Fighting-type STAB moves and OHKOing it in return with Close Combat. Hariyama can also take all of Scrafty's moves and OHKO it with Close Combat. Medicham can punish Bulk Up sets, as it can OHKO Scrafty with High Jump Kick even after two Defense boosts.

**Flying-type Pokemon**: Braviary is a reliable check to Scrafty, being able to take every hit and OHKO it with Brave Bird. Vivillion is also a solid check, resisting Scrafty's Fighting-type moves while absorbing Knock Offs with Flyinium Z and OHKOing it with Supersonic Skystrike.

**Fast Pokemon**: Whimsicott, Sceptile, and common Choice Scarf users such as Passimian and Braviary are solid checks due to having the ability to outspeed and OHKO Scrafty even after a Dragon Dance boost.

Usage Tips
========

  • Scrafty should generally switch into passive Pokemon like Slowbro, Palossand, Vaporeon and Ferroseed and status spammers .
  • While it's in, it should usually cripple its checks and counters like Passimian, Diancie and Whimsicott using Knock Off since it removes their items.

  • High Jump Kick is most strongest stab move Scrafty can use. It has the ability to OHKO a good portion of the metagame after one Dragon Dance boost such as
  • Knock Off is Scrafty's most spammable stab move that can hit ghost and psychic types like Mismagius, Delphox and Palossand that can otherwise be a nuisance. This move also has the ability to remove items and do great damage to a good part of the metagame.
  • Iron Tail gives Scrafty a way to deal with the fairy types in the tier like Whimsicott that can otherwise resist its stab moves. It also hits Diancie that can be anoying if it's not weakend enough
  • Drain Punch can give Scrafty another reliable stab move that can provide recovery.
Imo reverse order of Drain Punch and Iron Tail, as Drain Punch's recovery is just so useful.

Set Details
========
  • An EV spread of max Attack and Speed maximizes scrafty's offensive pressence
  • A Jolly Nature lets Scrafty outspeed base 110 Pokémon after one Dragon Dance Boost
  • Fightinium z provides Scrafty a strong nuke that paired with Moxie, it can give this Pokemon free boost if it manages to make the oposing pokémon faint.
  • Chople Berry reduces super-efective fighting type moves by half, allowing it to survive moves like Passimians Close Combat if its at full HP.
Imo Chople is better than Fight-Z.
Usage Tips
========

  • Scrafty should be used during mid or late game when its checks and counters like are weakened, making it easier to sweep.
  • If it's paired with Healing Wish support you can use Scrafty early game to break defensive cores and weaken the opposing team, can be switched out and used again if needed.
  • Talk about when/how to use HJK.
  • If Scrafty is holding a Chople Berry it has an easier time setting up even if they have a fighting type such as Passimian in the back. Mention that if you are vs. a Pass and have a DD up, you should DD again, as you outrun, rather than just putting it to chance with Dpunch or HJK.
  • Try to set up on weaker pokemons such as Steelix, Cryogonal and Palossand that can't heavily damage Scrafty.
  • If Scrafty isn't using the Shed Skin ability it should worry about status conditions produced from scald and toxic users like Slowbro and Blastoise.

Team Options
========
  • Pokémon that can provide hazard support such as Garbodor, Accelgor and Ferroseed make great partners to Scrafty, making it easier to whittle down it's check and counters.
  • If Scrafty isn't running Iron Tail, pokemon such as Silvally-Steel, Alolan Sandslash and Vileplume all make great teammates thanks to their ability of countering fairy types that can be a nuisance for this pokémon. Silvally-Steel can also use Parting Shot to make setting up Dragon Dance less risky.
  • Healing Wish pokemon such as Mesprit can provide Scrafty a way to be used early game to seriously weaken it's counters and then giving it a second chance to sweep later on.

Other Options
=============

  • Choice Band provides scrafty immidiate power but cant abuse the great set up options this pokemon has.
  • Stone Edge is an option on Dragon Dance sets having the ability to lure in golbat.
  • Intimidate gives you an easier time setting up on pokemon like Steelix and Rhydon but it leaves you more vulnerable to status moves like toxic. Also lets you style on Incin.
  • Steelium Z and Iron Head can be used on Dragon Dance sets if you want to always hit fairy types such as diancie and whimsicott but you lose a strong stab z move.

Checks and Counters
===================

  • Fairy Types such as Comfey, Whimsicott, Diancie and Mega-Audino can all take Scrafty hits while also OHKOing it back with it's stab move, these being Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam. Mention that Comfey beats you no matter how many DDs you set up thanks to priority Dkiss.
  • Fast Pokemon such as Whimsicott and Sceptile, common Choice Scarf users such as Passimian and Braviary are solid checks due to having the ability to OHKO it and the really poor speed tier this pokemon has.
  • Poison Types such as Garbodor, Vileplume and Golbat resists it's fighting stab while also taking Knock Off and pressuring Scrafty out with their coverage moves or take advantage and set up hazards.
  • Fighting types such as Passimian, Hariyama and Toxicroak can all take Scrafty and OHKO it with it's stab move or in Toxicroak's case, use it as free set up.
QC 1/3 once you implement.

