PU Scyther

Scyther @ Eviolite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Aerial Ace
- Roost
- Swords Dance
- U-turn

Since its return to PU, Scyther has established itself as a fantastic wallbreaker that serves as an equally fantastic offensive pivot that makes excellent use of Swords Dance, which allows it to 2HKO a notable portion of the tier. Notable Pokemon it 2HKOes are defensive Mesprit and Clefairy, which it can take advantage of thanks to the combination of its interesting defensive typing, fantastic bulk, and access to Roost. Scyther mostly finds itself on bulky offense and balance builds thanks to its ability to bypass commonly troublesome Pokemon such as Mesprit and Gurdurr, as well as gain momentum through the use of U-turn, which allows wallbreakers such as Gurdurr and Aggron to switch in safely. Due to Scyther's typing, Stealth Rock is an immediate issue, so hazard removers such as Skuntank and Hitmonchan are also great partners. Scyther also faces major difficulties dealing with both offensive and defensive Rock-types, including Lycanroc and Regirock, as they can immediately threaten it with their STAB moves, so Fighting-types such as Gurdurr and Primeape make excellent partners.

Since its introduction to PU, Scyther has established itself as a fantastic wallbreaker (it's also a very good offensive pivot too, checking a large amount of the weaker attackers the tier has to offer), making excellent use of Swords Dance, which grants it the ability to 2HKO a notable portion of the tier, including defensive Mesprit and Altaria, which it is able to take advantage of thanks to the combination of its interesting defensive typing, fantastic bulk and access to Roost (i mean, alt toxicing you is seriously bad, and scyther should avoid all status like the plague). Scyther mostly finds itself on bulky offense and hyper offense builds, thanks to the ability to bypass commonly troublesome pokemon (capitalise, also what commonly troublesome pokemon) (this scyther set is also extremely good on balance so don't discredit that), as well as its ability to gain momentum through the use of U-turn, which allows wallbreakers such as Gurdurr and Aggron to switch in safely. Due to Scyther's typing, Stealth Rock is an immediate issue, so hazard removers such as Skuntank and Hitmonchan are also great partners. Scyther also faces many difficulties dealing with both offensive and defensive Rock-types, including Aggron and Regirock (while aggron is certainly a fantastic check to it, i'd be more inclined to mention lycanroc here, because it puts more immediate pressure rather than just making it press u-turn), which are immediately threaten it with their STAB, so fighting types such as Gurdurr and Hitmonchan (chan is already mentioned, change this to primeape please) make excellent partners.

Since its introduction return (it has been a bit since it was last here, but still. it was also more known for choice sets back then.) to PU, Scyther has established itself as a fantastic wallbreaker and an equally fantastic offensive pivot that makes excellent use of Swords Dance, which grants it the ability allows it to 2HKO a notable portion of the tier. , (AP, RC) Notable Pokemon it 2HKOes are including defensive Mesprit and Altaria, (be sure to replace this with another example as per yogi's request.) which it is able to can take advantage of thanks to the combination of its interesting defensive typing, fantastic bulk, (AC) and access to Roost, although it must fears Toxic from the latter. Scyther mostly finds itself on bulky offense and balance builds, (RC) thanks to the its ability to bypass commonly troublesome Pokemon such as Mesprit and Gurdurr, as well as its ability to gain momentum through the use of U-turn, which allows wallbreakers such as Gurdurr and Aggron to switch in safely. Scyther also faces many major difficulties dealing with both offensive and defensive Rock-types, including Lycanroc and Regirock, which are as they can immediately threaten it with their STAB moves, so Fighting-(AH)types such as Gurdurr and Primeape make excellent partners.

Your first sentence is an extreme run-on. That needs to be fixed

Edit: not extreme but bad, I would split it after swords dance and remove a few adjectives to make up for character space
