Farfetch'd attempts to break through defensive cores with its powerful STAB moves and great coverage options while packing First Impression to revenge kill the likes of Jynx and Silvally-Dark. However, with its mediocre bulk and Speed, Farfetch'd very scarcely gets any opportunity to land a hit, and even when it does, its Attack isn't even that high, letting most walls easily take a hit and retaliate back. Silvally-Flying and Unfezant are also able to fire off very powerful physical Flying-type STAB moves and outclass Farfetch'd in every way thanks to their far better stats.