This lets Scrafty have an easier time setting up on passive pokémons and can make teams that depend on common defensive cores, like Steelix and Slowbro or Vaporeon and Silvally-Steel, really struggle. but why is its typing helpful in letting it set up? What are its abilities and how do they make Scrafty such a fearsome setup sweeper? These are important questions to answer in the overview since it helps the user understand the Pokemon more.
  • However, it has a really poor speed tier making it easy to revenge kill by common scarfers like Passimian and other fast Pokemons like Whimsicott and Sceptile. I'd also mention here how Scrafty is still slower than stuff like Whimsicott at +1 to really highlight its poor Speed tier
  • While Scrafty has a unique typing that provides great stab moves like Knock Off, High Jump Kick and Drain Punch, it is also really suceptible to fairy types and coverage. mention Fairy Pokemon that hurt Scrafty (Whimsicott, Comfey, etc)

Moves
========

  • Bulk Up provides Scrafty a way to boost it's its attack and defense. stats like Attack and Defense are capitalized too btw, not too important now but will make GP team happier later
  • Knock Off is it's main stab move allows it a way to cripple its counters such as Golbat, Passimian and Diancie, removing their items while also doing decent damage. These are all checks more than they are counters; Golbat hates losing Eviolite and struggles to do much with Brave Bird at +1, Diancie is fine, Passimian can't break you at +2 since you heal off its Close Combat damage. I would just rephrase this to say checks instead.
  • Drain Punch is Scrafty's secondary stab move that gives it a form of recovery while also decent damage to bulky rockers like Steelix and Rhydon.
  • Rest gives Scrafty a form of recovery that can be abused by shed skin and can remove status if this ability fails to work. I would rephrase this since it's kind of confusing; I get what you're saying here, but others may not.

Set Details
========

  • The investment in HP and Special Defense paired with a Careful nature help maximize Scrafty's special bulk while taking less from Stealth Rocks. I'd just blanket mention entry hazards since Spikes are more annoying than Rocks for Scrafty.
  • Shed Skin provides it a great way to absorb status while also having a great way to abuse the move Rest.
  • Leftovers gives Scrafty a form of passive recovery throughout the match.

Usage Tips

  • Pokemon that provide hazard support make great partners to Scrafty such as Froslass, Garbodor and Ferroseed. Froslass is pretty irrelevant; replace mention with Diancie.
  • Steel and Poison types such as Steelix and Golbat can handle fairy types, the later can also deal with fighting types which can cause issues to Scrafty. Silvally-Steel can provide an easier way to set up due to Parting Shot. Explain why Parting Shot lets Scrafty have an easier time setting up (pivots it in safely and does that stat decrease stuff).
  • Psychic Types such as Delphox, Slowbro and Slowking can also deal with fighting types like Passimian while weakening poison types that can be annoying to Scrafty.
  • Fairy Type lures such as Roseli Berry Druddigon with poison or steel coverage can help Scrafty, removing the fairies from the game. I really don't like Roseli Berry Druddigon as your only Fairy lure mention; Guzzlord and Passimian are better Pokemon with equally as effective lures for Fairy Pokemon (Heavy Slam/Hidden Power Steel on Guzzlord, Iron Head/Gunk Shot on Passimian).

Comfey due to it's ability, when it uses Draining Kiss, will always outspeed Scrafty reguardless of how many Dragon Dances you use.
  • Fast Pokemon such as Whimsicott and Sceptile, common Choice Scarf users such as Passimian and Braviary are solid checks due to having the ability to OHKO it and the really poor speed tier this pokemon has. talk about how Whimsicott and Sceptile outspeed even at +1
  • Poison Types such as Garbodor, Vileplume and Golbat resists it's fighting stab while also taking Knock Off and pressuring Scrafty out with their coverage moves or take advantage and set up hazards. I'd draw attention to Moonblast variants of Vileplume, in particular Poisonium Z variants since a) you take less from Knock and b) you reliably bop Scrafty
  • Fighting types such as Passimian, Hariyama and Toxicroak can all take Scrafty and OHKO it with it's stab move or in Toxicroak's case, use it as free set up. Toxicroak is dead

  • If Scrafty is holding a Chople Berry it has an easier time setting up even if they have a fighting type such as Passimian in the back. If you have one Dragon Dance up while facing a Passimian, set up again since you can outspeed the following turn and do a lot of damage. also it can be worth noting that scrafty can be sent out against passimian whilst its locked into cc and ko it with either drain or hjk, with pass usually being scraftys main counterplay, this can be v nice

Good stuff. I was really torn on if the Mesprit mentions should be listed here, but overall I think its actually a really smart add. Good on you.
Fairy Type lures such as Roseli Berry Druddigon with Gunk Shot or Iron Tail, Gunk Shot or Iron Head Passimian, Heavy Slam Guzzlord, can help Scrafty remove the Fairy-type Pokemon from the game.
Given Gunk Shot and Heavy Slam are standard on Passimian and Guzzlord, its a bit of a stretch to call these lures. I like the idea you're going for here, but the wording needs some fixing.

that can hit ghost and psychic types like Mismagius, Delphox and Palossand
Palossand really doesn't mind Knock Off as its runs Colbur. Maybe swapping for Deciedueye or Dhelmise would be better.

