With its access to Water Absorb, Seismitoad fulfills the crucial Water-type immunity that is desperately needed by Ground-type teams. Scald is mainly used to spread burns to opposing Pokemon. Earth Power allows Seismitoad to take on Toxapex one-on-one reliably. Toxic can be used as an alternative over Earth Power to further spread status on opposing Pokemon. Protect allows Seismitoad to scout on foes like Dracovish and Barraskewda and grants it a free turn of Leftovers recovery while threats such as Hydreigon and Dragapult accumulate Toxic damage. Substitute helps with blocking status effects, building up Toxic damage on foes, and improving the Water-type matchup drastically by consistently setting up against Pokemon that can't touch Seismitoad, such as Rotom-W and Toxapex. Seismitoad lacks reliable recovery outside of Leftovers + Protect, so it needs to be used with caution to avoid status conditions such as burn and poison against foes that can spread them, such as Galarian Corsola and Toxapex.

Being able to switch into Water-type attacks makes Seismitoad an ideal teammate to every Ground-type Pokemon. Physically offensive teammates such as Excadrill and Mamoswine appreciate Seismitoad's capability to spread status with Scald and Toxic, which allows them to break more consistently. Excadrill may also use Rapid Spin to remove entry hazards to prevent Seismitoad from getting worn down, while Mamoswine is an offensive check to Grass-type Pokemon. Hippowdon complements Seismitoad well with a specially defensive spread to form a solid defensive backbone. Furthermore, Hippowdon has access to Sand Stream and Stealth Rock, which can effectively cripple opposing Pokemon when paired with Seismitoad's Toxic. Smack Down Rhyperior is a decent teammate that helps against Corviknight, which otherwise uses Seismitoad and many other Ground-type Pokemon as setup fodder.

Mention how Protect is also useful for getting more poison damage if using Toxic. Also name some notable Toxic targets such as Hydreigon and Dragapult.

I'd remove Galarian Darmanitan as an examples that Substitute can take advantage of because Darmanitan just clicks Icicle Crash vs Ground and it still does a hefty amount to defensive Seismitoad.

Talk a bit more about how Seismitoad should be used outside of the Water matchup, that it lacks reliable recovery, and doesn't like getting inflicted with status because it hurts its longevity.

Mention Smackdown Rhyperior as a teammate because it's Ground's most reliable check to Corviknight which is otherwise a big threat. Mention that Mamoswine is an offensive check to Grass-types. Honestly although what you said about Toxapex's Scald being annoying is true, Toxapex is threatened by Earthquake so I would add some more examples such as checking Barraskewda and Dracovish.

Use another example of a Choice locked offensive Pokemon other than Galarian Darmanitan, it clicks Icicle Crash anyways like Confluxx said. Protect doesn't help scout against it.

I would remove the part where you talk about Substitute helping against Choice locked Pokemon since I honestly don't know how it does. Also, talk about how Substitute allows it to avoid status.

Put Galarian Corsola first, then Toxapex so that it correlates to how you state burn and then Poison.

Why are we switching out into Seismitoad with Excadrill and Mamoswine instead of attacking and beating Toxapex? I would just say how offensive Pokemon like Seismitoad's status spreading so that they can break apart teams easier. You already mention how good the Water immunity is to the other teammates anyways.

"This trait allows Seismitoad to handle powerful Water-type Pokemon such as Barraskewda and Dracovish as well."
I'm not sure what this is trying to say that hasn't already been said so make it more obvious or delete it.
