OVERVIEW]

Thanks to its good defenses, powerful Draco Meteor, and access to U-turn, Silvally-Dragon is a potent pivot for bulky offensive and hyper offensive teams. Silvally-Dragon can circumvent the few Fairy- and Steel-types in the tier such as Mr. Mime and Bronzor with U-turn and Flamethrower, respectively. Because of the low number of Dragon-types in ZU, Silvally-Dragon doesn't face a lot of competition as an offensive Dragon-type. Silvally-Dragon's resistances to common types in ZU in Water, Grass, Electric, and Fire let it switch into a lot of common Pokemon such as Mareanie, Tangela, Electivire, and Rapidash. Silvally-Dragon can threaten certain entry hazard setters, such as Golem and Mawile, which makes it a great hazard remover. However, it faces competition from other Silvally formes, such as Water, Fighting, and Ghost, for a team slot because, unlike them, Silvally-Dragon lacks the ability to switch into offensive threats such as Floatzel, Shiftry, and Komala reliably. Moreover, they have access to more reliable STAB moves. It is also difficult for Silvally-Dragon to effectively break Bronzor and Probopass, two common hazard setters, because they resist Silvally-Dragon's STAB move and avoid the 2HKO from Flamethrower. Despite being a strong nuke, Draco Meteor isn't spammable due to the Special Attack drop, which forces Silvally-Dragon to switch out and can offer setup opportunities to the opponent. Silvally-Dragon is usually sent on the field to soft check foes, and this, coupled with the total absence of recovery, makes it easy to wear down.

Moves
========

Draco Meteor is a powerful STAB move and is only resisted by few Pokemon in ZU. This move can remove a lot of foes after chip damage, such as Electivire, Shiftry, and Swanna. Flamethrower is Silvally-Dragon's best coverage move. Indeed, the Dragon and Fire combination hits the entire tier outside of Carbink for at least neutral damage. It also allows Silvally-Dragon to hit Steel-types, such as Mawile and Pawniard, for super effective damage. Silvally-Dragon can pivot through U-turn. It allows for scouting an opposing switch and chips the opposing team. It can also threaten Pokemon weak to Bug, such as Shiftry and Grumpig. Silvally-Dragon can instead run Parting Shot, which swaps the chip damage for lowering foe's offenses, which lets the next Pokemon take less damage as it switches in. However, it's easily blocked and punished by Soundproof, Clear Body, and Defiant users, such as Mr. Mime, Regice, and Pawniard.

Set Details
========

A positive Speed nature allows Silvally-Dragon to Speed tie with other base 95 Speed Pokemon such as other offensive Silvally formes, Electivire, and Leafeon. Moreover, it allows Silvally-Dragon to outspeed dangerous wallbreakers such as Monferno, Oricorio-F, and Servine and threaten them back.

Usage Tips
========

Switch only into resisted moves, such as Electivire's Wild Charge and Leafeon's Leaf Blade, or weak moves, such as Mawile's Knock Off. Silvally-Dragon can also be brought into the field by slow pivots such as Komala and Probopass. If Silvally-Dragon checks are weaken or removed, use Draco Meteor to deal huge amounts of damage to the opposing team. Silvally-Dragon shouldn't be directly switched into entry hazard setters to use Defog. It should instead use Defog on forced switches, which are not hard to pull off due to Draco Meteor's raw power. Silvally-Dragon's Flamethrower isn't powerful and should only be used against Pokemon that are weak to Fire such as Bronzor, Mawile, Pawniard, and Abomasnow. You should also keep in mind that a super effective Flamethrower is weaker than a neutral STAB Draco Meteor. If you predict your opponent to switch out into a check to Silvally-Dragon, you can pivot with either U-turn or Parting Shot to maintain momentum or use Defog to remove entry hazards on your side. Using Draco Meteor lowers Silvally-Dragon's Special Attack by two stages, decreasing Silvally-Dragon's offensive capacities a lot and forcing it out. A weakened Silvally-Dragon is setup fodder for a lot of threatening sweepers, such as Shell Smash Crustle and Z-Me First Pinsir. Therefore, don't use Draco Meteor if your opponent can then send a setup sweeper that has the potential to clean your team. Because of this, Flamethrower is a safe neutral play to remove a weakened foe or hit a foe that avoids the OHKO from Draco Meteor and falls to two Flamethrowers such as Gourgeist-XL.

