Use the same Night Slash+Reversal combo. Dont bother with anything else, because you're going to die. In the unlikely event that he misses and allows you to get in another attack, use Reversal at the end.

God damn it, I thought the combo would do more then that. I guess I'll send out Mentalist, with the ability Trace.

Start by using Psychic, to dish out some damage. Next, use Will-O-Wisp to take some of the sting out of his physical attacks. Finish with another Psychic. If he uses Thunder Wave on you successfully, activate Trace and copy Shed Skin.

Psychic->Will-o-Wisp->Psychic
IF you are hit with Thunder Wave, THEN use your next action to Trace Shed Skin.
