Hello, I assume you must be new to Smogon so let me help you.
You signed up for another tournament, which is the Random Battles Extension League tournament. You originally signed up with one account, then deleted the signup and posted again there with another account. It's forbidden to have two or more accounts on Smogon, which is why the moderators deleted that profile (and signup message).
If you plan to signup for this tournament, which is completely different from RBEL, you can still do it since we have one last slot open for a substitute, but you need to tell us first :p

Sorry but I already announced the pairing, so you can't join anymore :(
But spotlight tournaments on Smogon are always every two months, so you remember to check the subforum when the times comes! (We also have other forum tournaments that might come up soon and you can check the randbats room on ps as well)