Team Options
========

Pokemon that are weak to entry hazards such as Rapidash and Pinsir appreciate Silvally-Dragon's Defog support. Silvally-Dragon's U-turn or Parting Shot allows strong but slow wallbreakers such as Komala and Shiftry to come safely on the field. They can also take advantage of the special walls that Silvally-Dragon brings onto the field. Silvally-Dragon performs well with other VoltTurn users such as Komala and Electivire, forming a VoltTurn core. Silvally-Dragon struggling against bulky Steel-types makes Magnet Pull users such as Alolan Golem and Probopass very potent partners, as Silvally-Dragon can just pivot as a Steel-type switches in and bring in the Magnet Pull user to remove the bulky Steel-type. Pokemon that are weak to Fire-, Grass-, and Electric-types such as Leafeon, Floatzel, and Oricorio-F appreciate Silvally-Dragon's resistances and ability to come into moves of said types. Teammates that resist Ice, such as bulky Monferno and Mareanie, are appreciated for their ability to switch into Pokemon that carry strong Ice moves such as Choice Scarf Abomasnow.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Silvally-Dragon can run a Swords Dance set thanks to its wide physical movepool including a STAB move in Multi-Attack, coverage for Fairy-types in Iron Head, which is Silvally-Dragon's only way to pressure Carbink, and coverage for Steel-types in Flame Charge, which also boosts Silvally-Dragon's Speed, increasing its cleaning capacities. At +1 Speed, Silvally-Dragon Speed ties with Choice Scarf Electivire, Sawsbuck, and Silvally and outspeeds Floatzel, Choice Scarf Abomasnow, Chatot, and Mr Mime. However, it faces a lot of competition from other physical Dragon-types such as Fraxure and Hakamo-o, as they have access to a superior setup move in Dragon Dance. Also, the former has far more raw power, while the latter has a better secondary typing and the bulk to use Dragon Dance several times. Also, physical sets struggle even more against Steel-types due to having a weaker Fire-type coverage, making them even easier to punish than sets with Draco Meteor. These sets also have to forgo Silvally-Dragon's utility in entry hazard removal. Silvally-Dragon can run a bulkier EV spread to better take on offensive threats such as Floatzel and Combusken; however, this hinders its offense capacities and is not worth it most of the time. If you already have hazard removal or don't need it, you can run a non-Defog Silvally-Dragon with Flash Cannon to deal with Fairy-types such as Granbull and Mr. Mime or Explosion to weaken specially bulky Pokemon such as Komala and Kecleon. However, these moves are pretty niche compared to the utility Defog brings.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types, such as Mr. Mime and Granbull, are immune to Silvally-Dragon's STAB Draco Meteor and don't take much damage from Flamethrower. Furthermore they can retaliate with their super effective STAB moves.

**Ice-type Moves**: A lot of Pokemon such as Abomasnow, Floatzel, and Electivire carry an Ice-type move, which can significantly damage Silvally-Dragon or even OHKO it in the case of Choice Scarf Abomasnow's Blizzard.

**Specially Bulky Pokemon**: Due to its average Special Attack, specially bulky Pokemon such as Kecleon, Muk, and Lickilicky take little damage from Silvally-Dragon's moves. Moreover, Lickilicky can cripple it with Toxic, whereas Muk and Komala can use it as setup fodder.

