I'm going to be honest, the rules for this are pretty simple. I never once imagined I'd need to explain any further, a lot of my tour OPs are already inherently more in depth than the average un-official tour. But if this type of problem seems to persist Round 2 I will make a list for everyone since happening twice in not even a 128 man is pretty upsetting.
GENERAL PSA: IF THE TOUR IS NOT VANILLA ('non-standard' in ANY way) YOU SHOULD READ OPs BEFORE JOINING A TOUR PEOPLE. Even for a slow reader it costs you 5 minutes of your time and you can avoid losing to stupid things like oops I didn't read the rules.

yeah sorry my 2nd hotel was not exactly reliable WiFi wise and I didn't have a SIM card so I could not really feasibly do it through phone either. I should have still notified someone else to take over and post R2 (or at least posted here to inform you guys of delays), entirely my fault.
