Looking for a female protean froakie with better IVs than these: x/31/31/x/x/31 (must have perfect defense, as the father does not, but would rather trade the attack for hp or special attack or special defense)

but every time i put in as much info as I can i keep on getting 0-31, it's very frsutrating. I caught 2 Galvatula's in the Safari Zone, i managed to get their IVs, but when i try using the lv1 newly hatched ones, i keep getting 0-31,
what am I doing wrong?

Two things:1 can somebody tell me what I have in my friend safari and 2 does anybody have a poliwhirl or squirtle safari

You can't use an IV checker for level 1's, because they will likely have that same stat regardless of their iv. Talk to the psychic in Kiloude for him to tell you your best IVs, and if he says something like "They can't be matched" Then they are 31.
Congrats you have made me really jealous, unless your willing to trade that.

I don't believe skrelp can even be found in friend safaris, since that adaptability was figured out through a npc battle. But if you do manage to find one please tell me I would love to get one as well.

Well, that's less useful than a 4-flawless Ditto could've been. Won't make max use of it unless you're breeding a mixed pokemon. :/

You checked if it learned it through lv up and Gravantula didn't learn it normally? Then I guess we have to make ariados breed with it.

so I have this 31/31/31/x/31/31 frogadier which can breed with the likes of Azumarill and Dratini. I'm finding it hard to get a flawless protean froakie, so i figure maybe i should just breed for Atk-using 'mons instead.

that's the egg group my frogadier can breed with (too bad no gyarados...) any recommendations on what i should go for (Atk not SpAtk) ? I was thinking Adamant Azumarill w/ Huge Power since its new fairy type seems to have made it really popular on wifi battles
