Smogon Live Tournament 3/28/10

The LIVE Tournaments are on the IRC channel #smogonwifi. We play these tournaments relatively often so keep your eye on Wifi Tournaments for a thread titled similarly to this one. Also, if enough people are on as well as someone to run the tournament, we could have one at any time. So its a good idea to stay in #smogonwifi participate in discussion and have fun!

Wondering how to get there? Well foibles was nice enough to write some very clear instructions on how to join the IRC chat where the magic happens: [Click]


The tournaments being held 3/28 will be the following format:

The tournaments will hopefully start from 5:00 PM EST.

Last tournament before championship, anyone could still make it, so win some points!​

Yes it is in wifi, but its a live tournament so sign ups are the ten minutes prior to start time. Be on the irc then to play.

Rayblaster: So, you go on IRC around 4:50ish. (10 minutes before the Tournament starts) I do at least, so you're not late and you get to hang around. After everyone's signed up, (which is really just PMing your FC to 'pimp) he posts the matchups/friend codes here and on IRC. You battle whoever you're matched up with. It basically goes on and on, until the end.
