Shox @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Sticky Hold / Electromorphosis
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Discharge
- Super Fang / Ice Beam
- Knock Off
- Milk Drink

Some will be absolutely shocked to see the newest CAP, Shox! Shox leverages its extremely uninspiring typing to the fullest, being able to consistently check common Ghost-types such as Dragapult, Gholdengo, and Kitsunoh. Discharge compresses paralysis support and a very potent STAB attack, when paired with Electromorphosis, into one moveslot. Super Fang chips many Ground-types such as Equilibra, Great Tusk, and Ting-Lu, whereas Ice Beam is specifically to nail Gliscor. Knock Off allows Shox to punish switch-ins, and Milk Drink gives it reliable recovery. Heavy-Duty Boots gives Shox resilience to entry hazards and works fantastically in conjunction with Sticky Hold, being able to keep itself extremely healthy throughout the game. Tera Fairy provides Shox with an amazing defensive profile and lets it resists the Fighting-type moves aimed at it. Shox pairs well with Flying-types such as Gliscor, Venomicon, and Moltres, since they cover both of its weaknesses and appreciate the paralysis and chip support Shox provides. Hex Dragapult appreciates the paralysis that Shox can spread to boost the power of Hex, and it benefits from Shox being a fantastic Knock Off switch-in.

Ice Beam mention is fine to keep in.
Honestly Shox is such a on-paper play mon I'd use the extra allotted characters to talk about a semi-generic partner in Hex Dragapult which helps deal with Substitute users and also likes the Discharge paralysis chance + Shox can be used as a Knock Off switchin.

I do not remember why did not do it for chugg-jug and wave, but I like implementing a replay of the mon being used for CAPs; it lets people know how it works and showcases "our fakemon" so that the average twitter and facebook user gets an idea of how it plays in practice and a tiny blurb like "here's the latest CAP release in action!" goes a long way. I do not have a replay to recommend, however.