**Bulky Steel-types**: Silvally-Dragon struggles to break through bulky Steel-types such as Bronzor and Probopass, which resist Silvally-Dragon's STAB attacks. They can set entry hazards, use Toxic, or, in the case of Probopass, pivot with a slow Volt Switch. However, if there is a Magnet Pull user on Silvally-Dragon's team such as Alolan Golem or Probopass, they have to worry about Silvally-Dragon pivoting into it.

**Chip Damage**: Silvally-Dragon's lack of recovery and tendency to switch several times through the game make it easily worn down by chip damage such as from hazards, hail, and VoltTurn and limit Silvally-Dragon's soft checking capacities.

OVERVIEW]

- Thanks to its good defenses, powerfull Draco Meteor and access to U-turn, Silvally-Dragon is a potent pivot for bulky offensive and hyper offensive teams.
- Due to the lack of Fairy and Steel types in ZU a lot of teams don't run resists to Silvally-Dragon STAB and therefore struggle to switch into it. I get what you're saying but it's a tad misleading because Mr. Mime and Bronzor are pretty common. Instead, I'd just say that it can circumvent the few Fairy- and Steel-types in the tier with U-turn/Pshot and Flamethrower
- Because of the low amount of Dragon-types in ZU, Silvally-Dragon doesn't face a lot of competition as an offensive Dragon type.
- However it faces competition from other Silvally forms, such as Water, Fighting and Ghost, for a team slot. Go into a bit more detail here. What sets it apart and what makes it inferior in certain aspects?
- Silvally-Dragon's resistances to common types in ZU in Water, Grass, Electric and Fire let switch into a lot of common Pokemon such as Silvally-Water, Tangela, Electivire and Rapidash.
- Silvally-Dragon can threaten a lot of hazard setters, such as Golem and Mawile, which makes it a great hazard remover. However it's unable to deal significant damage to Bronzor and Probopass, two common hazard setters.

Need to focus more on its negatives as well, such as: Draco is fantastic STAB, but isn't spammable and usually forces Silv-Dragon to switch back out. Silv-Dragon is also very easy to wear down, especially since its role is usually to soft check a lot.

Moves
========

- Defog removes the hazards on the field and ease Silvally-Dragon's teammates to switch in. Fluff. Could do without it.
- Draco Meteor is a powerfull STAB and is only resisted by few Pokémon in ZU. This move can remove a lot of foes after chip damages, such as Electivire, Shiftry and Swanna.
- Flamethrower is Silvally-Dragon's best coverage move. It allows Silvally-Dragon to touch Steel-types, such as Mawile and Pawniard, for super effective damages.
- Silvally-Dragon can pivot through U-Turn. It allows you to scout for an opposing switch and chips the opposing team. It can also threaten Pokemon weak to Bug, such as Shiftry and Grumpig.
- Silvally can instead run Parting Shot which swaps the chip damages for lowering opponent's offenses, which lets the switched in Pokemon takes less damages and ease its switch in. However it's easily blocked by Taunt or Soundproof and Clear Body users, such as Mr. Mime and Regice. Defiant users, such as Pawniard and Purugly, can also punish this move by getting a +3 boost in Attack. However the former can't take a Flamethrower while Draco Meteor knocks the latter out. Would just merge that with the previous sentence.

Set Details
========

-In order to be Silvally-Dragon, Silvally needs to hold a Dragon Memory. Doesn't need to be explained.
-A positive Speed nature allows Silvally-Dragon to speed tie with other 95 base speed such as other Silvally forms, Electivire and Leafeon. Moreover it allows Silvally-Dragon to outspeed dangerous wallbreakers, such as Pinsir, Oricorio-F and Chatot, and threatens them back.

