It seems PO has the same list except it doesn't differentiate between OU (actually used) and BL (banned from UU but nobody really uses).

Differences seem to include... Smogon bans Ampharos, allows Smeargle, allows Venusaur. Yo Picollo which list we going with? I think we go with their list, since Smeargle is really dumb although surely we would be too honorable to use it anyway. (If you just ask my personal opinion I would gladly ban all three, Ampharos is basically a slow Raikou with a better movepool, but I'll defer to the relative experts here I suppose.)

ya lets play with that list and ban Ampharos too, i remeber good old days where Ampharos was really a staple even in OU and i dont want to see it in an rarely played UU Metagame.
