Just a really simple change. Misty Terrain cuts the damage from Dragon-type moves in half and that is shown in the tooltip so it would only make sense to show the decrease in power for Earthquake, Bulldoze and Magnitude. A lot of people don't know this effect exists and it isn't even in Grassy Terrain's short description.
