Seismitoad's niche in UU comes from its usefulness as a Stealth Rock setter that is able to prevent Rotom-W from gaining momentum thanks to its typing and ability Water Absorb, as well as soft checking other Water-types like Keldeo. Additionally, its typing and bulk also allow it to act as a decent check to offensive Pokemon like Cobalion and Lycanroc-D. However, the lack of a reliable recovery makes it worn down easily and hinders its ability to consistently switch-in on its checks. Earthquake is preferred for its ability to hit threats like Dragalge, Chandelure, and Tentacruel harder. Toxic prevents Pokemon like Rotom-W and Noivern from being able to stay in on Seismitoad for long periods of time, this being especially useful against Rotom-W in order to keep hazards up more easily. It also helps wear down non-Jungle Healing Zarude, which otherwise only fears a Scald burn from Seismitoad. Knock Off allows Seismitoad to cripple Pokemon like Noivern, Chansey, and Slowbro, making it easier to wear them down with entry hazards, at the cost of being unable to punish Zarude and Gastrodon as much.

Because of Seismitoad's lack of reliable recovery, Wish support from Sylveon is greatly appreciated. Sylveon can also provide Heal Bell support allowing Seismitoad to check foes like Rotom-W better, as well as help check foes like Noivern and Keldeo. In return, Seismitoad can help pressure foes like Alolan Marowak and Tentacruel. Offensive VoltTurn partners like Noivern and Rotom-C can bring Seismitoad in safely, giving it ample opportunities to set up Stealth Rock. They can also pressure Starmie, a Water-type Seismitoad struggle to switch into safely. Noivern also helps deals with Grass-types like Celebi, Zarude, and Rotom-C, and take pressure off Seismitoad having to check Keldeo. Offensive wallbreakers like Bisharp, Alolan Marowak, and Heracross, benefit from Stealth Rock weakening the opposing team so they can clean up easier. Roserade is a great partner as it can combat common entry hazard removers like Rotom-C and provide a secondary check to Rotom-W, freeing the ability for Seismitoad to run Knock Off more easily. Entry hazards, particularly Toxic Spikes, detriment Seismitoad's ability to check its threats. Galarian Weezing, Galarian Slowbro, and Dragalge can absorb Toxic Spikes and the former can also clear other entry hazards like Spikes with Defog. Galarian Slowbro and Dragalge can help check Grass-types like Rotom-C and Roserade, while Galarian Weezing can check Zarude.

Offensive Seismitoad is a decent wallbreaker allowing it to keep up its Stealth Rock against foes like Starmie and Galarian Weezing more easily. Hydro Pump, utilized with a Naughty nature, helps Seismitoad break through Physically Defensive Galarian Weezing more easily. Power Whip allows Seismitoad to break through bulkier Water-types like Rotom-W and Slowbro; however, you should be wary of the former crippling Seismitoad with Will-O-Wisp. Ice Punch allows Seismitoad to catch Grass-types that try to pivot into it like Zarude, Celebi, and Rotom-C on the switch-in, as well as let it OHKO Noivern. Ice Punch can also be considered over Hydro Pump; however, it will leave Seismitoad unable to beat Levitate Galarian Weezing as easily and leaves it walled by Talonflame. Earth Power can be considered over Earthquake alongside maximum Special Attack investment and a Rash nature in order to help Seismitoad break through Doublade and Incineroar more easily; however, it greatly worsens its matchup against Roserade if not using Ice Punch and Earthquake is still strong enough to 2HKO the aforementioned Pokemon. Expert Belt notably secures the OHKO on offensive Rotom-W and Keldeo after Stealth Rock damage with Power Whip and allows it to 2HKO Doublade with Earthquake, but Leftovers is an option to improve its longevity.

Seismitoad fits on offensive teams that benefit from its ability to set up Stealth Rock while pressuring entry hazard removers with its offensive presence. Seismitoad appreciates pivot support from the likes of Zarude, Mienshao, and Rotom-C, as Seismitoad can easily be worn down if switched directly in on foes like Incineroar and Galarian Weezing. It also provides Seismitoad with more opportunities to set up Stealth Rock. Dragalge and Noivern can help check Keldeo and Grass-types like Roserade and Rotom-C. In return, Seismitoad is able to deal with Rhyperior and remove Steel-types like Copperajah and Klefki. Sylveon is a good partner as it can provide Heal Bell support, alleviate Seismitoad's lack of recovery with Wish, and help check Keldeo and Noivern. Seismitoad is relatively bulky, however, it shouldn't be used as the main check to Pokemon like Terrakion and Cobalion, due to the lack of defensive investment. For this reason, Pokemon like Galarian Weezing and Doublade make good teammates. Galarian Weezing can check Zarude and help remove entry hazards that wear down Seismitoad, while Doublade appreciates Seismitoad's wallbreaking potential to remove foes like Rotom-W and Gastrodon for it to clean late-game. Seismitoad is left helplessly walled by Eviolite Chansey, so other wallbreakers like Terrakion and Alolan Marowak are necessary to help break past it.

