Smogon User Mafia: Sign-Ups

Even if you die in a mafia, you are still part of it, especially if you got lynched. The only exceptions are dying on n0 or n1.
P1 please, I wanted to join this since a long ago, but damnit the signups got posted when I was at my friends house!
I'd like to direct everyone's attention to a rule I added
9. If you do not have consistent access to IRC, you will not be allowed to play. This is because while the actual actions happen on the forums, most of the activity of the game takes place on IRC, and if you're placed on a mafia and your team can't reach you, or you're on the village and you can't claim to a confirmed village leader, then you are a detriment to whatever team you are on even if you're a good player. If I let you in on the assumption that you have IRC, and I find out you don't, you will be immediately subbed out.
I don't want anyone to feel left out by this, so let me direct you all to a tutorial

There is no computer that "cannot run IRC", so if you expect to be allowed to play, I expect you to be able to get on IRC.
