Does the shiny charm affect breeding or is it only during encounters?
It helps with breeding, too, especially when already doing the Masuda method.
Can anybody get me a lileep(male) with stealth rock?(Gen 5 tutor move)
Shiny Charm + Masuda Method chances are ~1:500, if I recall correctly. There's a research thread on it somewhere.
Oh damn those odds look good, guess I better start looking for the remaining legendaries to finish the dex.

I assume you are RNGing it? Heavy if HGSS, luxury if BW/B2W2. It will have to be RNGed because it is genderless and can't pass the ball (if you didn't know :p).

I don't like Trick Room, I just RNG'd the Kyurem because Mewdraco wanted one... and the customer is always right (unless the customer is DarkMilotic asking for Trick Room Virizion)

Dusk Ball, yes. Impish.. possibly. I have yet to see very many impish ones, but I could just be looking in the wrong neck of the woods.
You know, Zygarde does only have 95 base speed....