Seismitoad's niche in UU comes from its usefulness as a Stealth Rock setter that can deter common Water-types such as Rotom-W and Tentacruel. You say Seismitoad deters these Pokemon but you haven't said what it is deterring, you need to state about preventing Water-type moves with its ability. Also, you don't really deter Washtom because you just hard wall it outside of getting crippled by Toxic/Wisp. I would just state how it is one of the few Pokemon that prevents Washtom generating momentum with Volt Switch easily thanks to its typing and ability Water Absorb. Tentacruel isn't common, it's pretty subpar in this metagame. I would use Keldeo instead, you deter it from using Water-type moves like Hydro, Scald, Flip Turn, and you have the bulk to stomach two Secret Swords from Specs. Additionally, its typing combined with great defensive utility also allows it to act as a decent check to offensive Pokemon like Bisharp and Cobalion. I would remove the Bisharp mention because a +2 Knock Off has a good chance to just drop you after rocks and you fail to KO back. Earthquake is notable for punishing Toxtricity and Tentacruel, which would otherwise use it as setup fodder. Toxtricity is a bad example because if you were to use Earth Power you'd still OHKO it. EP vs EQ should be the main focus here even if you don't explicitly mention EP. State how EQ notably lets it 2HKO TTar. Some other things you can mention are that it guarantees the OHKO on Lycanroc-D and it does more to Terrak and Jirachi. Also, if you keep Tentacruel, nuke the reference to SD Tenta I'm removing that set. You can still mention Tenta as a Pokemon because EQ does do more to it, notably letting you 2HKO even Phys Def Tenta. Which examples you choose is up to you but I def want that Tyranitar one in there. Toxic is used to put common Pokemon like Slowking, Rotom-W, and Noivern on a timer, meaning they can no longer pivot into it safely. Well this isn't true, they can still switch into it. Noivern is still KOing you if it hits Cane into Draco. Slowking still infinitely pivots around you. Toxic just prevents them from staying in on Seis mindlessly. Vern sets lacking Draco are probably going to need to switch more often between needing to land 3 Hurricanes and fear of being EQ'd on a Roost for example. Leftovers allow Seismitoad to garner ample recovery so it can stay healthy for the remainder of the game. However, the lack of a reliable source of recovery makes it easier to be worn down and hinder its ability to switch-in on its checks. This is a flaw that you can bring up at the start where you talk about Seismitoad's niche and how this holds it back.

Give a mention to Knock Off. Removing boots off stuff like vern and Slowking can make it easier to wear them down with hazards. Kyurem is another example that doesn't appreciate losing its boots or lefties for example. However, you can note the downside that it becomes harder to wear down Rotom-W.

Because of this, Wish support from Pokemon like Jirachi and Sylveon is appreciated due to its lack of reliable recovery. Make this explicitly say its lack of reliable recovery makes these Pokemon work well with it. The former can prevent Magic Bounce users like Hatterene from switching in safely help remove Hatterene making it easier for Seismitoad to set up Stealth Rock and bring it in on Pokemon like Slowking and Doublade with U-turn. Your point made it sound like if you have a Jirachi your opponent can't switch in their Hatt on Seis to reflect hazards, as there would be too many drawbacks in letting Rachi in on a double? If this was the case, Hatt wouldn't be able to switch into a lot of setters because X mon exists on the team.

I would also like you to mention how Jirachi can switch into Celebi and Roserade. You don't mention anything about Pokemon that ease the matchup vs Grass-types despite its 4x weakness.

Moreover, it covers Seismitoad's weakness to Kyurem: a Pokemon which Seismitoad finds very hard to deal with. Both cover its weakness to Kyurem, Sylveon only needs minor SpD investment to handle Specs Kyurem better, so mention this point before talking about what each does differently. It also commonly runs Substitute meaning it can't even use Toxic to whittle it down. This point doesn't really matter when you drop to Freeze Dry anyways, so you should never be staying in to try Toxic unless you expect a EP or something. On the other hand, the latter can act as a cleric and alleviate its weakness to status inducing moves. Offensive VoltTurn partners like Noivern and Rotom-C pair well. Their ability to consistently check hazard control removers like Skarmory and non-Ice Beam variants of Starmie, make them great partners that appreciate Seismitoad getting Stealth Rock to chip them down. I don't mind the point about pivots but the reasoning about hazard removers doesn't seem right. Skarmory is hardly a safe pivot into Seis with it risking a burn. The Starmie point is fair enough but it's not like it switches into EQ well. Instead, talk about how they can bring Seis in safely against certain foes without being forced to take a hit and that they can revenge kill Starmie, a Water-type Seis doesn't safely pivot into. Offensive wallbreakers like Bisharp and Heracross, benefit from Stealth Rock weakening the opposing team so they can clean up easier. Roserade is a great partner as it can combat common entry hazard removers like Galarian Weezing and Rotom-W. Again Weezing isn't a great pivot into Seis to begin with. Rotom-C would be a hazard remover that Seis actually struggles with a lot. If you're going to mention Rotom-W, specify how it helps play around Toxic variants of Rotom-W easier, which can allow Seis to consider Knock Off more easily. Mixed Jirachi can lure in Seismitoad with Energy Ball so backup checks like Incineroar and Choice Scarf Krookodile pair well. Entry hazards, particularly Toxic Spikes, detriment Seismitoad's ability to check its threats, so Pokemon that can remove them from the field like Galarian Weezing and Skarmory pair well with it. Additionally, they can check physical wallbreakers such as Terrakion, Obstagoon, and Lycanroc-D. Similarly, Assault Vest Hatterene can prevent hazards from going up and cover Seismitoad's weakness to special Pokemon like Calm Mind Keldeo and Noivern.

