Somebody help these guys.

(L) Scrafty with Dragon Dance, Iron Defense, and a Sitrus Berry.
(Both) Arcanine destroying a +6 evasion Sitrus Berry Aftermath Drifblim at the cost of its own life.
(L) Bisharp with Swords Dance, Sucker Punch, and... Guillotine. The one time it hit, it hit a Focus Sash Jolteon.
(R) Onix somehow outspeeding said Bisharp and Taunting it, only to use Double-Edge on it the next turn. At least it had Rock Head, I guess.
(R) Haunter ever, with Dark Pulse (obligatory #DarkIsNotGhost), Giga Drain, and Dazzling Gleam.
(L) Lucario with Copycat, Force Palm, Aura Sphere, and Bone Rush (which it used on Haunter), waiting 3 turns longer than it should have to mega evolve.
(L) Hydreigon with Crunch and Dragon Rush. The latter at least hits Minimize spammers, but I can't justify the former.
(R) Attract Blissey.
(Both) Haunter outspeeding the Hydreigon and killing it with Dazzling Gleam.

Now I really want to try to do this after seeing how hilarious this can be against bad opponents. I tried it yesterday and ended up with Zigzagoon, but got destroyed because Zigzagoon, and I wasn't able to do much more battles with it because I was on internet so bad it felt like it was being maintained by circus monkeys.

I'll deal in some of my own randomizer battles later.

HOLY MOLY. This battle is TERRIBLY GOOD. That is also the best Healing Wish ever. Somebody take this, for the children!
I got you, fam. Including turn numbers for reference.

(Both, 1) No initial megas from either side. This should be fun.
(R, 1) Scald into a Water Absorber.
(L, 1) Flame Charge Volcanion is a niche pick already, but it uses it on Omastar, a 4x resist.
(L, 2) Volc reveals Focus Blast, which smacks everything for neutral damage...except when it doesn't.
(L, 3) Brick Break. If this is supposed to be a Blob lure, it gets Superpower. And why not use this instead of risking Focus Blast? Like, period?
(R, 3) Standard, physical Mega Ampharos. And Thunder Punch when it gets Wild Charge.
(R, 5) At least it has Iron Tail to kill Fairies.
(L, 5) Healing Wish Mega Latias, used on the first turn. Even if that Ampharos had Outrage, Lati can probably take it, assuming it didn't Draco the poor bastard. Anyway, HW into...
(L, 6) Mega Latios, which does Draco.
(L, 7) Yeah, how much do you think a -2 resisted Ice Beam is going to do?
(R, 7) Burn fishing, are we?
(L, 8) Draco crit. Always rewarded for bad play.
(R, 9) Blizzard Miltank. Which misses. Granted, 40 SpA against 120 SpD isn't going to end well even with type advantage. (24% when it does hit on the next turn.)
(L, 10) Volcanion, which 4x-resists Blizzard and has not one but two Fighting moves, is just sitting on the bench while Latios cripples itself.
(L, 11) Latios reveals HP Fighting. It does even less.
(Both, 12) Double miss.
(L, 13) Now we switch. Into a...
(R, 13)...Rollout. Whitney would not be proud. Also, horrible luck there.
(R, 16) Crit on the fourth turn, 61%, which puts Giratina pretty low.
(L, 16) Twister. I have lost all ability to even.
(L, 18) Mega Mewtwo Y with Poison Jab. Just why.
(Both, 19-21) Mewtwo gets 1v1'd by a Fearow (thanks to a Sitrus).
(L, 22-25) Life Orb Mew with Psyshock/Dazzling Gleam. Finally! Something approaching normal!
(R, 23) Stop Substituting, Pidgeot. It doesn't work.
(R, 25-32) Screens/Toxic/Protect Meganium. Another set I actually recognize.
(L, 29) Sure, now you Ice Beam. And, because bad play is always rewarded, it scores a freeze.
(L, 31) Dragon Claw, Mew? Really?
(L, 33) Physical Mega Pidgeot. Sigh.
(Both, 33) It ultimately ends when Mew survives a Return only to Life Orb itself out. It misses out on the Self-KO Clause trigger by 2%.

