Here we are at last! Smogon Tour 15 has been extremely successful activity-wise, as made evident by the first ever 196-man tour this season. Speaking of firsts, this tour marks the first time a player amassed 55 points during a 9 week season. This season saw Ojama accomplish such a task, breaking the 54 point record set by reyscarface during Smogon Tour 13. Earning so many points is certainly no easy task, so a big round of applause goes out to Ojama for his Ojamazing accomplishment, and to reyscarface for setting the bar so high!
Before you start refreshing this page to see if Earthworm made a post predicting McMeghan (who deserves some praise for helping with point calculations throughout the season!) to win the tour as he has been doing for three straight seasons now, make sure to give a warm thank you to Eo Ut Mortus and Vinc2612 for calculating tour points each week. Handling points is very tedious, and these two gentlemen deserve every bit of praise they can get for doing the job so efficiently.
Before ending this introduction off, a big thank you goes out to Zracknel for taking the time out of his busy schedule to make art for these playoffs. It is very much appreciated - your art is an absolute pleasure to look at and an honor to have in this thread. Make sure to give a thank you to McMeghan too, who took the time to upload all of these images to an image hosting website! With all of that said, let the games begin!

Semifinals (Deadline is June 9, 2013 @ 11:59 PM, EDT)
1. Ojama (DPP & BW) vs.5. undisputed (ADV)
Ah yes, the match that we have all been waiting for. Two of the top tournament players this season duking it out in a battle of pure wits and skill. In the right corner, weighing in at 160 pounds, we have French pokemon playing wizard and rumored Pokemon X and Y gym leader Ojama! On the left, weighing in at 180 pounds, we have the son of Philip7086, probable rematch tycoon, and avid Frank Sinatra fan undisputed! These two hot tournament players have quite a track record, both insulting their opponents in the most creative of fashions. After the last round of sweaty drama, undisputed's name seems to be synonymous with gr8astard in the finals of Smogon Tournament 9, while it is no secret that Ojama has plenty of cheese to go with his whine.
With such a suspenseful and high stakes tournament match on the horizon, it raises some questions as the to details of this battle that we all have been wondering. How many posts will be spent arguing over hax? Will Ojama indeed consume cheese with that whine? How many French players will awkwardly spam the battle chat with phrases no one understands? Does Ojama really like croissants? Will undisputed and his infamous ever changing Jirachi advance to the finals and one step closer to the revered 16x16 purple png? Or is Ojama's rag tag band of Pokemon playing Caspers simply too much for undisputed to handle? All of these questions and more to be answered in the upcoming battles! ~AB2
6. SoulWind (ADV & DPP) vs.15. TV-Rocka (BW)
This heated pseudo Sharks vs. Tigres matchup is sure to have every tournament player sweating at the edge of their seats. While the two top picks are producing enough grease to buy Chaos a new yacht, the two dark horses of this tour season are locked in a series of heated battles. Representing Team Germany and Fakes' armory of DPP teams we have week 2 CTC slayer TV-Rocka! His opponent happens to be none other than Stark Sharks alumnus and talented Spanish bullfighter SoulWind! TV-Rocka, otherwise known as Porengan, who according to LizardMan is the "grandson of Conflict" will need to give it his all to match SoulWind in a tier that isn't DPP, while SoulWind will have to withstand a grueling 5 minute wait between turns like in Bloo vs. DaFlo. Perhaps the support of Tigres all stars Thatsjustpeachy and bro fist will give TV-Rocka the strength to pull through to the finals. Either that, or Fakes' new teams will rock SoulWind like Zeph on his last Spanish test.
One of the last beastaroonis alive in this tournament, SoulWind has a lot riding on this series and it would be a disappointment to beastaroonis everywhere if he was not able to pull through the in wake of CrashingBoomBang's defeat. Though the real issue is, which Smogon Tour "goody goody" will advance to the next round making it even harder for the poor sap who writes the description? Aside from that, will TV-Rocka make like Brody at the end of Jaws? Or will SoulWind's SHARK ATTACK overpower our German DPP loving friend? ~AB2

There was a 5 way tie for spots 13 through 16 between the following users: Marshall.Law (36-13; 69.23%), CyberOdin (36-17; 67.92%), TV-Rocka (25-13; 65.79%), ShakeItUp (25-15; 62.5%), and jira (28-18; 60.87%). These percentages can be viewed more clearly via McMeghan's spreadsheet. #13 and #14 are being decided through win / loss percentage throughout the entire season, meaning Marshall.Law is #13, CyberOdin is #14, and TV-Rocka is #15. The #16 position is being decided by a playoff between the following two guys in a standard best of three in ADV OU, DPP OU, and BW OU:

Finals

In this season's finals, we unexpectedly have two skilled combatants, a refreshing change from when Bluewind played tour. Our first is SoulWind, the greatest of example of Spanish conquest since Bloo's advances toward big Tiff. He is also known by several other aliases, including "la cebolla" for his tendency to make people cry when he strips; now you know why davidness is always so starry-eyed *_*. Rumor has it that Mr. Wind is so good that he only needs to use 42 EVs on his Celebi, and his only recorded defeat involved a three minute timeout and a certain user with more than 1000 Facebook friends. Will SoulWind be the first and only "wind" user to take home the Tour trophy?
His opponent, Ojama, is known as much for his Pokemon skill as he is known for his kindness, compassion, and sportsmanship. The peerless "Ojamad" fancies himself as a man of mystery, the mystery being how his girlfriend didn't dump him after he ditched her for nine consecutive weekends to Tour. Acknowledged as France's best, since all the other French quit to play LoL, Ojama looks to win the trophy so that he may restore pride and glory to his country (which is unfortunately impossible). He has also told me in confidence that should he win, he plans to dedicate his victory to his bffl, M Dragon. Only one question remains: will Eternal be able to clutch it?
Regardless of who wins, we can rest easy knowing that this Tour will have a deserving champion because Heist was eliminated in Round 1.
~Eo Ut Mortus
Smogon's very own Pepé Le Pew takes to the stage once again for the shot at one of the greasiest awards in all of competitive Pokemon. Finishing first in tour points and number of insults spammed into the Groudon's Grotto main chat after round 2 is Ojama, a front runner and favorite among moldy cheese enthusiasts and those who despise overweight Americans. When such a high stress event is on the horizon, even first place finishers have a tough time coping with such a gargantuan amount of Pokemon related emotions, which is why this season's favorite pick has turned to his l'amour Kelsey for moral support. Will Zeph's sloppy seconds allow Ojama to finish strong? One can only hope.
Fresh out of middle school we have a beastarooni favorite and recent graduate from M Dragon and Callous' school of ADV SoulWind! Toting accolades such as former "Clan Dark Masters" member and almost beating reachzero in the 2011 Smogon Frontier, this dark horse is not to be messed with. Will everyone's favorite conquistador have enough libido to earn a profile trophy worthy enough to put on a job application? Perhaps a little help from porii sames' "better than pussy" rain stall team will do the trick.
After a season of intense battling and sweat being profusely ejected from the pores of the Smogon tournament population, it has all come down to this. Make sure to take the day off work or stay home from school to witness these two titans duke it out in a fight to the finish!
