[OVERVIEW]
Normal
========
Silvally can be a very powerful special attacker for normal with a wide movepool with access to Psychic, helping immensely in the Poison matchup. Its typing is great offensively, as few Pokemon can switch into the coverage its combined STAB attacks provide. Primarina's Water typing also grants it a very important Steel neutrality, allowing it to take on opposing Pokemon such as Mega Scizor and Excadrill, and its high Special Defense allows it to absorb special attacks throughout the battle, letting it take on Pokemon such as Porygon2 and Slowbro. However, its mediocre Defense leaves Primarina vulnerable to strong physical attackers such as Kyurem-B and Mega Pinsir, and its low Speed unfortunately leaves it easily revenge killed by foes such as Diggersby and Nidoking, forcing it to switch out multiple times throughout a battle. Primarina can be hard to fit onto a team, as Fairy isn't lacking in strong special attackers. It can also compete with Azumarill, which shares its same typing and is a very powerful setup Pokemon with useful priority.

Hyper Voice is Silvally's main STAB attack, hitting opposing Pokemon very hard in combination with its high Special Attack and Silk Scarf boost. Tri Attack is Silvally's secondary STAB attack, allowing it to hit hard and status other Pokemon. Flamethrower is utilized on in order to hit Steel-types that take little damage from its STAB attacks, especially an opposing Ferrothorn .While, Ice Beam can be utilized against Ground types. Air Slash is useful against all fighting types and helps deal with it's lack of Psychic special attacks like Psychic. It's Air Slash also has the benefit of the 30% flinch rate. Shadow Ball is also extremely useful against immune Ghost types.

Maximum Special Attack investment with a Modest nature and Silk Scarf allows Silvally to sweep with Hyper Voice or Tri Attack and take down resistant or immune Pokemon with it's varied movepool.
Usage Tips
========
Run Tri Attack for statuses if there are other good special Sweepers like Exploud or Porygon 2. But for pure sweeping purposes use Hyper Voice with the Silk Scarf. Use it immediately with Flamethrower to shut down irritating Steel types like Ferrothorn or Excadrill.
Team Options
========
Miltank can go first in the party and set up Stealth Rock while also taking down any other Pokemon as a physical sweeper or statusing them with Thunder Wave. Lopunny-Mega is another excellent addition to the team with Scrappy, highly suggest using Drain Punch, Facade and Fake Out to stretch out the battle before sending in Silvally. It's fellow Special Sweeper, Porygon 2 is a tanky special sweeper that can cover for a lack of Tri Attack/Hyper Voice and Ice Beam moves if they aren't on Silvally. While, an Exploud with Boomburst can take on Ghost types with it's Scrappy Ability as a back up if it doesn't have Shadow Ball. Guts Ursaring and Toxic Boost Zangoose can easily take down enemies that set up with Toxic Spikes before or after Silvally is sent out.