Usage Tips
========

-Switch only into resisted moves, such as Electivire's Wild Charge or Silvally-Water's Surf, or weak moves, such as Altaria's Earthquake.
-If Silvally-Dragon checks are weaken or removed use Draco Meteor to deal huge damages to the opposing team.
-Silvally-Dragon's Flamethrower are rather weak and should only be used against not specially bulky Pokemon that are weak to Fire such as Mawile, Pawniard and Abomasnow. You should also keep in mind that a super effective Flamethrower is weaker than a neutral STAB Draco Meteor.
-If you predict your opponent to switch out into a check to Silvally-Dragon, you can pivot with either U-turn or Parting Shot to keep the momentum, or use Defog to remove hazard on your side.
-Using Draco Meteor lowers Silvally-Dragon Special Attack by two stages, this decreases a lot Silvally-Dragon's offensive capacities. A Silvally-Dragon at -2 in Special Attack is set up fodder for a lot of threatening sweepers, such as Shell Smash Crustle and Z-Me First Pinsir. Therefore don't use Draco Meteor if you're opponent can then send a set up sweeper that has the potential to clean your team.

Emphasis more about how to use Defog. For example, Silvally-Dragon doesn't really switch into most rockers well but can Defog on forced switches.

Team Options
========

- Pokemon that are weak to hazards such as Rapidash and Pinsir appreciate Silvally-Dragon's Defog support.
- Silvally-Dragon's U-turn / Parting Shot allows strong but slow wallbreakers such as Rampardos and Shiftry to come safely on the field. They can also take advantage of the special wall which Silvally-Dragon brings on the field. Pick a more relevant example than Ramp, because that's mainly seen on TR.
- Silvally-Dragon enjoyed to be coupled with other VoltTurn users such as Komala and Electivire and therefore form a VoltTurn core.
- Silvally-Dragon struggling against bulky Steel-types makes Magnet Pull users such as Golem-A and Probopass very potent partner. Since Silvally-Dragon can just pivot U-turn / Parting Shot as a Steel-type switches in, and bring in the field the Magnet Pull users to remove the bulky Steel-type.
- If paired with already mentioned Magnet Pull users, Silvally-Dragon can be used with other Pokemon which appreciate Steel-types to be remove, such as Abomasnow and Beheeyem. Indeed Silvally-Dragon's pivoting capacity makes it easier to trap Steel-types. This point isn't as relevant and comes off as filler. Can replace it with Pokemon that appreciate Silv-Dragon's ability to soft check Fire-, Grass-, and Electric-types such as Leafeon, Floatzel, and Oricorio-Baille.

**Bulky Steel-types**: Bulky Steel-types, such as Bronzor and Probopass, resists Silvally-Dragon's STAB and therefore can wall it. They can set the hazard up, Toxic, or, in the case of Probopass, pivot with a slow Volt-Switch. However if there is a Magnet Pull user in Silvally-Dragon's team such as Golem-A or Probopass, they have to worry about U-turn / Parting Shot into it.

**Specially Bulky Pokémon**: Due to its average Special Attack, specially bulky Pokemon, such as Kecleon, Muk and Lickilicky takes only few damages from Silvally-Dragon moves.

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types, such as Granbull and Mr. Mime, are immune to Silvally-Dragon's STAB and takes only few damages from Flamethrower. Furthermore they can retaliate with their super effective STAB.

**Ice-types**: Fast Ice-types, such as Scarf Abomasnow and Beartic under Hail, outspeeds Silvally-Dragon and can OHKO it with their super effective STAB. Furthermore, bulky Ice-types, such as Regice and Avalugg, can take a hit from Silvally-Dragon and then knock it out. Moreover Abomasnow can catch a weakened Silvally-Dragon with a super effective STAB Ice Shard. Would change this to Ice-type coverage because Beartic isn't really relevant, Avalugg is threated out, and Silv-Dragon can U-turn out on Regice. On the other hand, lots of Pokemon such as Electivire and Floatzel run Ice-type coverage which can chip down Silv-Dragon and make it

Add residual damage.

**Ice-coverage**: A lot of Pokemon such as Abomasnow, Floatzel and Electivire carry an Ice-move which can hardly signicantly damage Silvally-Dragon or even OHKO in case of Scarf Abomasnow's Blizzard.