High Jump Kick should be used early on to weaken Scrafty's checks and counters such as Passimian and Whimsicott however this move should not be used recklessly,
Knock Off should also be used early on, crippling other checks like Comfey and Golbat and removing their items.
You're telling the user to use both early which is fine, but the way you make it sound is HJK spamming is your go to which isn't exactly the goal here. I'd condense these two point into one and make the focus about how you shouldn't set up early, but instead you should fish for chip/knock offs.

Vileplume paired with Poisonium Z can be a pain for Scrafty to deal with since it can absorb Knock Offs and resist its fighting coverage while also does massive damage if it carries Moonblast.
Z-plume isn't really a set. Just mention it can be an issue if it carries Moonblast.

Golbat can sponge all of Scrafty's moves and do great damage in return thanks to Brave Bird; however, it has to fear losing its item due to Knock Off.

**Fighting-type Pokemon**: Choice Scarf Passimian is the most common check that Scrafty has in the current metagame one of Scrafty's most common checks due to its great bulk and Speed tier.

Vivillion is also a solid check to Scrafty, resisting Scrafty's Fighting-type STAB moves while absorbing Knock Offs with Flyinium Z and OHKOing it with Supersonic Skystrike.

**Fast Pokemon**: Whimsicott, Sceptile, and common Choice Scarf users such as Passimian and Braviary are solid checks due to having the ability to outspeed and OHKO Scrafty even after a Dragon Dance boost.

[OVERVIEW]
Scrafty is a great setup sweeper due to the combination of its unique typing, great bulk, and amazing abilities. Said unique typing gives Scrafty great STAB moves, including Knock Off, High Jump Kick, and Drain Punch, (comma) These which let it handle common Dark-, Ghost-, and Psychic-types such as Incineroar, Rotom, and Slowking .

Moves
========

Bulk Up provides Scrafty with a way to boost its Attack and Defense stats by one stage, making it a threatening setup sweeper. (AP) Knock Off is the main STAB move and allows Scrafty to cripple counters, such as Diancie, Passimian and Golbat, by removing their items while also doing decent damage. Having Drain Punch as Scrafty's secondary STAB move gives it a form of recovery while also decently damaging bulky Stealth Rock users like Steelix and Rhydon and smacking Dark-types such as Incineroar and Sneasel. Rest gives Scrafty an additional form of recovery, (AC) whose and the sleep penalty can be cured by the ability Shed Skin.

Set Details
========

Usage Tips
========

========

Scrafty appreciates Psychic-type Pokemon such as Slowbro, Slowking and Delphox because they deal with threatening Fighting- and Poison-types like Passimian, (comma) (keep comma, remove comment) Garbodor, and Vileplume. Pokemon like Passimian, Guzzlord, and Roseli Berry Druddigon can run super effective coverage to lure in and KO Fairy-type Pokemon, helping Scrafty remove these Pokemon from the game.

Moves

Iron Tail is an option to deal with Fairy-types like Whimsicott, Aromatisse, Diancie, and Comfey, which usually resist all of Scrafty's STAB moves.

Set Details
========

Fightinium Z provides can be run alongside Moxie to provide Scrafty with a strong move that can give an Attack boost if it manages to KO the opposing Pokemon.

Usage Tips
========

You should attack using use Knock Off and High Jump Kick early-game to weaken Scrafty's checks and counters. Once the majority of its Scrafty's check and counters are weakened, try to set up on Pokemon that can't heavily damage Scrafty it like Steelix, Cryogonal, and Palossand. However, if Scrafty isn't using Shed Skin, it should worry about status conditions produced from Scald and Toxic users like Slowbro and Blastoise.

========

Other Options
=============

===================

**Fairy-type Pokemon**: Pokemon like Diancie, Mega Audino, Whimsicott, and Comfey take Scrafty's hits and OHKO it back. Comfey's Triage Draining Kiss makes it a particularly great stop to Dragon Dance sets.

**Poison-type Pokemon**: Garbodor resists Scrafty's Fighting-type STAB moves, takes Knock Off, and can punish Scrafty with Rocky Helmet recoil damage, Drain Punch, and setting Spikes.
