Done Show Tradeback Moves in the Tradebacks OU Builder

So recently, my suggestion to rename [Gen 1] OU (Tradebacks) to [Gen 1] Tradebacks OU got greenlit, and it's been just gravy.

However, there was one issue I didn't know about until recently, and it's that the PS Client doesn't show Tradeback Moves by default when building in that team folder.

I don't think I need to explain why this is a problem, but uh...yeah, can this be fixed?