**Chip Damages**: Silvally-Dragon's lack of recovery and tendency to switch several times through the game let it wear down by chip damages such as hazards, hail and VoltTurn chips. They unable and limit Silvally-Dragon's soft checking capacities.

Thanks to its good defenses, powerfull Draco Meteor and access to U-turn, Silvally-Dragon is a potent pivot for bulky offensive and hyper offensive teams. Silvally-Dragon can circumvent the few Fairy- and Steel-types in the tier such as Mr. Mime and Bronzor with U-turn / Parting-Shot and Flamethrower. Mr. Mime (1) Bronzor (2). U-turn/Parting Shot (1) Flamethrower (2). Parting Shot doesn't affect Mr. Mime because of Soundproof, and honestly its the second slash, I would just remove Parting Shot and not change the Mr. Mime example. Because of the low amount of Dragon-types in ZU, Silvally-Dragon doesn't face a lot of competition as an offensive Dragon type. However it faces competition from other Silvally forms, such as Water, Fighting and Ghost, for a team slot why? you need to explain because you contrast in the next sentence with "unlike them" but you didn't explain in the sentence yet. In deed, unlike them Silvally-Dragon lacks the ability to switch into offensive threats such as Floatzel, Shiftry and Komala reliably. Moreover they have access to most reliable STAB moves. Silvally-Dragon's resistances to common types in ZU in Water, Grass, Electric and Fire let it switch into a lot of common Pokemon such as Give a Water-type example (preferably one that doesnt necessarily have Ice coverage all the time such as Silvally-Water or Mareanie)Tangela, Electivire and Rapidash. Silvally-Dragon can threaten certain hazard setters, such as Golem and Mawile, which makes it a great hazard remover. However it is difficult for it to effective break Bronzor and Probopass, two common hazard setters why? You also said you could circumvent Bronzor above. What's the deal with it being here then?. Moves

Draco Meteor is a powerfull STAB and is only resisted by few Pokémon in ZU. This move can remove a lot of foes after chip damages, such as Electivire, Shiftry and Swanna. Flamethrower is Silvally-Dragon's best coverage move.Specifically mention that Dragon + Fire coverage hits the entire tier neutrally bar Carbink. It allows Silvally-Dragon to touch Steel-types, such as Mawile and Pawniard, for super effective damages. Silvally-Dragon can pivot through U-Turn. It allows you to scout for an opposing switch and chips the opposing team. It can also threaten Pokemon weak to Bug, such as Shiftry and Grumpig. Silvally can instead run Parting Shot which swaps the chip damages for lowering opponent's offenses, which lets the switched in Pokemon take less damages and eases its switch in. However it's easily blocked or punished by Taunt or Soundproof, Clear Body and Defiant users, such as Mr. Mime, Regice and Pawniard. I'm not a big fan of the Taunt mention. Silvally-Dragon is fairly fast, and all the faster Taunt users such as Floatzel get eaten alive by Draco Meteor. I would remove the mention of Taunt.

Set Details
========

A positive Speed nature allows Silvally-Dragon to speed tie with other 95 base speed such as other offensive Silvally forms, Electivire and Leafeon. Moreover it allows Silvally-Dragon to outspeed dangerous wallbreakers, such as Pinsir, Oricorio-F and Chatot, and threatens them back. Pinsir runs Z-MF commonly, same with Chatot running Choice Scarf. I would maybe look for other examples.

