[OVERVIEW]

Silvally-Electric's above average bulk, nearly unresisted coverage, and access to utility options such as Defog and Parting Shot may make it seem like decent offensive hazard control. However, it faces stiff competition from Electric-types such as Rotom-F, Oricorio-E, and Eelektross, which apply more offensive pressure due to the former two having secondary typings and Eelektross having greater coverage overall. Silvally-Electric's damage output is also considerably low due to its average at best attacking stats, and its item and ability are fixed, so it cannot be as flexible as several of its competition.

[SET]
name: BoltBeam
move 1: Thunderbolt
move 2: Ice Beam
move 3: Defog
move 4: Parting Shot
item: Electric Memory
ability: RKS System
nature: Timid
evs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

Silvally-Electric should utilize Parting Shot to pivot around and soften blows for its teammates, as well as remove entry hazards when necessary. However, Rotom-F is more aptly able to do this because it applies more offensive pressure with its dual typing and therefore can force more switches than Silvally-Electric while still having access to Defog and Volt Switch.

However, Silvally-Electric faces stiff competition from Pokemon such as Rotom-F and Oricorio-E as they apply more offensive pressure and have more defensive utility overall than it (mention their secondary typings too, especially emphasize rotom-f since that gets a boost on blizzard) (mention eel too if we're talking about electric pivots with coverage). Silvally-Electric's damage output is also considerably low and cannot do much back to the Pokemon it should be trying to check in the first place such as Choice Scarf Togedemaru (This end bit seems wholly pointless since it's just "toge can't touch electricvally and vice versa" and so it doesn't rlly tell me anything useful. Talking about its average offensive stats and being item locked is fine tho)

Silvally-Electric should utilize Parting Shot to pivot around and soften blows for its teammates, as well as remove entry hazards when necessary. However, Rotom-F and Oricorio-E are aptly able to do this (Ori-E isn't rlly a defogger) because they apply more offensive pressure to the opponent (specify why. they both use z-crystals well for one, and you can reiterate their stabs) and therefore can force more switches.

Silvally-Electric should utilize Parting Shot to pivot around and soften blows for its teammates, as well as remove entry hazards when necessary. However, Rotom-F and Skuntank (just talk about frostom, since besides defog skunk doesnt have much in common)are aptly able to do this because they apply more offensive pressure with their dual typings and therefore can force more switches.(be more specific that frostom can also defog and pivot with vswitch)
