Hooray for the return of sirndpt! I particularly like the sketchy effect on the Gliscor/Tyranitar piece, as well as the lighting of the effects on the Bronzor picture (how'd you do that?). And I'm certainly all for a more active thread!

thanks, your comments are always very much appreciated!

I play around with lots of the blend modes on photoshop (hard light, soft light, overlay etc), as well as varying brush hardness and opacity. I go by trial and error/ whatever I happen to feel like and I'm sure there are tutorials out there that explain these things much better than I can, so I shan't embarrass myself by rambling on too much about it :p

id love to but nah, i don't think i could! 1) i can't churn them out quickly enough, 2) im nearly done (beat the seventh gym already, i think) and 3) it's been pretty uninteresting really! aside from getting totally murdered at elesa's i potionspam so excessively i don't think ive had any other casualties lol :p.

In other news the art is pretty, and the positioning of all the mons in the teampic is really nice. Only thing I will say is what you already said, that you need to work on faces a bit :/ One tip is not to make the face shape an oval or such like, but to actually shape it with the contours of mouth/nose/eyes etc

Sirn can you make me art for my RMT?

Pokemon are Probopass, Klang, Shelgon, Exeggutor, Charizard and Cinccino. If you could do it similarly to the one with Molk, Furai etc. that'd be awesome :D