I'd like a mention of Noivern as a partner. It helps deal with Grass-types like Celebi, Roserade, and Rotom-C, pressures Kyurem, and it is a better check to Keldeo. The last part being something Seismitoad requires because it can't handle it alone.

Offensive Seismitoad sets help Seismitoad functions as a great lure: its access to great coverage moves in Power Whip and Ice Punch helps offensively check Pokemon like Rotom-W and Noivern. I'd add a small disclaimer that it should be wary of Will-O-Wisp Rotom-W because it is faster and can burn Seismitoad. Additionally, its offensive presence gives Seismitoad more opportunity to setup Stealth Rock, forcing out common switch-ins like Hatterene and Starmie. Hydro Pump, utilized with a Naughty nature, covers physically defensive Pokemon like Skarmory and Galarian Weezing. Expert Belt can notably secure the OHKO on Rotom-W after Stealth Rock damage and 2HKO Doublade with Earthquake. Seismitoad shouldn't be hard switching into Pokemon as it can easily be worn down, this is especially important on Pokemon carrying Knock Off or status inducing moves, as it loses its raw power against super effective targets or longevity with Leftovers.

I would give a little more mention to other stuff that Ice Punch and Power Whip hit than just Washtom and Noivern. Power Whip lets you 2HKO Slowking, OHKO Gastrodon, and KO Keldeo after SR. Mention Ice Punch also lets Seismitoad do a good amount of damage to Grass-types like Rotom-C and Roserade.

Seismitoad fits on offensive teams that benefit from its ability to setup Stealth Rock while pressuring entry hazard removers with its offensive presence. Seismitoad appreciates pivot support from the likes of Jirachi, Mienshao, and Rotom-C, as it can bring it on other hazard setters like Cobalion and Krookodile, while Seismitoad can threaten them out and setup Stealth Rock to whittle the opposing team. Dragon-types like Kyurem and Noivern have good synergy with Seismitoad, as they are able to check Grass-types like Celebi and help weaken shared checks like Galarian Weezing and Jirachi. In return, Seismitoad is able to deal with Tyranitar which they both appreciate being removed. Mention how Noivern helps with Keldeo, the same reasoning as the defensive set. Cleric support from the likes of Sylveon and Umbreon can pivot into the likes of Heliolisk, provide Heal Bell support and alleviate its lack of recovery with Wish. You say this set fits best on offensive teams then suggest Umbreon, remove this mention. Seismitoad is relatively bulky, however, it shouldn't be used as the main check to Pokemon like Terrakion and Cobalion, due to the lack of defensive investment. Because of this, backup checks like Galarian Weezing and Skarmory make good teammates. Additionally, they can get rid of Spikes which detriment its ability to wallbreak. They affect its longevity not the ability to wallbreak Pokemon that appreciate Stealth Rock being set like Terrakion and Toxtricity also pair well. This is really vague and redundant to have as is. If you want to make this point about breakers you could revolve it around partners that overwhelm physically defensive walls such as Skarmory and Galarian Weezing for Seismitoad.

You aren't an offensive check to these Grass-types or Noivern for that matter because they are faster, the latter not being able to OHKO but chunk Seis. You should just add another line saying Ice Punch can catch them on the switch-in. Additionally, its offensive presence gives Seismitoad more opportunity to setup Stealth Rock, forcing out common switch-ins like Hatterene and Starmie. Hydro Pump, utilized with a Naughty nature, covers physically defensive Pokemon like Skarmory and Galarian Weezing. this looks pretty solid, QC 2/2. be careful on your wording sometimes, for example in the line "Sylveon is a good partner as it can provide Heal Bell support, alleviate its lack of recovery with Wish," "its" kinda implies sylveon can't recover which isn't true. good work overall tho!
