[OVERVIEW]
Mawile is unviable in SS ZU due to being entirely outclassed by Klinklang and Galarian Rapidash, since they are more immediately threatening and perform the role of setup sweeper better with their greater Speed, bulk, and access to some form of recovery.

Mawile attempts to act as a physical wallbreaker with its access to Sheer Force and solid offensive STAB moves. Unfortunately for Mawile, it is greatly outclassed by Klinklang and Galarian Rapidash, which perform a similar role but have better Speed and bulk, allowing them to better take on the tier. Mawile also suffers from having no access to recovery, while Galarian Rapidash has Morning Sun and Klinklang can use Leftovers, since it doesn’t need an item to boost its power.
