Welcome to the thirteenth iteration of SPL, SPL XIII. In this tournament, 10 teams containing the most top levelest players on Smogon duke it out every week, attempting to gather as many wins as they can to reach playoffs. Most of them will fail, but one will win everything. Whatever the case the matches will be exciting, so without further ado here are tournament rules and the matchups!

Playoff Scenarios: What does YOUR team need to make Playoffs?
SPL XIII

The 100% Cutoff this year is 11​

Tyrants:

• 

Ruiners:

• 

Raiders:

• If the Raiders win against the Tigers:
  • They qualify for playoffs
• If the Raiders tie against the Tigers, the following CANNOThappen:
  • There is a non tie winner in the Sharks/Cryos series
  • AND Wolfpack win against the Tyrants
• If the Raiders lose against the Tigers, NONE of these can happen in order for them to qualify:
  • Wolfpack tie/win against the Tyrants
  • Classiest win against the Ruiners

Cryonicles:

• If the Cryonicles win against the Sharks:
  • Then they qualify for playoffs UNLESS:
    • The Raiders win against the Tigers and surpass the lack of a +2 BD AND the Wolfpack win against the Tyrants and surpass the lack of a +2 BD
• If the Cryonicles tie against the Sharks, two of the following cases CANNOT happen:
  • Raiders win against or tie with the Tigers
  • Wolfpack win against the Tyrants
  • Classiest win 8-2 or higher against the Ruiners
• If the Cryonicles lose against the Sharks:
  • They cannot qualify for playoffs

Sharks:

• If the Sharks win against the Cryonicles:
  • They qualify for playoffs with either:
    • Raiders tie/loss with/against the Tigers
    • Wolfpack tie/loss with/against the Tyrants or the Wolfpack win against the Tyrants with a smaller BD than the Sharks did against the Cryos
• If the Sharks tie against the Cryonicles, they need ALL of the following:
  • The Raiders to lose to the Tigers
  • The Wolfpack to tie/loss with/against the Tyrants
  • The Classiest to tie or lose to the Ruiners
    • Or the Classiest to win against the Ruiners 6-4
• If the Sharks lose against the Cryonicles:
  • They cannot qualify for playoffs

Wolfpack:

• If the Wolfpack win against Tyrants, two of these CANNOT happen in order to qualify:
  • Raiders win against the Tigers
  • If there is a winner in the Sharks/Cryos series, the winner wins while keeping a higher BD than the Wolfpack
    • (If the Wolfpack win and the Sharks/Cryos series ties, the pack qualify)
• If the Wolfpack tie against the Tyrants, they need:
  • Tigers to win against the Raiders
  • Classiest to not win 7-3 or better vs the Ruiners
• If the Wolfpack lose against the Tyrants:
  • They cannot qualify for playoffs

Classiest:

• If the Classiest win against the Ruiners, any 2 of the following cases CANNOT happen:
  • Raiders win or tie against the Tigers
  • Wolfpack win against the Tyrants
  • The Cryos/Sharks series ends in a non-tie winner while the winner surpasses the BD on the Classiest
  • The Cryos/Sharks series ends in a tie while the Classiest only win 6-4 against the Ruiners
    • (The Classiest should try to win 7-3 or better and hope for a close series between the Sharks/Cryos. A tie in the Sharks/Cryos series while the Classiest win 7-3 effectively avoids this case)

I just looked at the SS OU Tyrants, and I see that HSA is 2-3 and their third slot is 0-5 between some players, even with all that being facts, they put IPF to play. How bad has to be -Tsunami- that his team don't want to put him to play when they are 2-8. With time, when you do not give a shit about this forum I want to know who ghosted you in your classic win dude.

With so many ties it makes u wonder how it could have been if a few things played out differently. Either way thank you Stone_Cold TPP for putting faith in my retain, you guys were some awesome managers who Id love to play for again. Also a big thanks to the gigs as well as the helpers we had this season. Not much of a writer but special shouts to pj for trying his best to keep morale up these last couple weeks as well as being an awesome chat presence season round, I know I wasn't too active but that was always great to see.
