June Jubilee

June is here and so is the new monthly Other Meta ladder managed by the PS Staff! We all know that in the northern hemisphere and in media June means the beginning of summer and swarms of bugs making our lives less bearable, so that's the main theme for this month. We are also having a ladder of this kind for the first time ever in the history of Pokémon, what I call Scenario battle: This is not just a battle. You have to take care of a Delibird that got lost in the US, and now it's getting too hot for it. You will travel north while battling with other trainer and its Delibird, so if your Delibird faints you lose the battle! While you travel north the weather will change and eventually get colder! So travel to the arctic to free your Delibird at home! Additionally, Reshiram has cool tail moves that change the weather, like it should do according to its flavor description.

How would the weather getting cold be simulated?

And could you add Aggron with Surf and Hariyama with Surf in the list?

The weather starts in Drought, then there's no weather, then Drizzle, then Hail. That's how it gets cold :P
