Scrafty @ Leftovers
Ability: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Rest

Scrafty makes for an amazing wincon in PU thanks to its solid typing, bulk, and Shed Skin. The latter is especially important, as it gives Scrafty a pseudo-immunity to status, which allows it to use Rest without fear of being too passive and to beat non-Taunt Weezing. Moreover, Scrafty can switch into Pokemon like Gigalith and non-Hurricane Charizard and cripple switch-ins like Ribombee and Whimsicott with Knock Off, making them easier to pressure with entry hazards. Partners like Ferroseed and Weezing can switch into the Fairy-types that give Scrafty a hard time; the former can also set Spikes, making it easier for Scrafty to overwhelm its answers, while the latter can set Toxic Spikes, and is a reliable answer to Fighting-types and Silvally-Fairy. Similarly, Jellicent makes for a good partner, as it can switch into threatening Fighting-types and cripple foes with Will-O-Wisp, giving Scrafty more setup opportunities against physical attackers like Tsareena.