Switch only into resisted moves, such as Electivire's Wild Charge or Leafeon's Leaf Blade, or weak moves, such as Mawile's Knock Off. If Silvally-Dragon checks are weaken or removed use Draco Meteor to deal huge damages to the opposing team. Mention Silvally-Dragon also being able to be brought in by slow pivots such as Komala. Silvally-Dragon shouldn't be directly send on hazard setters to use Defog. It should instead Defog on forced switches which are not hard to create due to Draco Meteor's raw power. Silvally-Dragon's Flamethrower aren't powerfull and should only be used against Pokemon that are weak to Fire such as Bronzor, Mawile, Pawniard and Abomasnow. You should also keep in mind that a super effective Flamethrower is weaker than a neutral STAB Draco Meteor. If you predict your opponent to switch out into a check to Silvally-Dragon, you can pivot with either U-turn or Parting Shot to keep the momentum, or use Defog to remove hazard on your side. Using Draco Meteor lowers Silvally-Dragon Special Attack by two stages, this decreases a lot Silvally-Dragon's offensive capacities. Silvally-Dragon at -2 in Special Attack is set up fodder for a lot of threatening sweepers, such as Shell Smash Crustle and Z-Me First Pinsir. Therefore don't use Draco Meteor if your opponent can then send a set up sweeper that has the potential to clean your team.
Mention that the Special Attack drops also forces Silvally-Dragon out, and therefore Flamethrower is a safe neutral play. Explain this later part in more detail.

Team Options

Pokemon that are weak to entry hazards such as Rapidash and Pinsir appreciate Silvally-Dragon's Defog support. Silvally-Dragon's U-turn / Parting Shot allows strong but slow wallbreakers such as Komala and Shiftry to come safely on the field. They can also take advantage of the special walls which Silvally-Dragon brings on the field. Silvally-Dragon enjoyed to be coupled with other VoltTurn users such as Komala and Electivire and therefore form a VoltTurn core. Silvally-Dragon struggling against bulky Steel-types makes Magnet Pull users such as Golem-A and Probopass very potent partner. Since Silvally-Dragon can just pivot U-turn / Parting Shot as a Steel-type switches in, and bring in the field the Magnet Pull users to remove the bulky Steel-type. Pokemon, that are weak to Fire-, Grass-, and Electric-types such as Leafeon, Floatzel and Oricorio-F, appreciate Silvally-Dragon's resistances and ability to come into moves of said types. Mention Ice resistant teammates that can switch into Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Abomasnow for it.

Other Options
=============

Silvally-Dragon can run a Swords Dance set thanks to its wide physical movepool including STAB moves in Multi Attack and Outrage, remove Outrage coverage for Bronzor in Crunch,remove Crunch for Fairy-types in Iron Head, and for Steel-types in Fire Fang remove Fire Fangand Flame Charge. Specifically mention that Iron Head is the only way Silvally-Dragon pressures Carbink. Focus the use of Flame Charge less on being coverage for Fire-types and moreso for the boost in Speed and what Pokemon that allows Silvally-Dragon to outspeed or Speed tie with. However it faces a lot of competion from other physical Dragon-types such as Fraxure and Hakamo-o, they have access to a superior setup move in Dragon Dance. Also the former has far more raw power, while the latter has a better secondary typing and the bulk to use several time Dragon Dance. Also physical sets struggle even more against Steel-types due to having a weaker Fire-coverage and Outrage is even easier to punish than Draco Meteor. Again remove Outrage mention. Also these sets have to forgo Silvally Dragon's utility in hazard removal. Silvally-Dragon can run a bulkier spread to better take on offensive threats such as Floatzel and Combusken, however it hinders its offense capacities, and is most of the time not worth it. If you already have hazard removal or don't need it, you can run a non Defog Silvally-Dragon with Flash Cannon to deal with Fairy-types such as Granbull and Mr. Mime or Explosion to weaken specially bulky Pokemon such as Komala and Kecleon. However these moves are pretty niche compared to the utility Defog brings.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Bulky Steel-types**: Move this paragraph back up here.
Silvally-Dragon struggles to break through Bulky Steel-types, such as Bronzor and Probopass, which resist Silvally-Dragon's STAB. They can set the hazards up, Toxic, or, in the case of Probopass, pivot with a slow Volt-Switch. However if there is a Magnet Pull user in Silvally-Dragon's team such as Golem-A or Probopass, they have to worry about U-turn / Parting Shot into it.