What IS this? I need someone to take this one.
…I sincerely hope that isn't HP Poison.

Also, while randomizer shenanigans can be entertaining, please don't flood the thread with them. The silliness bashing we do in this thread is supposed to be educational silliness bashing. Deliberate silliness such as this taking over the thread is what got the Silly Things thread for OU locked, as I recall.

Now if you actually find a creative/maybe-viable set for a 'mon due to getting it for your randomizer, feel free to share!

Wow, that does seem like HP Poison. And HP Steel would almost be WORSE in that case...

Understood, and thanks for telling me this now. Replays this silly don't really occur that much, and I'll try to make future posts have at least some educational content. (And if that's the case, then maybe I should have put some of my losing matches from the batch of Mix and Mega that I did yesterday up for viewing...) And I'll explain my posts better, too. (I'll notify you if my randomizers spark any good ideas...
...Wait, I haven't done any randomizers yet!)

With that aside, I have two battles here. They, unfortunately, do not showcase Dialga for being the deadweight it is in Mix and Mega...

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-448480320

I've got quite a list for this one.

[L] Building a team that can't handle a boosted Gyarados.
[R] Sending in Primal Groudon in on a Landorus. Groudon isn't THAT invincible.
[R] Said Groudon is slower than Camperuptite Landorus. Minus speed natures have downsides, too.
[R] Darkrai misses a Blizzard...
[R]... only to Poison Jab the Dialga switch-in.
[R] Setting up with Mega Mewtwo X. Twice.
[R] Draco Meteor Haxorus. This is something with Base 147 attack, and you aren't using it...
[R] Using Flame Charge and Acrobactics when you could have easily used Flare Blitz/Fire Punch to do significant damage to Landorus.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-448482997
A big wad of stupid for both sides; from mine for not having an actual pivot that can take a Mega Swampert, and for my opponent for using Blast Burn Zard X and mixed Mega Manectric....

Why do people ever run STAB Hidden Power? Only reason that might be a good idea ever is Technician. Why do people run Arceus sets with STAB special-based moves that aren't Judgment? Why do people run mono-STAB attacking sets? I mean, that's a Toxic/Poison Jab/Sludge Bomb/HP Poison Arceus.

Also, the part about making sure your silliness is educational was directed at the thread in general, not just you.

Re: Your second replay, that's a Mega Manectric with Discharge, Thunder Fang, Wild Charge, and presumably an unknown fourth move. 3 STAB on a single-type 'mon new meta.
Also that moment when the typical scrub Darkrai set's Nightmare actually does significant damage.

Right Side:
+Ransei: 1 of these mons is good in only randbat
+Ransei: 1 of these only against Champion Lance
+Ransei: one of these only if the trainer's name is Oichi
+Ransei: 1 is fairly good at many metagames I guess
+Ransei: 1 is just eh except for when it's in UU
+Ransei: and the last one is awesome
★New Old Competitor: XD

and then some extra silly things

Why do people run Arceus sets with STAB special-based moves that aren't Judgment?
In some cases, people may feel the BP loss is worth the hax. 10 BP against a resist makes little difference, but if said resist gets para'd/burned/frozen, that can be game-changing. Arceus-Poison running Sludge Bomb actually makes some sense because the poison chance is 30%.

No randomizer yet, but that's because Gifts of the Gods still has plenty of silliness to feast upon.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/giftsofthegods-449392353
This wasn't the first battle I faced, but it was the first that was questionable. At least the Blastoise is in the right place.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/giftsofthegods-449406220
Sometimes, people become incomprehensible when frustrated. Also, mixed Alakazam for some reason.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/giftsofthegods-449436817
Sometimes, a team looks so much sillier when you know how a meta works. This one did. (Ah, that base 50 Attack Linoone)

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/giftsofthegods-449500906
Just a demonstration on how few switches Deoxys-A teams have. Nothing supremely questionable, just some non-ideal plays.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/giftsofthegods-449541984
Right's team is a work of modern art. Someone take this one.
