Earth Power will have three (3) less Base Attack Power. Dig and Dive can strike a Levitating Pokemon if their user is over Size Class 4, has Levitate, is 3.5m or larger, or is a Flying-type. Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss. Ground moves can still hit.
Technician:
This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their one-hit or two-hit attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power on each hit multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, Double Hit to from 4 per hit to 6 per hit etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects. Critical Hits ignore the opponent's Positive Defense Stages.
Pressure and the effects of Old Amber stack.
Rock-Type Attacks are not super effective against Rock-Type pokemon.
Scope Lens increases the critical hit chance of moves by 2 stages. This means Razor Shell would have a chance of 5000. Meaning Razor Shell was a crit.
Barbaracle has the abilities Tough Claws (+2 BAP to its Contact Attacks like Cross Chop and Razor Shell) and Sniper (increases the BAP increase of Critical hits from 3 to 5). All of Barbaracle's attacks should have done a fair bit more damage.
Razor Shell has a secondary effect to lower the opponent's Def by one (1) Stage. There is a 50% chance of this effect occurring.
You forgot about the Energy Increase from Technician on Ancient Power.
Not to mention the effects of Sturdy on Aerodactyl (In the case of Greninja's Attacks. Mold Breaker does not ignore a Pokemon's Abilities for its Ally's attacks. Only for the Mold Breaker Pokemon's Attacks).

Rare Candy buffs Greninja's Special Attack by one stage, meaning Aerodactyl should have taken (1.5)*1.5*3=6.75 more damage, leaving it at 1 hp. In addition, due to en costs, Stratagem should have moved first a1, allowing it to survive by a hair before being KOed by Aerodactyl, meaning Greninja should have 100 HP still. (Also Stratagem is genderless for the not at all that it matters)

If I am wrong about that, then please let me reorder.

I should point ouf that Archeops should have more Energy thanks to Defeatist's effect. When at or Below 50% of Max HP, the EN cost of moves is decreased by 2. So all of Archeops' attacks would cost 2 less EN that round. Sky Attack's Energy Cost should be an additional 1 less, due to Archeops being Flying-Type and getting STAB on Sky Attack.

Nice to know that both Mega Lucario and Gallade have Mold Breaker, allowing them to easily ignore Sudowoodo's Sturdy.

Also good to know that 127 is faster than 129 outside of trick room.