**Specially Bulky Pokémon**: Due to its average Special Attack, specially bulky Pokemon, such as Kecleon, Muk and Lickilicky take only few damages from Silvally-Dragon moves. Moreover Lickilicky can cripple it with Toxic, whereas Muk and Komala can use it as set up fodder.

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types, such as Mr. Mime and Granbull, are immune to Silvally-Dragon's STAB and take only few damages from Flamethrower. Furthermore they can retaliate with their super effective STAB.

**Ice-coverage**: A lot of Pokemon such as Abomasnow, Floatzel and Electivire carry an Ice-move which can significantly damage Silvally-Dragon or even OHKO in case of Scarf Abomasnow's Blizzard.

**Chip Damages**: Silvally-Dragon's lack of recovery and tendency to switch several times through the game let it wear down by chip damages such as hazards, hail and VoltTurn chips and limit Silvally-Dragon's soft checking capacities.

Reorder Checks and Counters like so:
  • Fairy-types
  • Ice Coverage
  • Specially Bulky Pokemon
  • Steel-types
  • Chip Damage

If you predict your opponent to switch out into a check to Silvally-Dragon, you can pivot with either U-turn or Parting Shot to maintain momentum,(RC) or use Defog to remove entry hazards on your side. Using Draco Meteor lowers Silvally-Dragon's Special Attack by two stages, decreasing Silvally-Dragon's offensive capacities a lot and forcing it out. A weakened Silvally-Dragon is set up setup fodder for a lot of threatening sweepers, such as Shell Smash Crustle and Z-Me First Pinsir. Therefore, don't use Draco Meteor if your opponent can then send a set up setup sweeper that has the potential to clean your team. Because of this, Flamethrower is a safe neutral play to remove a weakened foe or hit a foe that avoids the OHKO from Draco Meteor and falls to two Flamethrowers such as Gourgeist-XL.

Pokemon that are weak to entry hazards such as Rapidash and Pinsir appreciate Silvally-Dragon's Defog support. Silvally-Dragon's U-turn / or Parting Shot allows strong but slow wallbreakers such as Komala and Shiftry to come safely on the field. They can also take advantage of the special walls which that Silvally-Dragon brings onto the field. Silvally-Dragon performs well with other VoltTurn users such as Komala and Electivire, forming a VoltTurn core. Silvally-Dragon struggling against bulky Steel-types makes Magnet Pull users such as Golem-Alola Alolan Golem and Probopass very potent partners, as Silvally-Dragon can just pivot as a Steel-type switches in and bring in the Magnet Pull user to remove the bulky Steel-type.

Silvally-Dragon can run a Swords Dance set thanks to its wide physical movepool including a STAB move in Multi-(AH)Attack, coverage for Fairy-types in Iron Head, which is Silvally-Dragon's only way to pressure Carbink, and coverage for Steel-types in Flame Charge, which also boosts Silvally-Dragon's Speed,(AC) increasing,(RC) its cleaning capacities. At +1 Speed, Silvally-Dragon Speed ties with Choice Scarf Electivire, Sawsbuck, and Silvally (this is "Silvally-Normal". Say "Silvally formes" if you mean all formes, otherwise ignore) and outspeeds Floatzel, Choice Scarf Abomasnow, Chatot, and Mr Mime. However, it faces a lot of competition from other physical Dragon-types such as Fraxure and Hakamo-o, as they have access to a superior setup move in Dragon Dance. Also, the former has far more raw power, while the latter has a better secondary typing and the bulk to use Dragon Dance several times. Also, physical sets struggle even more against Steel-types due to having a weaker Fire-type coverage, is making them even easier to punish than sets with Draco Meteor. These sets also have to forgo Silvally-(AH)Dragon's utility in entry hazard removal. Silvally-Dragon can run a bulkier EV spread to better take on offensive threats such as Floatzel and Combusken,(RC);(SC) however,(AC) this hinders its offense capacities,(RC) and is not worth it most of the time.

