Shuckle is your primary Sticky Web setter and your designated lead. Getting Sticky Webs up should always be your top priority. Encore and Final Gambit are necessary in preventing it from being setup fodder while Mental Herb allows you to get your Sticky Web up against Taunt users. Team structures should always be offensive as good teammates would be setup sweepers which benefit from the opponents speed drop. Another good option would be a Ghost type to block any Rapid Spin users from removing your Sticky Web. Pokemon that hinder it include anything that can remove hazards which is generally handled with encoring and switching a Pokemon that can threaten their Pokemon out.