===================

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types, such as Mr. Mime and Granbull, are immune to Silvally-Dragon's STAB Draco Meteor and don't take much damage from Flamethrower. Furthermore they can retaliate with their super effective STAB moves.

**Ice-type Moves**: A lot of Pokemon such as Abomasnow, Floatzel, and Electivire carry an Ice-type move,(AC) which can significantly damage Silvally-Dragon or even OHKO it in the case of Choice Scarf Abomasnow's Blizzard.

**Specially Bulky Pokemon**: Due to its average Special Attack, specially bulky Pokemon such as Kecleon, Muk, and Lickilicky take little damage from Silvally-Dragon's moves. Moreover, Lickilicky can cripple it with Toxic, whereas Muk and Komala can use it as set up setup fodder.

However, if there is a Magnet Pull user in on Silvally-Dragon's team such as Golem-Alola Alolan Golem or Probopass, they have to worry about Silvally-Dragon pivoting into it.

**Chip Damage**: Silvally-Dragon's lack of recovery and tendency to switch several times through the game make it easily worn down by chip damage such as from hazards, hail, and VoltTurn and limit Silvally-Dragon's soft checking capacities.

[OVERVIEW]

Thanks to its good defenses, powerful Draco Meteor, and access to U-turn, Silvally-Dragon is a potent pivot for bulky offensive and hyper offensive teams. Silvally-Dragon can circumvent the few Fairy- and Steel-types in the tier such as Mr. Mime and Bronzor with U-turn and Flamethrower, respectively. Because of the low number of Dragon-types in ZU, Silvally-Dragon doesn't face a lot of competition as an offensive Dragon-type. Silvally-Dragon's resistances to common types in ZU in Water, Grass, Electric,(AC) and Fire let it switch into a lot of common Pokemon such as Mareanie, Tangela, Electivire,(AC) and Rapidash. Silvally-Dragon can threaten certain entry hazard setters, such as Golem and Mawile, which makes it a great hazard remover. However, it faces competition from other Silvally formes, such as Water, Fighting, and Ghost,(AC) for a team slot because, unlike them, Silvally-Dragon lacks the ability to switch into offensive threats such as Floatzel, Shiftry, and Komala reliably. Silvally-Dragon is usually sent on the field to soft check foes, and this,(AC) coupled with the total absence of recovery,(AC) makes it easy to wear down.

Moves
========

It allows for scouting for an opposing switch and chips the opposing team. It can also threaten Pokemon weak to Bug, such as Shiftry and Grumpig. Silvally-Dragon can instead run Parting Shot, which swaps the chip damage for lowering opponent's foes' offenses, which lets the next Pokemon take less damageas damage as it switches in. However, it's easily blocked and punished by Soundproof, Clear Body, and Defiant users, such as Mr. Mime, Regice, and Pawniard.

Set Details
========

A positive Speed nature allows Silvally-Dragon to Speed tie with other base 95 Speed Pokemon such as other offensive Silvally formes, Electivire, and Leafeon. Moreover, it allows Silvally-Dragon to outspeed dangerous wallbreakers such as Monferno, Oricorio-F, and Servine,(RC) and threaten them back.

Usage Tips
========

Switch only into resisted moves, such as Electivire's Wild Charge or and Leafeon's Leaf Blade, or weak moves, such as Mawile's Knock Off. Silvally-Dragon's Flamethrower isn't powerfull powerful and should only be used against Pokemon that are weak to Fire such as Bronzor, Mawile, Pawniard, and Abomasnow. You should also keep in mind that a super effective Flamethrower is weaker than a neutral STAB Draco Meteor. If you predict your opponent to switch out into a check to Silvally-Dragon, you can pivot with either U-turn or Parting Shot to maintain momentum,(RC) or use Defog to remove entry hazards on your side.
